I needed replacement windshield wipers immediately, so I stopped in. I picked out what I wanted and went to the counter to checkout. Zack D. greeted me with a warm welcome and smile! To ensure I had the correct windshield wiper sizes, he kindly helped me double check - and even assisted to install them in the RAIN! Thank you for the great customer service and care, Zack!

Associate was very short and not very helpful! Every time I ask a question he didn't know and he couldn't help me do anything he barely wanted to go outside and hook up my car to the check engine light machine to see what the problem was then when he did he acted like it was a real pain to tell me what the code it threw means and then when I asked him what it was he says he didn't have no idea y'all didn't sell that part.

Your assistance store manager is rude. The old man that bought a battery didn't deserve that. And you should really watch how you carry yourself in front of your customers and what you say. This store used to be one of the best for Customer Service. They must be struggling to find people to have you in a management position!

Worst place to go for battery replacement my wife called and asked if they can install a battery on a 2016 Chevy Silverado they told her they could I got up there and was told they don't feel comfortable replacing batteries on newer GMC models which to me is false advertising no matter advanced auto parts did it with no problem I wouldn't buy a spark plug out of AutoZone piss poor customer service plain and simple

A bit pricey but they do have to pay a lot of overhead. I could have gotten the belt cheaper online, but I'd have to wait for delivery. So, I chose to pay for the convenience.

Martin is always incredibly helpful and doesn't mind walking you through something if youre unsure about it. His whole team is always going above and beyond expectations, this is not only my prefered parts store but also my preferred location. If im going to AutoZone its this one where I know I'll get what i need the first time with no hassle.

It's the auto parts store that I use the most. Most of the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and nice. They've provided the most consistent positive customer service and shopping experience when compared to/unlike the other big name parts store located near them, who did not.

WORST PLACE TO EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ESPECIALLY WHEN OIL IS THE EASIEST THING TO PULL UP AND GRAB FROM THE SHELF AND IVE ABSOLUTELY BEEN GIVEN THE WRONG STUFF TWICE AND I KNOW I SHOULD HAVE DOUBLE CHECKED BUT WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT THEIR BUYING, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE THEIR RUDE AND DON'T HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH VEHICLES EXCEPT FOR WHAT THEIR COMPUTER TELLS THEM AND BELIEVE ME OBVIOUSLY THEY CAN'T READ.

Very courteous & friendly service. Reasonable prices and most things that I have needed are on the shelf. They stand behind their warranties. The few times I have had to take something defective back they have always exchanged it for me without any hassles. The rewards program is a nice feature they offer. As you buy things your points add up and it's not long before you gain in store credit to use on future purchases.

I m from orange park and while visiting my parents, my blinker bulb went out which also causes my brake lights not to work. Not sure of her spelling but Janaya (long hair with dreads) helped me find the right bulb AND helped me install it in the 100 plus degree heat! She was a godsend. I hadn t planned on it, but I also bought new windshield wipers and she helped me find the right ones still with a smile on her face after being in the heat for so long. She deserves a raise! You made my day Janaya!!!!

Martin does great there and very helpful, they were 22.oo cheaper then advance on a gallon of simple green a wd40 which I buy every week for the race car, he does all he can to help you wit what he can, just wanted to say thanks, great job!!@

Wanted to give a shout out to "BETH" Who went above & beyond to help me when my battery died in hitchcock's parking lot.Not only was she VERY helpful but her attitude towards it all was a blessing considering I was close to tears ( ruff week).She is fairly new to keystone & exactally the kind of person we welcome with open arms to our little town.Thanks Again Beth

I stopped in to get windshield wipers. The attendant looked up the part gave me the options and I purchased what I wanted. I attempted to install them and was unable to figure it out. The same attendant installed them in seconds. I was traveling and ran into a storm shortly after. I was very thankful

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The associate Jill not only helped us find the correct product but also tested our electrical system, read error codes, and helped open the vehicle when the keys were locked inside. Thank you!

Three employees at the counter, none made eye contact, two wandered off in conversation, and I had to ask the one scanning packages if there was someone able to ring me up. Sign on door required masks for customers, none worn by employees. Inquired as to who the manager was, We all are! HMMMM...Perhaps a self checkout could lighten the load !
