Rented a car for vacation and had immediate problems. Quality promised to take care of us as soon as we arrived. And they did even though they were extremely busy. They saved us losing valuable vacation time. They were friendly and so helpful. We even saw them wiping down door handles that they touched impressive. Highly recommend.

The team at Quality A&D was friendly professional and kind. I recently had some brake service for my vehicle and they did a great job. Even during the holidays they made scheduling a breeze. Will definitely be back.

Got me in very fast when another place was booked a week out.Labor is expensive but it s Key West. I was charged around $200 for a small part from an average brand when top of the line ones online are around $100Based on the other reviews it seems like the owner should be more up front with pricing. We re not all millionaires down here

Charged $103.99 each for Dorman Stabilizer Bar End Links that are $23.49 each online.Didn t put the lug key back after servicing and stopped answering my texts, only telling me to look in the interior compartments for it. Now I have to waste time and money tracking down a new one or hammer the locked lugs off and I m kinda SOL if I get a flat. Happy Friday

Unfortunately worst experience I have ever had in my entire life, If you would like to be robbed this is your place to go. Just to chance to thermostat of the vehicle they tried to charge me over 1600$ for 2013 vehicle. Even though I didn t asked for diagnostics they added 2 hours diagnostics charge for 280$. Just imagine you go there and tell them what to do and they just do diagnostics just to charge you. 6 hours of labor for a job literally would take max 2 hours and 480$ for 45$ to 75$ piece. Ones they realize I won t pay for the they literally dropped the price to half. It still wasn t what the job worth but it is what it is. There is no quality on their job. Vehicle still has engine and tire pressure light on! They did diagnostics right (!) 2 hours !! I won t allow anyone around me to do business with them for sure.

Excellent customer service, professional mechanics and top notch work. Making an appointment was easy and you actually get in quickly instead of waiting indefinitely. I called and got same day service for an oil change for my son's car. I had been calling around town and never got a response from other places for weeks. I am thankful for this business in Key West, saves us from going to Miami and we know we are getting the best.Service: Oil change

Where do I start? This place was a huge life saver. Jamie the mechanic was outstanding. Super knowledgeable. The girl in the office was also excellent. All around great experience! I found my mechanic in key west! Great job guys!

Exceptional service! We were traveling and started getting check engine light on our 2015 Silverado 2500 heavy duty. Quality Auto & Diesel were recommended ..we drove over and they were able to get us in, in two days. We got quick and efficient service. Very trustworthy..would recommend to anyone.

I took my vehicle in on 1 Sep 20 for an alignment. They told me it may require additional parts (camber bolts) but wouldn't do any work until they contacted me first. Sounded fine and fair to me. They called me and said it needed them. So an $80 alignment turned into a $480 job (alignment and camber bolts installed). I declined the service. I go to pick up my vehicle. Surprise, I owe them $50 just for looking. Fair enough I guess, but feel that they should have mentioned this when I dropped the car off.That is not the worst part though. I took it to the dealership. They literally just called me. No extra parts needed, a straight forward alignment. I normally don't write reviews but in this case I had to. Quality Auto is a sham. Their dishonesty is deplorable. How many customers have they swindled like this? Don't be one of them! Take your vehicle elsewhere, anywhere but there. I will tell EVERYBODY I know about how they tried to hustle me. Their is NO quality in Quality Auto.

If you need diesel parts in Key West this is the place. If they don't have it they can get it quick, most times the next day. Friendly service that knows their business. Reasonable prices. Still doing quality work and service.

It was a little bit of a challenge to get the appointment, but once I did I was very satisfied with the service. The folks here were polite and transparent about the costs.

The team at Quality Auto has been one of the few positive things we have encountered during this miserable Key West trip. This shop is super well run & they know their stuff. They are very busy but made time to tend to the van that we literally just bought in KW that croaked just outside town. The tow truck driver from Anchor Towing recommended Quality Auto and we are glad he did. They are great mechanics, office staff, etc and very accommodating. Give them your business.

These guys are awesome. Sent my 2013 pathfinder to them to replace the alternator( first time i have ever had someone else work on my vehicles) and they did it cheaper than anywhere around. They do high quality work and have high quality employees. They are very helpful and able to find parts quickly that are hard to get. This car rides my family of 5 to north florida and back and glad I know they will be safe. Thanks guys for taking care of it while I was underway.

1/19/22- I generally cringe whenever I need auto work done while traveling, even something like an oil and filter change, but Quality Oil and Diesel Repair on Stock Island has restored my faith and confidence. They are indeed the standard others should strive to obtain. From the pleasant greeting of office staff, to a helpful technician showing me the office, to the manager/owner(?) who told me what would be done to my car, oh, and I don t want to forget the young child sharing her knowledge how to play the puzzle game she was working. And no price gouging to us snowbirds. They could have skipped the next oil change label on the window or resetting the oil change malfunction light - details my at home Honda shop sometimes overlooks, but NOPE - all done. WOW - knocked it all outta the park, Quality Auto and Diesel. Thank you for servicing my car and treating a customer like my Dad & Mom taught me.

I put my own new tires on my trucks rims and was told they could do an alignment and balance. I pick it up, the traction control light was on and one of my employees and myself didn't see an alignment machine at their location. This is my work truck and it's difficult to time it out to get it into the shop. As they messed up the alignment I now need to get new tires for the front and schedule it to go into a different shop. Wasted time and money. Will not be going back with any of my vehicles.

Good and friendly service, quick turnover. We are traveling (so out of our home territory) and our Ford F350 Diesel needed an oil and filter change. I called and was told to come on in. Jaime was knowledgable and gave me a good overview of what my diesel needed and why. We are very pleased. (There are also some places near to shop at or eat if you need to wait and kill some time).

Set up an appointment to get an alignment for my truck. Was told $80 for an alignment. Cool. Got my truck there early. Owner tells me it s gonna be $160 because he has to adjust my toe. The toe is the main part of your alignment. So he basically tried to double charge me. If I hadn t called another mechanic, I would ve been fooled.

We had to replace a tire due to a nail. Luanne was very helpful in getting us the exact tire we needed delivered in a day. After trying to get the tire from another shop and them ordering the wrong tire, and being rude to us, this was a nice change of pace. The guys were able to put the tire on right away. Great place to do business and we'll be back is we need any tire or auto repairs.

Had major issues with my 2006 Ford F-250. They were better than the local Ford dealership that could not repair my truck so I towed it to Quality Diesel and they were able to do the needed repairs to get me back on the road. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE WHO NEEDS WORK ON A DIESEL.They have professional staff in the office and professional mechanics who are available to diagnose and do the work.

My man Jamie takes good care of me, reasonable price for good work, he's always busy so don't expect in and out service. I would recommend making an appointment and not be in a hurry.

Got 4 tires mounted and balanced and had the car aligned, everything went well with that simple job. I also had them look into my O2 sensor wiring because I suspected it was damaged, they removed an extension plug before deciding that they were unable to complete the job, they called and said they couldn t do it which I was fine with, but instead of putting the extension plug back (just clips in on each side) they left it removed which means the connectors on the wiring harness were left exposed and the O2 sensor for bank 1 was no longer connected to anything.
