From start to finish, this family owned business was a pleasure. We had planned to try a Slingshot for several years and when the opportunity arose we thought what a perfect way to experience the Keys. We rented a Slingshot for 4 days. They came to our hotel, picked us up and brought us to their facility and were we off exploring the islands without a hitch. We noticed a Dune Buggy on their lot and asked if it was available to rent, the answer was Yes . We had booked the Slingshot for 4 day & asked if we could bring it back a day early and rent the Dune Buggy. They were more than accommodating. We had a great time buzzing around town in my husbands dream vehicle, the Dune Buggy, for our last day in Key West. At the end of our rental time, we brought the buggy back and they transported us and our luggage to the airport. Vehicles were well maintained and reliable. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this business

I just spent a week in the Keys with my daughter and my best friend. I was wary of booking a rental car through one of the big name agencies at EYW and found this company. It was like fate. Working with Sally and everyone else was such a positive experience, and I got to drive an absolutely zippy and adorable convertible Mini Cooper for the week and that was just the icing on the already sweet cake. I felt comforted knowing that if anything were to go wrong, they'd be there for me, but of course nothing did. They got me to and from the airport to the office quickly and the drivers were friendly. Anytime I need a rental car in the islands I will for sure book with them, as well as referring anyone I know who will be heading south. Thanks again!!

I have never written a review for a car rental company before but, our experience with Key West Adventures was exceptional. Glenda helped me with my booking and was great. The whole process was so easy and smooth. They picked us up before and dropped us off after our jeep rental and both ladies were just the nicest! I was worried that driving without the doors would be scary. But, we absolutely loved it! My daughter totally wants a jeep now because we had so much fun

Rented a Jeep for 9 hours and drove up the keys. It was beautiful and such a nice day to have the top down and the doors off. Would definitely do this again. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Thank You!

They were all extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Military friendly local rental shop. They were able to accommodate a one week Jeep rental with no issues. A nicely equipped Wrangler at the price of a sub-compact from the major chains at the airport. We were picked up & dropped off at our hotel for no additional charges. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with A+ dining & excursion reccomendations.

Had a rear axle issue with my Jeep while towing it to the Keys. Got in touch with them and they were true pros fixing the jeep and providing me with a rental during repairs. Highly recommend for any Jeep repairs!!

We rented a Jeep for the day so we could drive up the Keys. They picked us up at our hotel, the owner did our paperwork and sent us on our way after giving us an extensive list of things to see. She was very pleasant and helpful, and a Parrothead as well. Our Jeep was new, with only 920 miles on it. We had a great day touring the Keys, and when we returned the Jeep, we were dropped off at our hotel. It was a great rental experience, and I would certainly recommend Key West Adventures to anyone!

Absolutely the Best service we have EVER received from an excursion company. The owner picked us up made sure we were ultra confident with our Slingshots. After we returned we were talking about different things in Key West we'd never seen and she offered to take us Anywhere we wanted to,go so we could see them. Absolutely incredible! If ever we are in Key West we will go there. Hands down...Awesome Team. Top to bottom!!!

Had an amazing time. Originally only rented for a day. The plan to see how my wife and son would like jeeps since they always had some interest, but never rode one. Needless to say, we ended up renting for the entire vacation and enjoyed it so much we re planning on trading in for one of our own! Accidentally got on the 7 mile bridge at sunset and the view was absolutely amazing in the keep. Service was so friendly and accommodating.

Couldn't be any happier with my experience with KWA. Was staying in Cudjoe Key with family. We made a last minute plan to head down to Key West. I called KWA on a Monday afternoon I was curious if I could pick a Slingshot at their Marathon location so my brother and I can take it down to Key West for the very next day. Was able to do the reservations over the phone. Set my GPS to their location on the website and come to find out it was their old location. One phone call and the gentleman gave me simple easy directions. You would think there would be hidden fees or some type of "catch" but not at all. Extremely professional, excellent customer service and you cannot beat their prices to have an amazing experience in the Keys!

Always a pleasant experience with KWA. Every time I visit Key West I will always get a Extreme Jeep rental from Sally and Tom. The staff here are top notch and so are the jeeps. I wish I could give a 1000 stars. I can t wait to visit the Conch Republic once more and to be sure when I do, I will be driving a Key West Adventure Jeep.

Incredibly easy to book, picked me up and took me back to my condo after the 24 hour rental was over. Got the beach package since we were heading to Bahia Honda for the day, super convenient. Will definitely rent again next visit to Key West.

We booked for the day and it was the best experience. Highly recommend open door , open top jeep and venture out in the keys.Loved this place. They came to pick up and drop off. Renting is so easy with them. Quite accommodating.Had an opportunity to meet the owner, Sally. What a wonderful person she is.If you are thinking of renting any vehicle including Jeep, look nowhere else but Key West Adventures.

Great service and staff! We called the morning we wanted to rent a jeep for the day. They even went and got the color I wanted. Picked us up at our hotel and brought us back at the end of the day. It was so much fun!

They will come pick you up from your hotel.. they have jeeps and 3 wheelers. Helpful friendly staff. We were thinking of getting a 3 wheeler as well, but they advised against it because of the scorching sun... good thing. They also comped us for our uber anx gave us a discount because they didn't have staff available for the pick up since we were last minute with our booking. We kept our jeep for 3 days with the doors off. The top came down easy too (they showed us how in advance) for our nighttime rides. They also didn't mind us returning it a few hours later without any additional charge) since we were going to the airport on the return day.

We booked a Jeep for the day. They picked us up at our hotel and drove us to their store to get the Jeep. Their process is very smooth and we were in a 2020Jeep Wrangler in no time. It was immaculate and we enjoyed our trip. Forgot to gas it up before returning, but their refuel rate was very reasonable. We will use them again!

These guys are very awesome . Very accommodating , super easy to reserve , always on time , and very affordable . I m a local and have rented Jeeps from them a few times whenever I have family in town. Vehicles are always clean and staff is always super friendly and helpful. Sally rocks!!! Nice selection, professional staff... great prices! Chose Renegade... wanted a roof and a vehicle to get from point A to B... was planning on a Slingshot if we got our day finished early... which we did not. Left jeep at lot after hours and dropped key off in night box. Brilliant!

Wow!! Great customer service!! We rented a little convertible Mini Cooper for the day and drove up the keys. Sally was very helpful through email ahead of time answering all my questions. They picked us up and dropped us off afterward. Highly recommend!! I told Sally I m telling all my friends about this place !!! Super affordable as well! We will definitely rent from here each time we come!

This was definitely a MUST, Rent a Slingshot. This a great adventure driving down in the Keys. Key west was great to work with and the vehicle was in very good cond. and well maintained.

Rented a slingshot. It was not in very good mechanical conditions. The check engine light came on the second day. They had to switch it out... Had to wait for them as I was not close by the key west upon returning of the second slingshot. I cannot even get the gas cap open to refuel it. They tried to charge me. I am a power lifter. I probably could have broke it off but it definitely was not coming off.. They didn't even offer me any type of compensation for all my headaches***Thanks for confirming everything I said...You didn't charge me for the gas because nobody could open the gas cap when I dropped it off!!!! And it's nice that you guys are internet tough guys but didn't say anything to me in person..

Highly recommend! Friendly, nice jeeps, and great prices, and much easier to deal with than an airport rental. We rented out jeep for the entire week and had so much fun. Great service and just all around good people to deal with. We will be back on our next trip to rent from again.

My wife is looking to buy a shara jeep so we rented one from this establishment . The owner Sally was a lovely person with a treasure trove of knowledge about these vechicles . We rented the 4 door version had them remove the doors & roof to get the full affect . I am now on the hook for a jeep wrangler 4 door ! lol . But we had a grand time . Thanks Sally we will be returning to Key West Adventures on our next trip . What a blast !

Incredible service. They picked us up from our bed and breakfast. We felt like superstars for the day. Everyone loved the "Moke" jeep. We got asked 20 times about where we got it. We let the secret out of the bag. After a fun filled day they drove us back to the B&B. This is a must along with the snorkeling if your visiting Key West. Thanks a million for a wonderful time and memory.
