Alice is truly not a ppl person, very bad experience with her just blatantly not caring about customer service... Hence, Stephen handled things the correct way the following day ... My local store you see, so if they can't handle their locals correct, where will the be in a yr or two ?? Learn the lessons we customers teach or fail... Went in and bought a battery for my truck. Perfect fit. Walmart was out of the battery I wanted, and the one at O'Reilly was more expensive, but it had 30 more cranking amps. I put it in my truck, and it started right up.Update April 8, 2023. I went in last Thursday and bought some wire, butt end electrical connectors and female electrical connectors. I used a $5 O'Rewards certificat I had earned for previous purchases.Today, I realized I needed male connectors, not female so I took the unopened package back for exchange. The price is the same for both items.When they rang it up, it said I owed $1.80. They tried several ways but they could not get it to come up as zero. The clerk call another guy over, the manager(?), and he said that's the way it was since I had used a reward. I went ahead and just bought the male connectors outright and didn't return the female since that was a little over $2 more than the $1.80 and I now have extra female connectors for my tool box.Treating their customers this way is unacceptable though.Side note, my next stop was Walmart right behind them and I checked while I was there and they had the connectors for less. I'm gonna source everything I can from them from now on and probably go to Advance for everything else.

I'm normally not a big fan of O'Reilly's but my buddy has a commercial account with them and save me $80 on a water pump $90 on a battery and $88 on a starter. They're definitely better than adventure AutoZone and if they don't have it they can get it so I was very satisfied with

I visited this store looking for battery acid for my golf cart, the gentleman who helped me knew a lot of information about it and how to get a better deal for the money. He was super friendly and willing to earn a new customer. This location is right off US Hwy 19 very easy to get in and out the parking lot.

I had an issue with my battery and the man working that morning (older gentleman but I didn't get his name) was beyond helpful. He found the part I needed and installed it for me. So grateful for his kindness!

This guy doesn t know what customer service is about and I can tell Cody is not a good per at all, very insecure! But I said him some kind words, I am sure it will be in his head for sure ))

Will and Ashley were awesome and have won me over. OReilly's was very helpful and even looked up my phone # to see if my device had been bought at there store, sadly the first it was not. The competitors were did not have a data link and wanted me to call the original store or stores from more than 3 years ago. O Reilly's staff are very friendly and helpful, and I have my part in about an hour, speedy ordering without paying up front. Very impressed with this company.

Auto Zone sold me the wrong gas cap so I stopped in here. The nice man pulled 2 off the shelf and came out to my suv to make sure I got the right one. He put it in and we went back inside. I asked him to use the code reader and he did that for me as well. I bought some fuel treatment and the cap and I'm happy that I went there.

I hate going to auto stores.They all stand at the desk, watch you come in, some run for the back to hide, some pretend they're busy on the computer. I go in there, they look at me, and ask if they can help me find something. Nice change! I don't like the way they lay out their store. Some items on sale in the Isles, put on a shelf in the front or end cap with no for sale sign. I like to know how much something costs before I purchase it. Otherwise a great store, helpful staff. I'd still recommended them, and it's easy to return things.

Love this place. The guys are always very polite and helpful. I just bought a battery and they even came out and changed it for me. Definitely would recommend this place and the parts here have lifetime guarantee

Wish I had gotten names of the two men working the day I went here. They were awesome!!! Helped us get proper products for car, also helped put fluids in car and explained how yo do a small repair. Service was above and beyond what I expected.

The staff was extremely helpful! I needed help choosing the correct type of oil, they looked it up and showed me how to put it in. This was my first visit and I ll definitely go back again.

I'm a big fan of a Riley's lately I used to not like them that much cuz I thought the prices were high but it seems like they've got their prices and check now and they're very competitive. What I like most about them is it they seem to always have the parts I need when the other places don't I'm not sure why but that's why I shop there Reagan read first. And the people that work there seem to know what they're talkin about

Good store, great products, staff minus one person was great! One guy didn't want to listen to a thing I said and was recommending parts that a dealer wouldn't even start to recommend to fix a problem. Other than that the place is good.

Every time I have been here to make a purchase the employees have been very helpful, the store has had what I needed in stock, and what I needed was a reasonable price. I highly recommend O'Reilly over the other big name brick and mortar automotive stores.

Ok its been awhile since I went, but they did me right. I asked the clerk, a heavy-set blonde lady (who I found to be very attractive) with amazing blues eyes for help with a check-engine light & diagnostic. She hooked it up, then wanted to check a sensor under the hood (no pun intended) so she climbed onto the bumper to check ! She got grease all over her arms too ! Very impressed. Then I went to the store manager for help with something else (a real redneck guy with a deep accent) and he was extremely helpful also ! I got the stuff I needed and he printed info. Out for me without me asking ! If I need to go to O-Reillys again, ill drive here ! THANK YOU !

Gave me wrong parts for my car ...there are bolt in and weld in catylic converters ..make sure to specify next time .

Got the best phone dash or window holder. Tired of cheap ones at discount stores. Really quality holders. I paid only $24.95 for this one. I have Samsung 8+, a big phone, and holds great!
