In town for a few days. Staying at at Boyd's Key West campground. Truck wouldn't start. Came to pick up a lithium battery booster. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Even offer to call me when the booster arrived from another store. They treated me as if I were a frequent customer. Great place. While there I saw how well they treated everyone. Very patient and concerned.

Had a battery issue while camping. Took battery in to be tested and just knew it was gonna be bad yet they were very honest and helpful. No charge and service with a smile. Good old fashion business

These guys are great. They are friendly and helpful but they're inventory is lacking.. They're taking steps to improve that but they don't have a lot on hand

They know their stuff. The owner works the counter. Look at the bldg. Probably more stuff in stock than any other in KW. If not, they will have it the next day. Usually busy. This is where the mechanics and garages get their parts.

Friendly, helpful counter staff. Carried parts I found difficult to source from other vendors. Reasonable prices.

I only window shopped there for electrical connectors. Their selection has increased substantial since 2022 Feb.

Service is fast places under staff customer service is good business needs to be organized it's kind of messy in there but what can you do when you only got one guy behind the counter they could keep the front of the place looking good too just cuz the neighborhood looks rub does it mean the business has two

Most of the time they have the parts I need. They are having issues getting oil and brake parts. Cant get straight 30 or 40 weight oil. Had what we needed.

Not the most well stocked auto parts store but easily the most knowledgeable and friendliest staff in all the keys. They know their stuff. Waaay better than Advance auto or napa
