Larry and his team do an absolutely amazing job. The quality of work is excellent and they are open about the cost of parts and labor. This is my first experience with any mechanic shop in Citrus County. This shop is veteran owned and has some honest, hard-working, professional mechanics. Trust me, when you're having a major issue with your vehicle, you want a mechanic, not a technician. They diagnosed several issues with my truck and thoroughly explained a couple of options and cost breakdowns upfront. This shop does not like to "nickel and dime" their customers. They have earned my business and recommendation to family and friends.

Thanks for the fast, nicely priced and excellent service today. Joey was right there for me and got my tire fixed in minutes. You have to admire a business that shoots straight. Advised me not to spend money on my truck to do what I wanted, but it would be better to get a larger truck for my needs.

Brought a Toyota in for a driveshaft replacement. They did the job quickly and the service charge was very fair. A+ all around, highly recommend this shop!

Best auto shop in citrus county! They did a great job with my Chevy s10! These guys here are honest and fair, would recommend this place to anyone in need of any type of work done to there vehicle! A++++

They got my 1999 Superduty in and out in a timely manner. They looked for any potential upcoming problems found 2 other things and took care of it.They discus and quote prices before repairing. Labor rates are in line with everyone else. I highly recommend if you need work done on your Diesel Engine very knowledgeable.I wll go back again.Service: Engine repair

They worked on our 2008 RAM 3500 which had a faulty transmission. We're from out of town visiting the area and towing a 5th wheel when our trans started to shut down. We had 270k miles on it so it was due. They ordered a Jasper rebuilt and install it over two days. Very friendly staff and did a great job getting us moving again. Truck runs like new. Just towed our 5th wheel today to our new location with no problems. We're very happy campers. We highly recommend this place to all our fellow RVers out there.

Referred here by Gulf Coast Marine, in lieu of a tire shop, for checking my very low tire on rental car. This isn't their primary business. But my tire picked up road metal that made ot nonrepairable. They took the wheel off, diagnosed the problem, changed it to my temporary donut tire, and this got me on my way on a rainy morning, headed to the Miami airport. I diverted to change out my rental car at Acala Airport, closest within that 50 mi donut tire limit, for one with a tire to go the distance. Thanks go to this business for the extra go beyond and helping me avoid a disaster. They didn't have to do any of this. And I was asked to pay nothing. Thanks to everyone at this local business on Thu Nov 4.

Had a great experience with citrus transmission and auto! They were quick and efficient in their services. Would highly recommend them for any auto care/needs. Prices were fair and customer service was amazing. Very polite staff!

Finally, a mechanic I feel comfortable going to! In addition to fixing my car and making it as if it were brand new, they have me a discount because I was a veteran! Bottom line, veteran or not, I highly recommend going to Citrus Transmission. Outstanding!

Tried to have my F250 worked on after a check engine light came on but they weren't able to fit me in. However the lady at the office did give me the name of another place to try. She was very nice and helpful. Thanks for the help.

We thought our transmission was shot when we dropped off our 2001 RV. Mike had to order a special program to diagnose our vehicle. He found our problem (not the transmission), changed out the air filter, replaced the lift pump, fuel filter and did a fuel diagnostic. I've found anything involving a RV is many times more expensive than a car. We left paying just over $1000 where they could've change out our transmission and we wouldn't have been any wiser. Very reasonable and super trustworthy. We won't be going any where else for transmission service.

I have a 99' silverado w/a 5.3 L engine & 120,000 miles on it.. The truck leaks oil from every orifice & has for years. Just moved down from Va. & had a shop supposedly fix all the leaks prior to my move & what I got was an expensive prostate exam. Googled repair shops near me & one of the names was Citrus Transmissuon off Grover Cleveland Blvd... Out of all of them & after review after review I decided on Citrus Transmission. Well, it's been a whole week now & not one drop of oil has hit my slab. These guys are the bomb. They actually do what they say they're gonna do. The technician who did the actual work was Daniel. Mike handles the front office & does a great job, he's very personable & upfront, no smoke blowing. All I want to say is Awesome. Very fair price & couldn't be happier. Offered them cash afterwards & got a very nice discount to boot. From now on Citrus Transmission will be doing all the mechanical needs I can no longer do.I love these guys. I know that there are some folks that just can't be pleased no matter what you do, but if your not that type YOU will be pleased. I'm Done...

Where I come from we don't have them I do enjoy going and looking Brown sometimes they have good prices on a whole lot of different things it's just a matter of go look around and I mean Look

We have a Tiffin motorhome with a Cummins diesel engine. The check engine light came on so we called to get it diagnosed at the closest Cummins service center in Ocala. They had a four week wait for an appointment and a 60 mile drive. I checked around using Google maps and Larry Smith's shop came up. The reviews looked good so we called and got right in. He had to get the right computer for our engine and then found the problem and fixed it. We are very pleased to have a local, competent and honest shop that seems to really care. We will be passing this information around the local motorhome crowd.

Nice folks , good work , had new transmition put in my trans am did the work in timely fashion , at a good price . Told everything up front. Went out of the way to please. Will use them again and again.

There are authorized Jasper dealer which means hundred thousand mile warranty on Motors and Transmissions a buddy of mine took his 4 year old Toyota truck there and they were roughly $3,000 cheaper than any place else on getting a new motor installed
