Employees were friendly and we'll trained in the art of ripping the customer off!!!. Warning...do not pull into the bay until you've agreed on a price. They guide you in and before you can even see the sign for $122 starting price for an oil change, they have already drained your oil pan of any oil!!! Now they've got you!!! Then the fast talking starts and they start the sales pitch. I just said I wanted a regular synthetic oil change. The price that we never discussed was $177.00 for a fricken oil change!!! Never felt so violated in my life. Your Welcome for the heads up.

Bryan, Ryan and Leigh collectively helped me remove a squirrel nest, replace cabin and air filters, the obvious oil change and an additional radiator flush in less than 30 minutes. These guys are energetic, knowledgeable, kind and thorough! Highly recommend the hwy 52 location! Keep up the great work guys and thanks for everything!

Came into this location today at around 2:30pm, 02-22-2024.Let me just say that service was excellent! To describe the experience I'd us the words professional, well orchestrated, concise and exciting. Lester is who we talked to and he was knowledgeable and versed in his profession. Excellent work from the team, excellent communication between each other and to myself on the procedure. Definitely coming back, all the stars out of all the stars!

The guys at the Rte 52, Hudson, FL location, were both fantastic! They were friendly, accommodating, and consistently respectful. They seemed to enjoy their job, which showed in their overall positive attitude. Although they did try to upsell me, they were not pushy in any way at all! I appreciated that a lot! I like going to that location because I ve never experienced even a single issue. Great job with the oil change, great customer service, and they provided me with helpful information when I asked questions. Your company is lucky to have employees so dedicated to customer service because unfortunately, many consumers don't often receive a lot of positive experiences while out spending their hard earned money. I really do hope your senior management not only see s their hard work, but also gives them the praise they deserve!!After all .it s typically the hardest working people who earn the least amount of money, despite those corporate snobs who know that the worker bees ARE the face of the company, they ARE the reason customers return, and they ARE the reason the company makes any money at all. The men were polite and thorough. They made sure I received the correct oil and serviced my vehicle like I asked. They were transparent with what they needed to do and made recommendations which I needed. I will be back at this location when I need convince and reliability when I don't have the time to work with my dealership. Thank you guys.

The guys got me in so quickly, we are from IL and we're heading back home today.. the guys got me in fast and were extremely thorough, explained everything they did each step of the way, got me out in less than 30 minutes also!! Best part is they made the experience so much fun especially shout out to Bryan (with a Y)hahaha... he was fantastic and had excellent customer service!! I highly recommend this place! I will be back when we come back down :)

The technicians were great!!! But, I won t be back. They didn t have the correct engine air filter for my vehicle, so they had to put the dirty one back in without cleaning it! Apparently this is company policy. They said I wasn t allowed to clean it before installation, as well.They were also out of the desired oil type for my truck.

These guys at Take 5 never disappoint! I m always greeted with a bottle of water and a friendly smile. I tell them what I am looking for and they suggest what they believe is needed to maintain my vehicle. They are very quick but thorough and make sure I am completely satisfied with their service before I leave. I recommend them to everyone, especially busy moms like me! We don t even have to take the kids out of the car! How great is that?!

The technician told me I still had 1000 miles left. They took the time to check my fluids adding what needed to be added change my air filter and making sure my tires were at the right.

First time using Take 5. The station is located on SR52 just past Little Rd heading west. Drove into the bay. All 3 employees were friendly, polite and efficient. They checked all the fluid levels, tire pressures, wipers and air filter. They might of even checked more areas that I wasn't aware of. Overall I had a very good experience and highly recommend to goto Take 5.

This was the worst customers service experience I have ever had. I showed up to get my oil changed because it was time for an oil change and for the first time my car was low on oil. The guy that came to my door, chewed me out for at least five minutes, and then continued To let me know how stupid I was the whole time they were changing my oil.Yes, I should be checking my oil, but there were no signs That my car has ever had an issue with this before. I appreciate that I am reminded Of the importance of taking care of my car But not to be ridiculed to the point that I was shamed. .Needless to say, I will not be going back to this location ever again.

Stopped in for an oil change when they first opened. Everything seemed ok but I asked them to change my rear window wiper on my SUV. The rear wipe has never has worked since. Won't go back here

I initially posted a 5 star review. However, I've since had to update and change. The customer service and treatment was very good. I do believe the assistance provided was a good intent that went totally wrong. I stopped by due to oil I saw leaked on the ground, where my car was parked. When I did, the supervisor warmly greeted me and the team. They worked to check my oil and removed the excess oil by washing my engine. I didn't know I was receiving an engine wash, I thought they were topping off fluids until the end. They went cleaned the bottom shield underneath my car where oil leaked, wiped down and advised that my car would have some burn off but not to worry. I offered to pay but was told they did it as a courtesy. Of which, I appreciated and left a $25 tip to Jeff Harvey. However, on my drive back to Tampa, I began experiencing issues and wasn't able to make to Tampa. I had to stop in Zephyrhills and place my car in the shop because it wouldn't go any farther. The mechanic advised that water was all in my engine.... spark plugs, coils etc. My battery light came on, the alternator, battery, spark plugs, coils had to be replaced. Along with causing additional electrical issue. According to my mechanic, they should have never put water in my engine, nor washed my engine. My car is a C250 Please no more engine washing, I don't want anyone else to experience what happened to me. I would also like to speak with your corporate office concerning this issue.

Bryan was very pushy and when I told him I didn t want extra services he got upset and told me to hurry up and pay because I was wasting his time. He was also upset because I had a coupon from the website and he told me that he won t accept it. It was a very poor customer service experience overall.

I went in for oil change and was upsold 2 air filters , used a 25% percent off coupon and the bill still came to $180 bucks after the discount .. my own fault for not verifying the cost prior but obviously the last time I will go here !!
