Double D golf carts did an awesome job repairing our golf cart! They were very friendly, affordable and fast ! They went out of the way to explain everything. The golf cart works great and they even put air in the trailer tires before they sent us on our way.

Took my bad boy buggy to Double D golf carts for new batteries. I needed to get the install done prior to my son s birthday this weekend to have something to ride around on at our property nearby. They were able to provide a same day turnaround at a fair and honest price with great service. They also installed new terminal connectors on all my cables to make sure the job was done right. Thanks again Double D, will be back in the future for any service needs!

HONESTY is the first great thing you will get here. They saved me and my elderly father a lot of money working on his Golfcart. They knew I was from out of state and NEVER took advantage of me. My dad s cart was fixed in an hour. I just can t say enough good things about this family owned business. I went up there with my jet-ski that had been sitting forever, and I was tired of looking at it ran down. So, I took it to Double D golf carts. Shelby and his crew were amazing. I got my jet-ski back a week later running and looking great. Thanks!

If I could give 6 stars I would. I love these guys. I will never take my electric cart anywhere else. Friendly, professional, honest and fast service. They kept me up to date with detailed information (including pics) about the diagnosis and cost of repair. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you so much.

Shelby is awsome. We bought a cart from him and upon arrival he went out of his way to explain everything to me and the wife. He let us test drive several models and he was very patient and not pushy. We had our 2 youngest daughters with us and he was awsome with them and showed them Mrs Eves coi pond and let them sit on whatever cart was around. A couple days later after purchase I called Mrs. Eve to order a basket for the front of the cart. She was so helpful and honest and said "you will probably come out cheaper buying off amazon" and she did some research and I asked her what the cost difference would be from here suppler vs Amazon. It was a little more buy ordering through her supplier, but I told her to order because I knew if any discrepancies were to be found, she would solve them plus I told her I wanted to support a local home town business. Two days later the basket arrives (super fast) and Eve called to let me know that it came in. I scheduled for the following day to pick it up. I arrived the next day after leaving the boat ramp at a local lake and starting talking to Eve about a boat mechanic, as my boat was not running right, she said talk to Shelby. I explained what it was doing and what I had already done to isolate the problem. Mr Shelby recommended doing a spark plug change and after that if still not right bring it up to him and he would look at it. Long story short the new spark plugs did the trick. Mr Shelby and Mrs. Eve know there stuff and are up front and honest. Could not ask for better people to do business with.

My old golf cart died and I was panicked. I use it to transport my rowing shell to the lake. I am an above the knee amputee and can no longer carry it over my head. I called Eve at Double D Golf Carts. She could not have been more friendly and helpful. They found me a used golf cart for a reasonable price and modified it with a custom boat rack all in less than a week. Thanks to Double D I am back on the water. They were truly a God send.

Be careful buying a wholesale golf cart. Not blaming Shelby but the rear end and starter motor was broke as soon as I used it for 5 mins.Tried to get a different cart and was ignored.

Double D has serviced my Yamaha 1300 V Star over the past 3 years and it has always been an excellent experience. The people here are friendly, professional and do a great job for a great price.

I was looking for some new batteries for my golf cart with most of my search being online. I decided to give Double D. Powersports a call, which is our local business in town. I was pleasantly surprised with the results. They pretty much matched the online price without any worry about ordering from an out of town business, and shipping. The batteries came in, in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this locally owned family business. They were super nice, helpful, and reasonable priced!

Brought my atv to them bc it wouldn t start. They called me about a week later I go and pick it up and they charge me $700 and they couldn t even tell me what the problem was . I took the bike back to my house, and I looked over the bike. Come to find out it was just a spark plug boot had come off of the spark plug and all that needed to be done. Was it plugged back in I plugged the boot back in and the bike ran just fine. Worst waste of money in my life. Not saying everybody will have this problem. I m just sharing my experience to help others save money. Don t take it to them.

After a lot of research and shopping around, the guys at Double D gave us the best price around on our custom golf cart. They also have amazing deals on dirt bike parts and accessories. We will definitely be back for any dirt bike or golf cart service we need.

Shopped around the area for aGolf cart and everyone was just trying to sell me a bill of goods. A friend recommended DDGC and I had a great experience. Did everything they said they would and were very personable to deal with. Would definitely recommend and will be getting all of my parts and future carts from them. Thank you!

Shelby and his crew are entirely pleasant and helpful. I came in when my got cat quit running and after an hour they had done a major tune up and gotten my cart back up and running. While waiting on an oil change, he let us go for a test drive in one of the golf cars that they had for sale. I will definitely be back again.

Shelby and Dee are the absolute best. They are knowledgeable, experienced, professional, courteous and make you feel like you re family as soon as you walk in. Shelby is the kind of person that will tell you like it is when it comes to sales/service and I appreciate that approach. I would recommend Double D to anyone looking to buy or have their bike/tab/golf cart serviced. I know I won t be going anywhere else!

We got a great deal on an EZ Go gas golf cart today (Mar. 27th 2021). Actually, exactly what we were looking for and it fit our budget.... Super impressed with the shop, well managed, and clean. Shelby and Eve were easy to work with and they were extremely patient with us. The cart had everything on it including seat belts, all it needed was side mirrors and Shelby was able to install those before he dropped it off to us in Orange Park. Yep that s right...they delivered it with a smile and even filled up the gas tank . We would have no problem recommending their shop and services to anyone.

DO NOT BUY ANY GOODS OR SERVICES FROM THIS BUSINESS. This company does not stand behind their product and is not respectful. I bought a bike from them that I put .8 hours of run time on after the purchase and the whole bottom end locked up. He would not help in any way and did not care that the bike he sold me that he so called "rebuilt" had this major issue so soon after purchase. Granted he offered no warranty at the time of purchase but any respectable business would have helped with the issue. The owner is also rude. If I could give 0 stars I would.AND IN RESPONSE TO WHAT HE SAID BELOW IN HIS REPLY ALL I CAN SAY IS HE SAID THAT TO MAKE HIMSELF LOOK GOOD. HE WILL NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE AND HE BLOCKED ME ON SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS. HIS TWO RESPONSES TO ME HAVE BEEN SCREEN SHOT AND ATTACHED TO THIS REVIEW.

Shelby is a great guy! Had an issue with my BMW. It was very urgent and he completely went out of his way to help me get it fixed. Doing more than I could have expected. Can't thank him enough. His shop was clean and he clearly has passion for what he is doing. Not to mention he is involved in the community and supports young people getting into the sport. Give his shop a try. You won't be disappointed.

For the first time my wife and I bought a Golf Cart. When it comes to customer service and quality. Amazing! We purchased it one day and it was delivered the following day and on time. We had been looking for the right golf cart for almost a year. They were all too expensive, needed too much work, or wouldn't fit our needs. Shelby and Eve were AMAZING for us. They took the time to listen to how we planned to use the golf cart, how we needed to transport it, and then recommended the exact one for our family. Before the agreement to sell, they even loaded it in the back of our truck to make sure it would fit when pulling a camper. They were honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. Make the drive to Keystone if you need a golf cart, because they're the BEST!

We stopped by Double D this week on our search for a cart. All questions answered and upgrades to meet our needs were addressed. We purchased a 2015 EZGO gas cart and really put it through the paces yesterday after delivery.Great cart, great experience, fair pricing and to top it off, they beat the anticipated delivery date.We appreciate the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of both Shelby and Eve. Highly recommend this business.

Highly recommend this business for golf cart repair. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and affordable. Took my cart in on Thursday and they called on Friday with all repairs completed. The bill was much ess than I was expecting to pay, I even offered a little more and they wouldn't take it.

Thank you DDGC for such a positive cart experience. It s refreshing to be reminded that good old customer service and professionalism is still alive in todays society. In fact we didn t get that same experience with some of the competitors. With them it was more like endless sadness and uncontrollable crying with a side of dishonesty. The crew here is honest, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They are also super competitively priced. If you have any sales, maintenance, or just lookin for a general education on carts this is the place to go in the central Florida region. And to be honest in the south east! Thanks Double D for making my golf cart dreams become a reality.

I have been trying to find batteries for my golf cart and due to Biden ruining the country I could not find any . I searched Google and came up with Double D golf carts . I spoke to Eve and she had me all the batteries I needed and installed them faster and cheaper then anyone. My sister wanted a golf cart and they made her a custom one with exactly what she wAnted ! Also added some custom touches to it to personalize it . Shelby was great ! We made the 4 hour drive to get the cart ! It is special to her . Thank you Double D !

Just bought a 2016 Yamaha G29 golf cart from Shelby and Eve. It was the easiest transaction I have ever had. He even loaned me a trailer to get the cart to my house. Best price on marketplace or Craigslist. Highly recommend them!

I have been shopping with DDGC for 5 years now, I have a couple of golf carts and the team here has always had the best prices and customer service around. My husband Doug took our Golf cart to Double D Power sports to see if they could repair the motor on the 10th of March after we had it at Costal carts in Ft. Meyers for a week (I had made an appointment with Costal carts and they never touched it, but lied to me 6 times about it, they were 89.95 just to look at it also) Anyway I picked it up and started heading north to Keystone Where I meet Shelby and Eve at Double D Power sports I explained to them that I was heading back north and ask if they could check it out. They immediately took it in their shop and not only fixed it, I had it back in under an hour. Why cant the rest of the golf cart industry do the same honest work. Total bill with tip $110.00 I was told by Costal that the motor would be over a $1000.00 by itself. LONG STORY SHORT GO DOUBLE D YOU GUYS ROCK, and Thanks LON the mechanic, You rock as well!!!!!
