Sunstate did a fantastic job getting my truck not only back to the condition before the accident but better. Really good communication and effort done in their work. Dan was a pleasure to deal with and helped me upgrade my bumpers too.

Dealing with Sunstate Collision was the best experience I've ever had with a body shop. Dan is not only a master at repairing vehicles he's helpful and caring man. Owner/Operator of Sun State Collision, Dan is just as much a surgeon as he is an exceptional mechanic and body work specialist. His skills in auto diagnostics and attention to detail is second to none! He s a perfectionist who s delivers . promptly. Straight up, no chaser kinda guy.He had my 8 year old Lexus looking better than the nee 2023 s out there and purring like a kitten!First time being rear-ended and knowing nothing of the process, Dan took the helm immediately. I went to Sunstate Collision for an estimate on my truck. It got damaged by a fallen tree and I had no comprehensive. From the experience I had so far I highly recommend this place. I felt very comfortable and didn't have the feeling I'm just a cash "milking cow." He offered me a very competitive estimate and even offered to call around and look for used parts to help me out to keep the bill low because I had no comprehensive insurance.

Great experience. The owner John did my estimate right away. They got my truck in the shop the next day. Told me it would be three days. On the third day, Tasha, the manager called me to say my truck would be ready at 3:30. The repair was done perfectly and the paint matched exactly. Once again, great experience!

It doesn't get any better than this. Great place to take your vehicle for little scratches, or BIG scratches. In the office is Tosha, who is superb and courteous and has a great understanding of the business. Owner, John, and employees do excellent work. Satisfaction guaranteed.

John Harris and the guys at Sun State Collision are top notch. Not only is the work beautiful but they also matched an estimate I got from another body shop. Honest, fair and quality work! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

My insurance company is ready to drop me with one more claim. What do you know I was washed out in an off road mudslide damaging the front of my truck. From here I wanted to keep the business close to mine (Live to Fish) so I went to Sunstate Collision for a quote. I walked through their shop and noticed how clean and neat everything was kept. The organized shop and office told me I was in the right place. The quote was right inline with comparisons of other quotes I had gathered from competitors. This company was extremely easy to work which and made the process quick and easy. My truck was finished ahead of schedule and I could not find anything to complain about. The shop owner even went out of his way to give me a lift in his personal jeep. I will be back on my next accident. Thank you Sunstate and hope I don't need you anytime soon.

I stopped by to get a estimate after noticing scratches around the windshield of my vehicle. The scratches were new and appeared right after I had the windshield replaced. The windshield company sent a man to clean up what appeared to be adhesive material around the windshield, however, the guy made it worse, leaving circular scratches around the initial scratch. Dan, the guy at the shop stated the damage on the hood looked like it was made from love bugs. However, now there are the circular scratches that were made by the guy trying to clean it. Anyway, the other scratches on the pillars looked different as though made by jewelry, maybe a ring or tools. When the windshield company agreed to pay for all except the hood, but after speaking to Dan at Sun State, Dan convinced them all the damage was from love bugs, so now the company will not pay for anything. I'm the one that went to this company for satisfaction to restore my vehicle and they did the opposite. Will NOT use this place under any circumstances.

Amazing work and honestly the best customer service I ve had at any establishment. I would highly recommend as the work they did on my vehicle was perfect and Tasha (I apologize if I misspelled or got your name wrong) was amazing and made sure the work was done properly and kept me up to date. I had the absolute terrible experience with this shop. The person was handing our claim called Karen, was unhelpful, rude, not reachable. My car was there over a month when she promised it will be ready in 10 days. She wasn t communicating with us she was only communicating with the insurance company. Will never do business with this shop again, I regretted so much choosing them. I will not recommend them to anyone.

I had my 2016 Mustang gt repaired here and I am pretty particular as I'm a auto detailer .The body work is really good and you can't tell where it was painted cause it matches so well, The manager Tasha was very helpfull .I left there happy with everthing .
