Stopped on to make a quick purchase of some tire plugs to fix a flat tire. The staff ( one person) was trying to help me (the only customer), juggle multiple phones ringing, and answer questions. All quite effectively!

Good place to go to get oddball parts, Will help you in any way that they can. I wish their hours matched other auto parts stores. Typically better quality parts but a much better selection. Definitely worth a drive.

Nowadays it is very easy for us to speak badly and criticize someone or something. Today I want to do something different and highlight Steve's work and excellent service. a salesman with total control of his work, with exceptional knowledge and who always welcomes you like a brother. I had an excellent experience at this location. I had bought a belt at a different place and just wanted to compare with the ones sold at Napa, the nice lady at the desk was very helpful and polite she also suggested not to spend my money on another part when I already had the part I need it. She was very honest and wanted to make sure I became a customer for the next time.

1st time there and was very impressed with the excellent customer service and timely assistance to locate the items I needed. In addition, the salesman recognized that I would not be able to manage carrying my heavy item and carried it to my car and for me, without having to ask. He also thanked me for stopping in at Napa Auto Parts which was genuine & sincere. Someone give that fella a promotion!

I have always like this Napa. They are trustful, helpful and all around a nice group of people. If you do not shop here, you are missing out.

Good place and nice staff. I will continue to go to this store because of those two things.But I only give this a 4 star because the their website is not accurate. The site says they have certain parts in stock and ready to pick up but they are not ready to pick up.

Had my parts in stock where no other parts store franchise had them. Napa normally has better quality parts and it's reflective in there prices. Staff is generally more knowledgeable than most places.

This is the closest auto parts store to where I live, and yet in the 20 years I ve been driving I have only shopped in there a handful of times. Anytime I deal with frank I leave disgusted and aggravated. The one time I dealt with someone else the experience was pleasant and efficient.Frank (old guy, glasses) is the reason I drive passed Napa for other stores.

horrible customer service, I just walked out after standing in line to check out behind 2 other people that were ready to check out as well with no one at the counter, one employee was walking around talking to people in the isles and one was walking around in the back, I walk out of this store 50% of the time I go again because the wait is so long to get helped. There is an older gentleman named Frank who is the only knowledgable person in the store.

They didn't have quite everything in stock as I needed but they were very cordial and friendly and willing to get when I needed that means a lot these days.

Great help at the desk. went above and beyond with helping my radiator problem. the other guys had the wrong radiator listed in their system NAPA had the correct one and made it easy to check physically it was correct.

No reciprocation for long time NAPA customers-if you didn t buy it here don t bring it back here. Well no problem not coming back here!!

Went in to get some battery cable ends and/or battery cable. At the counter, asking the clown working there about if they had more in the back, etc. Of course they had only 2, and only 1 foot of the cable (awesome stocking jobs there, NOT!). I said I would take what they had, and some other customer walks up... This P.O.S. behind the counter goes to start ringing this other guy up, and just leaves me standing there.What a complete jerkoff!!! Tall goofball with glasses Bill or Bumpkin or, whatever his freaking name is, he is a complete A Hole the way he treats customers!!!ONLY LEAVING ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WON'T LET ME LEAVE ZERO STARS!SCREW YOU NAPA, YOU'LL NEVER GET ANY OF MY BUSINESS AGAIN!

Walked in looking for items I needed,and was aprouched by the owner and helped to locate everything I needed. Some small talk and then on my way. Very good people, and very helpful

Great customer service, good warranties.Would appreciate if they kept track of customer/items purchased instead of having to hold onto fading paper receipts.
