My check engine light came on and I noticed my truck having trouble starting. After taking it to 3 shops to check my codes, no one could tell me what was coming up. I was referred to Reliable Auto by my neighbor and the owner of RAJ Electric, who have both taken their vehicles there. I spoke to Steve and explained my situation and how I was going through a rough patch. Steve kindly offered to diagnose my truck for free. While I was there he used his machine to show me if any codes came up and 4 of them did, which was the first time. I dropped off my truck a couple days later and he was able to diagnose that it was a mechanical issue and explained his thoughts. He was very honest and told me that he doesn't really do that work and that I should take my truck back to the dealership because it is most likely covered under my warranty. I was very appreciative for his time and honesty. These days you don't find that often and as a women it is easy to be taken advantage of when it comes to anything related to vehicle service or purchase. I did take it to the dealer and it was a mechanical issue that was covered under warranty. Thank you Steve for saving me money during difficult times and being honest. I will be recommending Steve from Reliable Auto to any one who needs their vehicle serviced!

Quick service, fair prices and honest explanations. After getting scared by other mechanics that I needed to change my timing belt ASAP Steve explained that I still had time to change it. Steve at Reliable Auto does a great job. He's been my mechanic for a long time. My old Chevy S10 p/u and now my Chevy cruze. Steve tries to keep the price reasonable. Thank You Steve

My dad and I have been going here for years. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Always honest, tries to be quick and the prices are within reason. If your in the Jupiter area and something goes wrong with your vehicle I highly recommend going here! Wow! I ve been in the automotive business for 29 years. It s so hard to find a repair shop that will sell you what you need now. There is so much up selling in the business and I guess that s good for you eventually when you will need that service but mostly way premature. Steve is honest and the quality of his work is excellent. Price and hourly rate is very fair.Hope he continues his service for many years to come.

Steve troubleshot the problem and fixed it! Small shop that's hidden away but good. Very fair prices , but that's not why you come here. It's an honest shop that you can trust to not bill excess work and won't try to sell you something you don't need.
