my experience with G-N-S has always been great and I am so happy with Scott and his employees, there very honest, and do a fantastic job! I've been with them forever I trust them,and I hope you will always be there.

Spoke with the owner regarding my truck. It would not start or run. He said they could fix it. Had it towed in for service. They claimed that it needed a part which would fix the problem. After the part was installed the truck lasted for about 20 miles before the same problem came back.Had the truck towed back to their location. Told the owner to keep the truck until was repaired. Did not want it back until the problem was fixed.Upon picking the truck up for the second time it again ran well for about 20 miles. Same problem reoccurred the next time it was started.Having paid to have the truck towed in because it wasn't fixed the first time I felt they should pick up the truck and repair it.The owner claims that it had an idling problem the first time they repaired it and would not listen when I told him that the truck was towed in because it would not start or run. I explained that if the idle was the problem we would have driven it in.The owner claims that the second time it arrived it was started and ran without incident. So I asked him if they had duplicated the problem and he would only say that there could be multiple problems with the vehicle. He would not answer the question.He refused to send out someone with a code reader to check the truck while it was not starting. He refused to have the truck picked up. He offered to try to repair it again if we paid to have it towed in again.The attitude was that there is no warranty or guarantee on their work. Continuing to replace parts until the vehicle runs was his solution.Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend you bring your vehicle to this business.

I had the most respect for this place until now going to let a new worker yell at a returning customer like that. Then I was so quiet trying to pay what was owed to a different person and this worker makes a snarky remark (apparently I dont know how to count here) and hands my paper to some one else. I had the up kost respect for everyone here till now. I'm sorry but that wasnt nice.I did come to you guys when thus happend and I was told he didn't talk to you like this and he did. Like I stated in my first comment the guy stated and yelled to me that customers like me is why he quit im first place. I also stated I did not have problems until him and how he treated me. If you really did look at the cameras you would see he yelled into my face and was uncalled for. Sure I yelled back but who wouldn't of. I always loved and recommend you guys but how he treated me was uncalled for.

Our SUV broke down in Melrose and family suggested I have it towed here. They replaced the alternator and had the car ready the next day. Very pleased with the service and the price.

The front staff is very professional and the gentleman that worked on my truck did an excellent job!!!The service was fast and done with pride!!!Will definitely go back and highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and professional work!!!

Just had my transmission replaced and a few other things taken care of they worked hard to get my vehicle back on the road for me to make sure it was safe appreciate them very much
