I called because I needed the oil changed on my 2022 Ford F250 diesel. They said to drop it off and it would be done in 2 to 3 hours. When I dropped it off they were very friendly and I let them know I would be waiting for it. They seemed very busy and I appreciated that they were able to get me in. I was very happily surprised when it was ready in an hour. The price was about 20% higher than getting it done back home in North Georgia which my wife raised an eyebrow at. I reminded her we re in the keys and not only was the price fair for the Keys but how uncommon it was to get such fast friendly service here. From the time I made the phone call to the time I was driving out finished was just a little over an hour.I reminded her about the di$aster last winter getting the boat trailer tires replaced in Big Pine.As I left with fresh oil I felt like it was a great experience.

While on a holiday in Key Largo, we experienced a low pressure indicator in one of our tires. We took it to a local tire shop who suggested we take it to Charlie s Garage. It turned out to be a great suggestion as they were very accommodating and fixed the problem quickly. Sure enough, we had picked up a nail somewhere. They were very friendly, helpful and are highly recommended by this traveler.

Traveling in Key Largo from out of state, I had run over something in the road that punctured my tire. Looking for repair facilities in the area, I found that Charlie's Garage had high ratings and a great reputation; I now see why. Both Charlie and JC were kind courteous and straight forward. They got my vehicle in right away and had the tire patched within 30-40 minutes. I have nothing but praise for this establishment. From the owners to the staff, the experience was aces!

I cannot say enough about how professional, friendly, and responsive Charlie's Garage was when our car broke down the afternoon before our departure from Key Largo. A hotel employee recommended Charlie's, and they were 100% on the mark. If you need your car repaired, our experience says Charlie's Garage is the place to go. Thank you all!

Got a screw in a tire and needed it plugged. Called Charlie at 8 am and he said bring it right over even though his web site implied that they were booked up for repairs that day. Dropped the vehicle off and got a call 2 hours later that it was good to go. Tire was fixed, spare was put back in the trunk and air pressure was adjusted on all tires including the spare. Happy to deal with such an accommodating and professionally run shop.Service: Tires

On a Friday morning, my Honda van was bucking when accelerating and the check engine lights was flashing. One garage I stopped at gave me an appt next Wed. And, oh by the way, you should not drive a Honda with a flashing engine light!, could ruin engine. On my way to another garage, I passed Charley s Garage and U turned to stop in. The guy behind the desk said let us take a look and drove me home. One hour later, he called with the problem and quoted costs. About 4 hrs later he called to say finished and said he would pick me up in it. I drove him back. To the penny on the estimate. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Had a rental car with a leaking tire and no help from the rental company. Charlie s was nearby. Stopped to see whether they were able to fix it. Out in less than an hour with a repaired tire.

I was recently stranded in Key largo with a what I believed was a thermostat issue for my 2019 Cadillac.Not knowing anyone in the area I based my choice of service centers on fellow Google reviewers.I called Charlies Garage just hoping they would look at my car on a short notice. They told me to bring the car in.They diagnosed the issue, which was the thermostat and they would be able to take care of the problem for me.I might add that due to the location of the thermostat on the vehicle this was no small project .The next day my car was up and running and we began our trip back home to Alabama.My wife and I would like to publicly say thank you to the mechanics and office staff at Charlies in Key Largo for all of their help, and would highly recommend their service center to anyone in need of service for their vehicle

We are local to key largo. Needed front breaks on a GMC Acadia. They required us to drop it off for a quote. A little while later they wanted to charge $1400 for the work. We thought that was crazy and went to get the car. They charged us $43 to hand us the keys back. They did zero work on the car. Took it less than a mile down the road and got a price of $500 for everything and quoted it with us standing there. Don t go to Charlie s Garage!!!

Horrible!! I went for an oil change and tire rotation. When they called me to pick up my car. I paid and then when I went to pull out onto the highway my front left tire was shaking. I pulled over and the lug nuts on my front left wheel where hand tight. The wheel was about to come off. I backed up into their lot and the guy at the front desk checked it out and pulled it back to have the wheel tightened. The Manager/Owner went back inside and had the mechanic that did the work on the car the 1st time come out and fix it. The Manager/Owner never come out to offer an apology or inspect the work. I will never go there again!

I will always take my vehicles to Charlie's Garage. They have a great staff and always keep my cars running like new! If you're looking for a trust worthy mechanic you've found it. They're family run and operated, by far the best in town!

Charlie's Garage delivered fast and excellent service with several repairs to my Cadillac. This shop also saved me a lot of money by correctly fixing an AC issue with my car that other repair shops had diagnosed incorrectly.

I had my 2020 Toyota Rav 4 in for an oil change. The appt made for 10:30 and they were right on time. A full check was done on all systems on the car. Completed promptly and courteously. I ll be getting all my work done there from now on. Highly recommend

We were on vacation in Key Largo and had a flat tire. We brought it to Charlie's and they had it patched within a few hours and put it back on our vehicle right when we arrived so barely any waiting on our part. We were so thankful to be safely back on the road without the donut! They were also friendly.

Charlie s is a rare find. The care I received at Charlie s was on point.Professional honest and experienced mechanics that took care of my car s brakes, tires and oil change.I have lived in Key Largo for 8 years and have had ok experiences with the other auto service centers. Prices very high. Paid $630.00 for rebuilt starter. Called Wheaton after the fact & they quoted $490.00 for a new OEM starter installed

Very honest, hard working nice company! They helped us get our RV s AC going like new. Before we left the technician took the time to explain the AC system to me and gave me some maintenance tips as these older RV s can be temperamental :) it s refreshing to have a wonderful company with great people who actually care about fixing your problem and are not just trying to make a quick dollar!Thank youServices: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair
