They were highly recommended and I could truly see why. From the very first new stepped into the business we were treated with the up most professional service. They finished the job and was extremely efficient. Communication was too notch!!! If you are looking for a EFFICIENT, HONEST shop you need look no more. I cannot be any more pleased.

We have brought our car to Extra Mile Auto Repair a couple of times now, and we are always very satisfied. I love that they take pictures of everything, and they are wonderful about dealing with my stingy warranty company. Highly recommend!

Exceptional service! Was originally quoted $2100 for a new clutch, they figured out how to fix it without having to do a new clutch. Ended up costing $600 for the fix and got my car 2 weeks earlier than anticipated. She's running like a champ! Thank you so much! I am now a loyal customer and will tell all my friends in pasco area.

I was very pleased with my experience at Extra Mile Auto Repair. The staff was extremely friendly and it was obvious they cared more about you as a person than just making a profit like a lot of other car places. The team at Extra Mile Auto Repair have been wonderful to work with! We recently moved to the area and needed my son's car looked at. Definitely my new Go To place for auto repair & service .... I had an intermittent issue starting my Elantra that two auto repair shops weren't able to diagnose in including Hyundai. After leaving my car there for half day Chris had my problem solved. Great crew and mechanics to deal with. Very reasonable , Thanks ....

My experience at Extra Mile Auto Repair was nothing short of stellar. Every person I had the pleasure of interacting has been warm, friendly and professional. John and his team helped me understandtheir maintenance recommendations. My truck was very sick when I dropped it off and now I feel like I'm in a brand new vehicle. I needed brakes and they got me in and out in under two hours, without advanced notice. It was like I took my vehicle through a Nascar pitstop. Very impressed and thankful!Update: I returned for an oil change a few months later and they knew who I was, they asked about my family. They are just really nice, thoughtful people. They have my business.

It is nice to find a shop that cares about their customers as well as their quality of work. All the staff are amazing and knowledgeable and will definitely go the "Extra Mile" to make sure you get your vehicle repaired and back on the road as quick as possible. Took my Audi in after experiencing bad vibrations at idle and on acceleration. Extra Mile found a failed motor mount. I took my car in Monday morning and had it back by lunch time! They fixed the vibrations with the new motor mount installation. Saved me hundreds having Extra Mile do the work instead of the dealership. Extra Mile has highly skilled technicians and office admin are always professional. Still taking all my vehicles here for maintenance and repairs. Thanks Extra Mile!

Came to this place with both my cars off the road leave with both on the road! Everyone of their staff members are A1, John the manager really takes care of his customers like they are family. Danielle always goes over and above to help out. We need more shops like this!The work I had done was not Little work either, new transmission in my Audi and a new motor in my Dodge . Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication.

Diagnosed my vehicles problem perfectly and repaired it quickly. This facility is very thorough and I am completely satisfied with their performance. This facility found problems that a previous shop had incorrectly diagnosed and failed to find, a problem that could of caused future problems. They fixed my drivers side door which has been out of alignment for a few years. The dealership told me they couldn't fix it and that I would have to take it to a body shop. Recently I had a transmission rebuilt here and the vehicle runs great, very pleased. A very knowledgeable and professional staff.I cannot express the amount of gratitude and appreciation of the professionalism and performance of the staff at Xtra mile. I've never been to a shop that's as reliable as Xtra Mile. After two mobile mechanics ripped me off and another Hudson shop stole parts and impounded my car I gave these guys a shot to fix a Tiburon that wouldn t start same day services and very reasonable price. I will no longer go anywhere else. This Hudson Pasco-Hernando area is filled with degenerate creatures but this place earns an A in my book. Thank you all so much.

We had a great experience! There were several things wrong with my son s car and they took care of everything! Reasonable pricing too!
