I had multiple issues that needed to be addressed on my Ford Mustang. Working with Sharon was a breeze. She recognized I have a busy work schedule and was respectful of my time and clearly explained my options and costs for repair. She set up a rental car and followed through to keep me advised. Everyone at the busy service office appeared well organized and efficient which I appreciated.

Service department is slow. Reservations are too far out. I purchased a new explorer and I am not happy with the recall that automatically applies the parking brake. I will not buy another Ford although I have owned nothing else for the past 30 years and I will not buy it from Keys Auto

First available appointment was a week out. I made the appointment and scheduled a time. I was to get an oil change and a dash camera installed. I purchased the camera from my Ford awards points and brought it with me. Upon making the appointment I asked how long it would be, they asked if I would be waiting. No mention that my parts were out sourced and they do used out sourced product. I explained they came from Ford and when I made the appointment told the girl what I had. After I was approved they told me it would be 4 hour wait and $800.00. I drove a hour and twenty minutes for the appointment. Opted to only get an oil change. They could have told me this on the phone.

Great place. Customers have to realize that businesses have more than one person they are waiting on!! When an employee is doing all they can and more that s the best service possible. So that why I give them 5 stars.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. I dropped my car off around 8:15 for routine services and got my car back not even 4 hour later. Price is fair, especially for Key West.

Keys Auto took great care of my vehicle! Sharon in the service department was wonderful! This was my first oil change on my new explorer and love that I now have a Ford dealership I can rely on while I m staying here over the winter!

This was my first visit to Keys Auto Ford Servive for the Ford Maverick I purchased there. I am quite impressed how quickly I was able to check in.I also took advantage of the customer pickup service when work is completed.Overall a good experience!

I had yet another issue on my almost 10 year old Ford Edge the air conditioning was not working properly. I called the service department and was given an appointment and the problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly. I had run an internet check and they both said the same thing. The Ford service coordinator is very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I will continue to bring my car in for future repairs

Traveling to Key West fir vacation, my truck started to make intermittent sounds. Key West Ford was able to fit me in for an appointment, AND was able to repair the issue in time to travel back home. Everyone was AWESOME.

I called to schedule an appointment for a safety recall repair of my windshield. I also wanted a code check as I have had an engine light come off and on.The individual on the phone stated that was not a problem.Upon arrival this morning I was told that the service department could only check the service light. Any repair if the windshield would have to be done on the mainland. This is not what I was originally told nor scheduled for.After shifting my entire morning schedule to make this appointment it was all for not. Wasted time! After 10 yrs here and avoiding the local dealership as many had warned, they got me Never Again!!!

No service at all, it s laughable as a bad joke. I have a brand new ford, it has the checking engine light on, I called for an appointment on Dec 15th and they had availability for Dec 29th. Once I went to pick up my car fixed the checking engine light stills on. I got back to tell them, they realized there than a part was needed to be replaced. Getting a new appointment and the phone call to know if the part arrived it s being a nightmare. NOT A SERIOUS PLACE AT ALL.If anyone on management is reading this review please contact me directly.

I have called four times to get an estimate on an oil change for my F250 and no one seems to be able to give me a price estimate. I even stopped by in person and no one could give me an estimate. Where is the transparency.Absolutely ridiculous!

2022 -Rear window would not go back up while on our trip! Sharon from Ford Key West told us to come in and she would see if they could at least get window up until we got back home. They had the part and was able to get us back up and window now closes. Thank you Sharon! You are the best!!!2023- Sharon was able to get us in for oil change on our truck before heading back home! Always awesome service! Thank you so much!

The service department was spot-on in professionalism and expertise. The recall issues took longer than expected but the service department went out of their way to compensate our predicament. We found our ford dealer in the keys.

Best service in the entire keys!!! Easy, Costumer service is top priority for Sharon and the team who go out of their way to drop you off and pick you up when the car is ready. The entire system was up to date so I easily looked it up on my car s digital info. Kudos !!

I went in to find put why my car had a jerky feeling when driving. They me it was exactly what it was.Unfortunately I couldn't leave it there to be fixed because they don't have loaners.However I am trusting that they will look into my warranty to help me find a way to leave it there so it can be fixed.Everyone there was polite and very understanding.I wish I would've went there to buy my car instead of Ford of Kendall, who knowingly sold me a lemon.

Just bought used car and they helped me feel confident and provided required service. They explained everything and I even took test drive with mechanic. They were knowledgeable and cared and helped me choose which items I could wait to fix or deal with.Update, I go here for service and they can't be beat, Sharon, our customer advisor always gives us the best service. Will give an estimate when you ask, they stick to it, expert service.Update: Still the best service around. Appreciate their service and staff. Sharon in service is the best!

My front passenger side window broke and was stuck down. With no notice and an impending rain storm forecasted Sharon got me right in, had the parts in stock and completed the service as well as some routine maintenance in less than 3 hours.
