My first time back with the new owner and new configuration buildings. The best thing was that Julie was still there. I had an appointment and from the minute I walked in the door, the entire waiting room was such a step up but going in Julie's office was so easy. She explained everything and was given a ride home. She called later and explained that a part had to be ordered and would be there the next day.Such a pleasant experience.

EDIT: I noticed some duct tape on a hose a month or 2 after the service. When I called to report it I was met with not possible and you can t prove it was us . I asked if I could send a photo, and I did. After a week with no response, I emailed again and received a reply, in all capital letters, that she had not received a photo. I sent it again. No response after more than a week. The lack of customer service was stunning, given my pleasant experience when I brought my car in for service. The lack of communication and condescension is disheartening. I will not return and will certainly let others know.Shuttle is still a nice perk, so one star for that.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable Alex. He quickly met my needs and expedited my paperwork! The Manager Mike went above and beyond to put me in my new shiny Toyota Tacoma that same day!! I am so thrilled with my new purchase. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family! Thank you again guys!!!!

My wife and I just bought a new Toyota Highlander last week. Everyone at Key West Toyota was amazing to work with, especially, Lee, Erick, and Sabrina. In the week in between Christmas and New Years we were given so much attention and they made the whole car buying experience very easy. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Oleksandr was the best salesman we could've asked for. He listened to what I wanted, he didn't try to push me into something, and made the entire process stress free and easy! We will be purchasing all future cars from here, everyone working there was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable! We used the service area for the first time, and it went super smooth as well. Seriously a great dealership!

Our salesman, Edgar, is a dynamo at his job. He truly seemed to know everything about any vehicle we looked at and talked such a good game that we made a purchase that very day.The entire team, John and Eric, were also helpful and flexible making our purchase journey enjoyable.We love our new Toyota Tundra and look forward to many happy and safe miles driving it.After initially beginning our vehicle purchase quest in Miami, where we felt like we were a bother at the dealerships, I would highly recommend a visit to Keys Auto if you are in the market for a vehicle.
