Lee & Kates is the only decision when we need anything for our JACKSONVILLE retail location! They are prices fairly, work fast, and provide excellent customer service. Lupe did an outstanding job on out glass shelving and calls and e-mails back FAST!!!

The 4 man crew was as good a crew as I have ever seen. Totally serious about getting the job done and totally serious about getting the job done right. Nice level of cooperation between the crew members. Nice experience for me. I obviously was delighted.

Mike and Dave were awesome! We had 2 shower enclosures replaced and windows around our front door replaced and they did a fantastic job! They left our home cleaned up and we could t be happier with their services. We highly recommend them!

I had a couple of cracked window panels that needed to be replaced. Lee & Cates provided fantastic customer service and a quality installation at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend for anyone in need of residential glass repairs.

We had Lee and Cates help us with new window glass for our front door and the process couldn't have gone better. It was delicate in that we were replacing old glass in a door that had a special painting treatment, and the installation drew took extra care to minimize any damage from the replacement. We are really pleased with their care, attention, professionalism, and quality of work!

Replaced 3 window panes for us quality work at a fair price. Installers were professional and and did excellent work. Definitely will call on Lee and Cates glass again.

We had two windows replaced. The installers were prompt, polite and did a professional job. One of the windows required two men and ladder work both inside the house and out on the roof. They handled it well and cleaned up both inside and out on the pool deck. We have used Lee and Cates several times and are pleased with their work.

The piece of glass we ordered was tempered ($$$). Lee & Cates completed the cut sooner than promised. Under promise over deliver us a good business model in any case.

Repaired glass sliding out of large sliding door when another company recommended replacing the door. Honest, considerate, and helped us same day! I would highly recommend them. This level of customer service is rare today, we are so grateful to them! Thank you

Hired Lee and Cates to repair the innards of 6 double hung windows. Everything went like clockwork. The servicemen appeared at the exact time. They were happy, friendly, and very competent. They even found another window that wasn t working properly and did a quick adjustment on that one while they were there. Very professional!

This company responds quickly, sends an associate for measurements and estimate quickly and completes installation professionally! They also left our home clean and ready to enjoy a new view from our living room. Love this company.

Great service, great communication professionally replaced a shattered glass, which required the use of scaffolding, removed the broken glass, cleaned up and job completed in a couple of hours.

Alex and Brian did a great job installing glass panel to my slider on the third floor of my townhome, and cleaned up the area they worked in afterwards. Very pleased with them.

I had them replace a window broken by a bad golfer s ball. Little hiccups with measuring the first time and a bit of a cleanup issue but all the people I encountered were courteous and professional. In the end I received very good service. I was given time frames for arrival and they were always met. I contacted a few other companies for estimates and they wanted me to stay around for hours on end. One didn t even show after I waited all afternoon. Lee & Cates were more respectful of my time. The final installer was extremely nice and helpful. If I have another wannabe golfer hook right again I ll call Lee & Cates first and not bother with the others.

We called about a shattered sliding glass door on a Friday and Lupe was very helpful and had an estimator at our home on Monday. Alex and Lyle did a great job on the installation less than two weeks later. We really appreciated the courteous, prompt service from everyone at Lee and Cates and plan to use them again.

I have been happy with Lee and Cates Glass as I have used them in the past - I called them immediately when I was purchasing my home.My field technician John was excellent. As I had a quote built out initially, John realized quickly that he needed to inspect the entire house as he felt there was things that were missed. He was very clear in his explanation as to why the initial quote was not build out properly, what was wrong and took notes on what he felt needed to be fixed. John was very clear in explaining to me what will be needed to correct the problems with my windows. He also made sure to call the office to ensure I was taken care of as this will be now be a multiple job project, which was not built out in the initial quote. I would recommend to specifically ask for John when you have a field technician out.I want to give John 5 stars as his customer service was on point, but lowered it to a 4 due to the fact that my initial quote was not built out properly and I need to have additional work done and incur additional labor cost that was not noticed in the first walk through. I held it at a 4 due to the field rep, but it should be lower.

Great service - quick response, and all appointments on time. Installers were respectful and performed the window replacement flawlessly.Just a minor comment- not all the offices serve the Nocatee area - it took me a couple of calls to other locations (Orange Park, Mandarin) to get directed to the final branch attending my area (Beaches) Would be good if you can post the information about service areas online or redirect the call internally. Thanks!

The very courteous craftmen arrived on time and performed their work skilfully in a minimal amount of time. Glass replaced in 4 windows as ordered. One small defect will be corrected promptly.Very pleased with the Lee & Cates experience from estimation to installation.

Had an exceptional team member come out to measure and then install a week later. The gentlemen that came out was exceptionally professional, experienced and kind. Final product was exactly what we hoped for. I would absolutely use again.
