Our access came with our AirBnB rental down on 2nd Street. Super easy to walk to. Very good bar. I would have liked to seen more on the food menu (maybe fries over bag chips). Very great staff! We were blessed with nice weather and not too packed with guests but some regulars told us it can get very busy at times. Small beach with seaweed most of the time but I know that wasn t their fault. We just didn t see much effort to clean it.

I had trouble getting in as a guest. The gentleman was incredibly rude and tried to tell me there was no membership for the address, which isn't correct. After a phone call to the owner of the property, the issues were resolved, and they were able to find the address. The guys attitude improved, and I was able to enter. It wasn't a welcoming environment. As first impressions go, it wasn't an enjoyable start to the day. The bartender was polite, and the pool was clean. Unfortunately, the food is disappointing. I ordered the nachos they consisted of out of a bag round chips, processed yellow cheese, canned chicken, and jarred salsa. Flavorless and overpriced.

Really nice place. We rented a place in Key Colony with a membership - we made a great decision. Their beachside/poolside drinks were impeccable. The raspberry parrot and their various daily mixups of the pina colada hit the spot. Bob, chad and jessi were excellent hosts and made our visit so, so much fun. Jessi recommended local eating establishments to try for breakfast, lunch and dinner - these recs made our stay super-delicious. Thanks Jessi! Booking again for spring break 2024.

We had the use of this place with our rental. Let's just say not impressed. You can not bring any thing in like water or food. Food has to be purchased fromthe club. Food was all frozen and all processed. Drinks were outrageous in price. Bathrooms were disgusting. Majority of the folks are older and are drinking. Bathrooms reeked of urine. Clearly no one knew how to hit the toilet there was urine all over the floor abd walls. Went one day and hit Sombrero Beach after that. Way better. As you will see the club owner responded. Not I am sorry for the experience but literally putting the blame on me. Go figure.

Love this place! To be clear we went three times and all three times just used the beach part. Staff was super friendly and the beach was a little bit quieter than some others and there are beach loungers for you to use! Baby loved it as her first beach visit!

We had a great time, very clean, friendly [appreciate the rules, keeps things less obtrusive, we had 3 kids 7 and under to 3 so could use floaties to help keep them safe and sinking toys to play with], well priced food and drink.

Service today was subpar. We waited over 25 minutes to order our food. The workers did not stay in their stations, Beach shop, or available by the pool. Maybe they were short staffed? Not sure. I did ask for. Server at the bar. The food was tasty and the atmosphere was enjoyable. It is a very relaxed environment. It s just what you expect in the Keys.

First week of October. Beautiful weather (granted, this is compared to Ohio). Still, not busy at all - able to keep socially distant in the pool, beach, etc.. Friendly service (and amazing cheeseburger!). Didn't personally get the pi�a colada, but my gf said it was phenomenal!

Important note: you're going to read A LOT of other reviews about how this place is NOT kid friendly. This is 100% FALSE. No pool toys, no cannonballs. Other than that kids can get crazy.So let's start with the staff, overwhelmingly friendly, super helpful, and totally accommodating. Next the space, the pool is great, the beach is very nice, and the bar area is covered and has a couple TV's. It's pretty much everything you could ask for. Lastly, the atmosphere, this place is EVERYTHING. There are some people here to party, some people here to relax, some people here to make friends, and some people here to hang with their family.This was a great, great addition to our key colony vacation

Bar/food staff were friendly & great, pool is big & clean, beach area is nice. But the 1 star rating is because of the check in personnel. They are EXTREMELY rude & unprofessional! They obviously don t want to be there & really don t want you there either. I would definitely recommend choosing different personalities to represent your establishment! BEWARE: If you are renting a property in Key Colony & the owner does not have a membership with the club, they will charge you $50 PER day PER person. Absolutely not worth it!! Side note: Out of the 6 properties rented, only 2 had access because all other owners have discontinued their membership due to staff& prices.

Very rude personnel (in particular the lady speaking with British accent) at check in booth. Looked at each bag like she was from police. Couldn't provide a copy of the club's policy and regulations to prove that empty bottles (favorite toy for 1 year old baby) are not allowed at the club.For that reason, I gave the Cabana Club 4 stars. Other than that, the club is great for families with kids. Awesome spacious pool and very clean sandy beach area. The ordered food was brought quickly to the table at the pool. Great service! Other staff except for that British Lady is very friendly.

Nice cabana club, great service, food and drinks. Courtious staff and clean facilities. Be sure your rental house is a club member for your use.

We stayed at an VRBO in Duck Key and the property gave us access to The Cabana Club. The pool area was clean with lots of seating. The bathrooms were very clean. We loved that there was access to the Ocean/Beach as well - added bonus. The Food and drinks were delicious and the bartender Amanda was the absolute sweetest. She was super busy everyday we were there but she juggled everything like a GEM! We had the greatest experience and will defiantly go back. I HIGHLY recommend checking out The Cabana Club. Excellent Excellent

The lady that checks you in for the pool is the rudest person I have ever met. All the employees that are pool monitors have terrible attitudes and make you feel like they don't want you there. They just stare at you the whole time hoping someone breaks one of their rules. Ironically I went back and read some of the comments over the last 6 months and several people say the same thing including about the rude woman that checks everyone in, but Cabana Club doesn't seem to care. They have no business dealing with people.

My third visit since 2000 but first time with kiddos. Definitely not kid friendly but a great spot for retirees or those without kiddos. Both bartenders were very kind but the waiter and welcome staff were pretty rigid and unfriendly.We saw the staff tell a disabled kiddo they couldn t have a pool noodle while they were using it in the pool they weren t bothering anyone (last Thursday). It was very disheartening. Sometimes it s okay to break the no pool toys rule Every visit I had to pretty much show them I brought my daughter s swim diaper (she s 5 months) as they would ask me multiple times during check-in Next time we rent a house in the Keys we will just get a house with a private pool and blender :)

Sam was the best waitress ever! Super sweet & attentive with great drinks. This club has great food, beautiful beach, clean pool, and plenty of chairs & umbrellas for families. Absolutely love this place!

Very nice place and very clean. Great place to swim and also had a great bar with food and drink. The check in lady is very nice and answered all of our questions. My only complaint was one of the pool boys asking if we wanted anything to eat or drink was extremely rude. Other than that it was a great place.

Me and my wife rode our bikes and stopped there at 9:30, someone walked in right before us so the door was open. We were greeted by a lady with brown, curly hair that asked if she could help us. I said yeah we haven t been here before and was told to come with my ID and check it out. She very rudely said we re closed. That s why we have our hours on the door and wall . There was so much attitude in her voice so I said that was rude and she walked off and said yeah, it was. It wouldn t have hurt to be friendly or just at least not rude.

Great place to spend the day. Small beach but kept clean, drinks are very good. Kids love the pretzels too. Pool temp is consistent and hot tub is nice and hot. Staff is very nice as well

This place is fun. Gets crowded at times. Had lunch in bar with drinks. Food is very good at a fair price. Had a bit of trouble signing in with Bob but things worked out the next day for us renters. Bill in the bar is fantastic and provides great service. Savannah at poolside service efficient. Maintenance staff takes the time to say hi. Overall this is a good experience. Pool is nice and beach access is great attribute. Did I mention it gets crowded?!!?

Great pool. Great staff. Lunch specials always amazing and very good drink specials. I wish the beach was a little larger but I understand you can't fight mother nature.
