Terrible place. Awful people. Were aggressive. Made an appointment , quote, and paid then almost a month after cancelled and when asked why said I can do what I want . Zero regards for customers, people . Hates military. Their response to bad reviews is ridiculous because they don t want to clear anything out. They suck at their job all round. You can do better going to anyone else.

I have never encountered such an unprofessional, disrespectful and a business that intentionally goes out of their way to screw over people. They do not keep their word, they keep your money and make you go through a hassle to get it back when they should refund it after wasting your time waiting for an appointment weeks, waste money going there multiple times. Zero respect for military, zero respect for people. Key west is small so it is harder to find a professional place that cares about business. People like Shane and his wife feel they can treat you poorly and waste your time for fun. Sad people are still like this in 2024. Be better, all people matter and deserve respect and equality.

By far the best body shop in the keys. They do everything from painting cars and trucks, oil changes, tires, oil changes, mechanics, diagnoses, details, and more. I will never bring my car to any other shop .

Major repairs on truck. Looks as good as new. Staff were friendly and keep me informed. Hope I don't need to go back but if another accident, will definitely be using cooper's

Coopers has always done a fine job for us. They are the only place that I take our cars for body repairs. They are fair and honest with a drop off box for our keys from the night before. I have always been satisfied with Coopers.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Shane and his crew did an awesome job fixing and repairing my truck. Looks like new. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional , excellent communication. This very disappointing experience. I had a dent/scratch on my car. Before dropping off the car I asked for an estimate of how many days this would take. They kept the car 1 extra week. It took several phone calls and unpleasant conversations before I got my car back. The quality of the job is as bad as their customer service. The clear coat spray was all over the windows. Parts were not aligned well when put back together. Very unprofessional.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This wonderful team of people ensured that my experience with having my car ran into only got better! They were very informative and transparent with the entire repair process and kept me in the loop every step of the way! The "woman" in the back office was absolute trash! Poor quality Poor Service Poor value at Coopers. I'm disgusted with the "customer service". We've been in the keys for 8 years and when we had a discrepancy we got "That's key west!" Pathetic. We wanted a refund for the "AC Recharge". The lady made a phone call to the owner supposedly, she didnt explain our concern to him/her and told us No. We basically spent $220 for a oil change. They do not care about their customers. Terrible experience.

Worse Wax/Detail/Paint correction I've ever paid for or seen. Im a Navy Service member and this place charged me TOP DOLLAR for a wax/detail, did a MEDIOCRE job and (The "oWneR") had the nerve to tell me there's nothing I could do about it and that my 2017 vehicle needed new paint...This establishment is a rip-off and I would not recommend this place to a friend, co-worker, sibling or cousin!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Needed new tires for our RV, and needed brake work done on our truck. All I can say is just WOW!! Cooper's took GREAT care of us. Excellent work on the brakes, and had to special order the tires. Had them the next day, and installed. Great staff, and mechanics that get the work done right!!

We had several cars worked on by Cooper's and every time the craft has been outstanding. They have always gone out of their way to ensure we were happy with the final product. They even repaired graciously and perfectly some issues with one of our doors caused by a third party, which was not their responsibility. Talk about customer service. To top it all off they provide after each repair a complimentary detailing that is flawless. Highly recommend.

A very disappointing experience.This place does not provide optimal Paint/Detail services. I'm a friend of the U.S Navy here in Key West and they all warned me. What an OUTSTANDING experience we had with Cooper's Paint & Autobody. Honest, excellent work and fantastic customer service. We cannot recommend them more highly! We need 10 starts! If you want to work with people that honestly want to help you, that will fix your car professionally and be reliable with respect to when it will be ready this is the shop for you!

Great mechanical shop to go to and the people are awesome, I'm a wrecker driver and brought in a young lady that's in the Navy to there shop because of wrong fuel that was put into her truck. She has to be in Virginia in the morning and these guys jumped in to get her truck done so she wouldn't get into any trouble! Cooper's thanks for helping our military people!!

I highly recommend Cooper's. I'm totally pleased. with Cooper's customer service and awesome quality of repair work. Not only are they professional but very, very nice. They repaired a major wreck on my SUV and did a great job. I needed a car and they loaned me a car! Cooper's has been around a long time because they do it right.
