Place isn't honest my friend a Vietnam ham vet purple heart had his El Camino fixed he ordered wrong custom radiator for it so got the correct one picked car up didn't get wrong radiator lef it there he was in and out of hospital for six months went to get radiator they said they threw away was still in box they won't reimburse him for it they are wrong they ripped him off for 600 dollars wouldn't take go cart to be fixed there

A gumbo limbo tree fell on my car a while ago, denting my hood and cracking my windshield. I contacted Key largo collision center asking if they worked with my insurance company and they did! They told me to come in so they could do a look over. I gave them all the information needed and left the claim alone. They took care of literally everything. They kept me in the loop as everything unfolded and got everything fixed. Initially I was supposed to go to 2 separate places but they got the company to allow them to do both the windshield and the hood. They are extremely professional and everything came back to me in flawless condition. I HIGHLY recommend them and have already referred a friend. Thank you guys for all your hard work!!

They did an excellent job repairing my car after I was rear ended. It took longer than expected due to supply lines taking forever to get the parts to them. Overall a good experience and excellent workmanship.

There s a reason the Key Largo Collision Center has such a high rating. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and polite. They are competitively priced. (It s unlikely you ll find a better deal elsewhere.) They do an outstanding job. And they do it in a relatively quick timeframe.A few weeks ago we brought in a Mercedes E350 with some dents and dings to get an estimate. Their estimate was about 35% lower than if we d taken it to the Mercedes dealership in Cutler Bay. They were honest to a fault, acknowledging that they might not be able to do as precise a job particularly with the paint finish as the dealership s repair shop.But we had a good feeling about this place. The staff seemed honest and professional. So we had them do the repairs. Within a week, they had completed the repairs at the estimated price. And boy did they do an excellent job. The car looks brand new!This is the best place in Key Largo hands down. And as an added bonus I really like supporting a local business. I highly recommend!

Fantastic service and expertise! We had an incident that kept the tailgate on our truck from opening and prohibited us from pulling our RV. This happened while on vacation in the pouring rain. We recently had our Tahoe, that was two different colors, restored to the original color. The price was very reasonable and these guys did an amazing job. Very friendly. Will definitely recommend Key Largo Collision Center to others.

Spoke with Neil, excellent customer service skills. There were some issues with the insurance estimate but they told me not to worry and that they would take care of it with MetLife. Huge relief, they made the process easy, felt like a welcome customer for the first time in a long time. Great work guys!

I was shown what type of work would be done to my vehicle then when I point out that it wasn t being done as they had stated it would be they back peddled ( lowered price a little) and changed how work would be down also they were incapable of removing a windshield without destroying it which added to my bill , go to main land where theirs greater price options, less BSServices: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding
