I bought a new Telluride with Ivan at Kia of Key west and he was exceptional! He got me the exact car I wanted in two days and the transaction was the easiest car purchase ever in the last 4 decades of buying cars! I have been a telluride owner for 5 years and have always used the service department in Key West. They are quick and fun to work with. No grumpy pants there!

Josh Bottoms and all his staff at Key West Kia are the best! We have purchased three cars from Ivan and there is no one more knowledgeable about all the features than him. He s always available to help, even after the sale. Damian and his crew in the service department always give me exceptional service. I ve brought a lot of cars throughout the years, but I ve never had a better experience than I have at Key West Kia.

Christian went above and beyond to help me with my new Sorento. I probably contacted 20 dealerships with very bad customer service. Christian was prompt, efficient, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. Worth the 7 hour drive to pick it up. Great honest people! Thank you!

Very disappointing. Went in for a screeching sound in my brakes. Was told I needed all 4 brake pads and rotors replaced for over $1200! I was floored as I had just purchased this vehicle less than a year ago (abeit used) I explained that to the manager who offered to bring it down to $800 if I accepted the offer THAT day! I said, "nope, going to do some comparison shopping." I still had to pay a $100 diagnostic fee. Went to a local garage on Stock Island were I was told only the front brakes needed replaced and they could do it that day for way less than half of Kia's price! I guess since we live on an island, they feel they can take advantage of their customers (esp mature female customers).

Everyone there is so pleasant and helpful. I just bought my second Kia.My first one I bought in Miami, and I did all my servicing in Key West. The staff there has always been so wonderful. I actually bought my first car in Key West. I have lived here in the keys, my whole life, but I have never bought a vehicle down here mostly because I always felt like I was being taken advantage of. It was a great experience. It was very Efficient

I'm very disappointed in KIA. I am native to the Keys and bought my KIA new in 2017 from Key West Kia to keep it in the county yet my repair experience with them has been horrendous and fraudulent! I brought it in recently for 5 recalls and repair to the ABS. I had these repairs done while I was away 3 weeks. When my son went to pick up my car the AC was not working and yet the AC had no issues prior. The tech blamed this on my leaving it there 3 weeks (and not nicely at that)! I made my son drive it directly back wasting a trip to KW from Big Pine Key which is an hour round trip. The tech calls me 3 days later and says "the car needs a new AC compressor & it's about $2400!!" Well I immediately had my son pick up the car and bring it to our local island repair KM Auto on BPK. Lee who owns and repairs our family vehicles calls me and says.... "The low side service cap was off and all the freon was gone" they replaced the freon and charged me barely anything. THIS IS VERY SLIMY AND WRONG! I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY WOULD DO THIS TO A LOCAL....Needless to say....Although I am getting ready to trade in my car for a new one, I won't be back to buy another KIA locally from these guys! It's a shame they treat locals this way!!

The Key West team works well together and makes the whole process easy. Ivan and AJ took great care of me and were very accommodating! Ivan spent extra time with me introducing me to all the bells and whistles that come with owning a new vehicle.

This is the best Kia dealership ship in the fl keys!! Isac and Frankie were so helpful! I am a first time car buyer and they took the best care of me and i walked away with a 2024! Shop local!! Ask for Isac and Frankie in key west! And AJ the finance manager was the sweetest guy ever let me ask him a million questions and answered them all honestly an promtlyt I highly recommend this Kia dealerships

Went in one day looking for a specific car and Richard got right to it. Did a test drive and went home to think about it. Did more research and went the next day to try another car after texting with Richard. He got me in one and a new shipment arrived that day with a model that was a good fit for me. Bought that second day and am very happy with the buying experience.

Be VERY careful with their new Facebook promotion they are touting; they claim that they're going to offer up to $5000 over blue book value for your trade in while marking their vehicles up an average of $8000 over the dealership in Cutler Bay.

Kia of Key West is absolutely the best car dealership in Key West, their car sales guy Christian is one of the nicest person I meet he was so patient with me and helping choose the best car for me since it was my first time buying A car. Christian had great customer service and was very caring and understanding. I would definitely be recommending Kia of Key West to my friends and family !

The service team really are some nice guys and they treat me right BUT the mechanic leaves my leather steering wheel absolutely coated with filth. It's so nasty that it makes my hands black when I drive it away. Please supply vehicles with disposable steering wheel covers when they go in for service.

I can't say enough about how good EVERYONE at Kia of Key West treated me. It was a great experience from the second I pulled in thier lot up until I left with my new car. My salesman was Ivan Antonov and he is awesome. I felt like I was hanging out with an old buddy not a salesman. Professional, courteous, knowledgable and a sincere nice guy. Anyone in the market for a car, stop by Kia of Key West. They will take great care of you. Buying a car has never been fun but it was this time.

I received excellent service and I had the same experience on my first maintenance visit. I informed them that I was having surgery the following day and I was especially concerned about covid-19 and they took extra precautions and assured me that it was no inconvenience whatsoever. Also I pointed out that I have a very slow leak in a tire. They checked it twice and couldn't locate the leak and since I can't drive for a couple of months the service manager assured me that if I need they will come to my home and take care of it if my tire is to go flat. They said not not to worry, they have my back. The staff there from the service staff, sales people and management are exceptional.I am very pleased that I made this purchase and I recommend KIA to all my friends. Not only am I very happy with my car and the salesman who I adore, I am very happy with the service team who give me peace of mind. Thank you kindly, Truly, Paula
