I had called AutoZone about replacing my car battery that I had purchased in May 2023 in North Lauderdale. However, I live in Marathon, FL 33950. I called many AutoZones trying to find out if my warranty was still available and active.. Matis at store #4986 assisted me immediately in giving me an option of returning my broken battery to another AutoZone store located near me. The closest store was located in Key West Store #5215. I want to commend Matis for dealing with me in such a professional manner. He needs to be congratulated on handling the situation. We went to the AutoZone in Key West and was greeted by the store manager, Courtney. I explained the situation to him and immediately he had my dilemma resolved. Courtney not only treated me with such professionalism he suggested a couple of restaurants. Matis and Courtney deserve a five star rating. If everyone would be treated like these young gentlemen in all of your stores, the world be a better place. Please let them know how much this customer appreciates them. I went in to get a new battery and wind shield wipers, I was completely lost . BUT Juan was very welcoming and helpful. Got me situated right away, and also helped me put everything in . Great overall team energy in the store.

Had an issue no one was able to really help me with (everyone was still very polite and helpful) but the store manager Jorge was very helpful and reassuring. Great managing and customer service skills.

Store # 5215Your store manager Jorge is an amazing customer service and very helpful with the customers.He helped me to the max, was very polite and he answered every question and explained every little detail, something another lady (Melissa) in the store didn't do when I approached her first to help me since she was a girl, she was really rude and had an awful attitude towards me just because I was asking her questions, if she don't have the patience in working with customers and answer all their questions then she don't belong there, she's just going to make people not to come back. I urge any customer if you really want an 100% service then ask for the store manager Jorge, he has the patience and the expertise and is really sweet.

I purchased a starter with warranty and Autozone will not bring a new starter to my Mechanic so I can get my car running . They said I must drive 40 miles so they can test old starter . Or come and buy another then bring starter back. To be tested . I have car in shop no way to drive there. And they wouldn t deliver to my Mechanic shop. It is going to cost me $300.00 extra . Getting a starter from Napa and returning this Autozone starter, for my money back from purchasing with them. They don t back there warranties.

The long red haired lady refused to return a broken product that was under lifetime warranty, the warranty information told me to go to the autozone store to return or replace.. she straight up refused. Returned everything I didn't use and will never spend money there again.

These people have no right working in the automotive industry... talking to them is like talking to my dog about cars. You would be better off next door in Winn Dixie for help.

The store is great as long as you go to the store and get the item. The same day delivery is horrible. The drivers don't know where they are going even with the address in front of them. They also take forever for the delivery. I had a driver eating nearby instead of making the delivery.

One person being help by clerk, three of us standing in line. One Hispanic female scanning entering items in computer not helping anyone in store, refusing to acknowledge three of us in line. Male searching for Items behind register not assisting anyone in store refuses to acknowledge patrons at register. Waited ten minutes in line then placed items back and took business elsewhere. I m pretty patient and know the most customer service policies say take in store patrons first unless on phone. Horrible service!

For the past couple of weeks, I've paid attention to new troubling noises from underneath my hood of my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 - aka Burgundy Beast.Then the AC went out.I drove to AutoZone yesterday to get some advice about what was going on. It's likely the tensioning pulley, Roy of AutoZone tells me. I buy that piece and withing 100 yards away from Autozone, my belt is shredded and I limp into a parking lot. I walk back to AutoZone, buy a belt, rent a tool and proceed to replace belt and the tensioner.I discover another pulley(an idler pulley to be exact) - well the remains of the pulley - the inner and out race of what was a bearing and no pulley wheel whatsoever - has failed.Ah I think, the AC didn't have tension - no drive the compressor.I return to AZ to buy the next pulley. They don't have it, but they call a competitor. I walk to the competitor a quarter of a mile away. I buy said pulley. I replace said pulley, only to discover a third idler pulley has failed. I replace that as well.There is something to be said, especially when you're traveling to LISTEN to your vehicles, to pay attention to what's going on, and make repairs before they are catastrophic, as when it would have been traveling north across the Ocean Highway, where there is no AutoZone and no roadside parking.I'm very thankful to AutoZone Key West and Roy and the manager, who helped me get back on the road.My wife is very glad I brought my tools now and we have AC again.

Excellent experience - we were stuck in Key West needing a battery, but it was proving difficult to find someone willing replace a battery in a sports car on a Saturday. It was no problem for Sega S. He told us what we needed and installed it quickly and expertly. Thank you!!

Car's battery died on my work trip to Key West. After getting a jump we went to autozone and got a new battery and they installed it for us free of charge.Good prices and friendly help/service.

Great location! I believe his name was Ryan changed a battery for me in the blistering son. Went above and beyond to get us back on the road. You do not get service like this everywhere.

Clean, well organized store with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I ve been here many times and always had a great experience. Most recently, Daniel replaced my battery for me which was a pain as it was located in the floor behind the passenger seat. He had a positive attitude despite the child car seat (that I couldn t manage to remove) making the job much more difficult for him. In the past I ve had other employees help me with AC issues and finding different parts for my car and the experience has always been a positive one. They have always made it feel like a friend was helping me out. This AutoZone staff goes out of its way to make it feel like it s not just a place of business.

I am a business owner and I was very impressed the way all the workers conducted themselves, very professional and had great knowledge of the products, I want to applaud the store manager for having such a great store, I wish more companies would hire great leaders like the one you hired, I also applaud corporate for a great decision on your store manager, it was a great experience.

They go above and beyond here I ve owed a review since getting my brake pads and rotors here last spring. Returned today to get a battery and the whole crew was helpful on the phone and once I arrived providing great service and aide with my battery! Roy you are the man. David was amazing too!

I would like to give a big shot out to Melissa, shes one of the managers in the Key West store. Extremely professional and knowledgeable on the store and the products. She gave me undivided attention with multiple items. She seems like a veteran employee. I continue shopping there over anywhere else and look forward to her assisting me.

I went in with a battery and a check engine light issue. I saw all the associates occupied with customers so I thought I would be waiting a while, but I was wrong. Because the store manager "James" helped me right away. He installed the new battery for me and gave me a print-out for the check engine like concern. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful with a few other questions I had. Thank You James!

This past week I needed some help with some repairs for my minivan. I called Auto Zone and spoke to Daniel, he was very helpful and patient with me. I showed up a few hours later and Daniel remembered our conversation, which made it very easy. He suggested several options and prices for my vehicle. This young man was very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Plus he saved me some money in the process. As a business owner myself I can recognize a high caliber employee when I see one; DANIEL, thank you very much again for your help. I highly recommend him for your auto parts needs in town.

These employees went above and beyond, and ultimately saved our family vacation!We arrived in Key West, FL on the afternoon of President s Day after an uneventful 1,700 mile trip from Massachusetts. We had just picked up our hotel keys when we realized that our truck would not start. It was now 4:00 pm on President s Day and we were as far away from home (and my tools) as possible. Thinking we needed a new battery, my wife started frantically calling stores looking for a battery. Thankfully, we called this store! The associate on the phone was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful as they verified that the battery we needed was in stock.By some miracle we managed to get the truck started and drove over to this store. When we arrived at the store we met James, who sold us a new battery and offered to install it in our truck. James did a perfect job installing the new battery, however, the truck still would not start. Now I was worried! We needed our truck to enjoy our vacation but it wasn t looking promising. Instead of leaving me to figure this out on my own, James and another associate named Roy, helped to troubleshoot the problem and ultimately we were able to determine that I needed a new starter.Unfortunately, the store didn t have a starter in stock. This was another setback for us, but James and Roy were persistent. They were able to locate a stater for me at a nearby auto-parts store that was closing soon. James offered to let me borrow his own vehicle but I declined, knowing that he had already done so much to help me so I took off running down the street to get to the store. Another associate, Melissa, heard this story and decided that she would not let me, a disabled veteran from Massachusetts, run through traffic, in the Key West heat and humidity. Melissa drove over to pick me up and bring me back to my truck at AutoZone. While I was out getting the starter, James arranged for a mobile mechanic to come over to the parking lot and install the starter for me.Ultimately, the mobile mechanic was able to install the starter and repair my truck. The employees cheered just as enthusiastically as my family when the truck started up for the first time! We were back at our hotel by 8:00 pm that same night.Thanks to the help of these great employees and their willingness to go above and beyond for a customer, they turned a situation that could have doomed our vacation into a relatively minor inconvenience. I am happy to report that we enjoyed our family vacation and the trip home was uneventful.James, Melissa, and Roy (there were others, but I didn t get everyone s name) brought customer service to a level my family and I had never experienced. They literally went the extra mile for us. I will wholeheartedly recommend this store and their great employees for their exceptional customer service. They now have an AutoZone customer for life.

George is an amazing sales associate. He helped me with a complex vehicle issue. George was patient, listened to my problem, and answered all my questions. He solved my problem.Once again Auto Zone helped me. The store manager not only sold me a great wiper but he came to the car and replaced it, making sure the new one fit! Amazing group of personnel working there.

I ve been an Auto Zone customer for 5-7 years now! Do love their services, such an awesome people very friendly, super helpful! They do know what they are doing especially Daniel Castro...he always treats me like a VIP...I m just going their and he is always for me with a 100% quality which I love about it. Thank you very much Daniel for always being there for your customers and team and thank you for your great job!!!! Way to go.

Staff were very helpful! James in particular helped me find windshield wipers. Gave me a discount and helped me find the best ones for the money utilizing a deal with a rebate. They also recycled Oil for me very quickly. 10/10 best AutoZone in the region.
