Stopped in with a nail in the tire. Some fix a flat got me to a proper repair shop. Fully stocked store my clerk Chris was a great help. Convenient to hgwy 100

Broke down on the side of the road today and no mechanic in town could look at the car to run a diagnostic until at least Friday.we limped the car to Advance and the crew there ran a diagnostic for free and informed me that the number one cylinder was misfiringI got the parts and the tools needed and what tools they didn't have in stock they loaned to meReplaced the spark plug and was still having a problem the gentleman came back out and did a quick test to determine that my coil pack was bad as well got the recommended part my car was back up and running in less then 10 mins thanks to the crew at advance they literally saved me hundreds of dollars at the mechanicsWho wanted to charge me $75 to run a diagnostic and $100 an hour in labor afterOnce everything was replaced he ran one more diagnostic just to make sure nothing was missed they definitely went out of their way to help me today and it was much appreciated so a big thank you to the advanced crew in Keystone Heights.A little update my car had been chugging since I replaced the coil pack and the plugs and I finally decided to replace all the coil packs including the new one that I just got from Advance Auto Parts it appears as if the gentleman sold me the wrong coil pack as it is not long enough and that is what was causing my car to chug well the customer service is good make sure you double-check the partsGot the right parts at rockauto all four coil packs for less than the cost of the one coil pack the incorrect one at Advance Auto Parts

They try hard to help you. A few years ago, the staff used to know me because I was in there a lot, thanks to the car I had at the time. Have to admit that I miss that crew. Most of the time, the employees are nice and friendly even if they aren't knowledgeable about cars or fixing them. The managers have all been really nice and make me feel the kind of welcome that keeps me coming back for all of my car part needs and extra wants. The other place did the exact opposite to the point where I won't even step foot in their door. It'd be nice to have a crew like they had several (I guess it was about 7) years ago again. Those guys and gals were knowledgeable, nice, friendly, and fun. They also seemed to really enjoy their jobs there, too. Seems like nowadays there's a higher turnover rate and the employees don't stick around as long. (I don't think Auto Zone is entirely to blame. I think the fault lies more with the individual applicants. It's just plain hard to find decent employees who have good customer service skills and a positive attitude with a work ethic to match.)

We ordered two wiper blades online but one was missing an adapter. One of the store employees saw something was wrong and came outside and took care of everything. He replaced the blade with another brand at no charge and helped us out it on. We were very happy with the outstanding customer service.

I went in to buy some car cleaning supplies. I handed the woman behind the counter a $100 bill for my $54 purchase. She gave me 2 $20's back with my change. One looked funny so I asked for a different one. She said "Oh, that's the fake one I got earlier. How'd that get back in there?" Check out your bills folks.

Went to go some oil for a truck pull in the parking lot and a gentleman that had a issue with my fianc� was there he ignored the gentleman and kept walking inside when the gentleman continued to talk and started going off on me while I was sitting in the truck the lady inside proceeded to kick my fianc� out of the business why would you want to throw a person out while there is a person outside threatening and saying very vulgar words I can understand telling people to leave if he was outside going back and forth with the gentleman but being throws out because a guy was wanting to cause trouble is a different story very bad customer service was a very prominent customer that always would go there but after this will no longer be doing business at this store and I will take a few family and friends with us as well so tell your cashier she is costing you money and what if that gentleman was gonna harm someone you would have also been responsible for someone being harmed as well

Chris was sooo helpful helping us when our car overheated. He even gave us a ride to our hotel when it was clear we would not be able to fix it that night, and recommended Ray's Auto Repair who took good care of us.

Extremely helpful staff! They really go the extra mile to help even to the point of loaning a tool when I needed one to change a light bulb that was burned out. Not so easy for them to be helpful and good natured when I showed up 5 minutes before closing time! They STILL had good attitudes!

Excellent service! I needed some help to get the things I needed to re-attach a side window sun shade. The gentleman helped me find the right stuff and gave me some good advice for installation. Very helpful!

Has always been my go-to place for parts. Sometimes they don't have the parts but they are extremely helpful to find a competitor that would be able to assist the customer... And I just became part of the AutoZoner Crew the day before my birthday and received my first paycheck this past Friday. Yay!!!

Huge help. We were able to order part from them and get it same day instead of waiting a day or 2 like other auto part places and they price matched auto zone so same price just faster delivery..

Called and inquired about a part, answered all the questions over the phone and am told the part is in stock, drive to the location and it now is not. Was a tailgate handle for an 03 Ford ranger. That's OK the other parts store in town had it in stock just like they said over the phone.

Male staff are not very kind, sent me to another business because they did not want to install a battery..the ladies that work here seem to actually like their jobs..think I will not be returning any time soon

This specific store isn t just a parts store, it s apart of the community and a family.I myself had the pleasure of working at this store workin side by side with the people that keep the lights on.. Sure they don t know everything a certified ASE mechanic would, but they re everyday people who ve ran into their fair share of car trouble, it s a parts house not a repair shop people tend to think otherwise this store has always been and always will be a good experience thank you advance
