Amazing results and lovely people! I am blown away by the work that was done, it was quick and affordable. Rodolfo is a very detail-oriented and kind-hearted professional so I am beyond grateful he was the one to work on my car. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I had a wonderful experience with RM Auto Body Shop. I got into an accident and I needed to fix the bumper, left fence and headlight. They were very transparent, honest, trustworthy, great customer service, very fair prices; they care about giving you the car on the best conditions, very detailed. When you put all of that together it is unlikely to find a place like this out there. So, if you resonate with this I highly recommend you to give it a try to this place. Got into a small accident and had my sides scratched and dented. I came across RM Auto Body Shop on google map when a workshop in the area didn t want to work on my car so it s really a chance encounter. The reviews were really good so I decided to give it a try.The owner is reassuring and upfront of what he can and cannot do. He also helped to communicate with the other driver who hit my car on the repair plans and mediated the transaction, giving me the peace of mind.I got my car back today (dropped it off on Friday morning; collected it on Monday evening). They did an immaculate job and I m beyond pleased. Not only did they cleaned the inside of my car, they even polished and buffed the entire car. A lot of the existing rainwater/sprinkler water marks are now gone. Some fine scratches on other parts of the car were also removed. The car looks brand new again!I stayed around the area and had wanted to cycle over to pick up my car but they came to drop it off instead. I m really happy and grateful for the pleasant services I received after having met my first car accident in this city. Definitely recommending this place to everyone.

I had a great experience with Rodolfo at RM Auto! My Mazda CX-5 headlight was cracked, my paint was scratched, and water had gotten into the headlight. I took it to another auto body shop first who "fixed" it, and replaced the headlight with a non-OEM part that stopped working and caused my taillights to stop working.I searched all over for an honest auto body shop who wasn't quoting out of this world prices, and was immediately put at ease when I went to RM, he explained what was going on with my car, and even had a female mechanic working for him. He returned my car in perfect condition, with everything working on time and CLEAN!He went out of this way to accommodate me during this process as well, offering a free rental car, his wife driving me back to my house, offering clear and frequent communication, dropping off my car for me because I had a meeting, and being flexible with timing.If you're looking for an honest auto body shop who will FIX your car and return it in perfect condition on time and on budget RM Auto is the place.THANK YOU AGAIN RODOLFO!!

A couple months ago i took my Ford Raptor 2013 to this body shop for repair and paint and Rodolfo and his crew did an excellent job on it .The paint job came out outstanding this guys are very proffesional and serious about their job .Recomend them 100%

After I got into a fender bender with my dream car I was totally freaking but from the minute I engaged RM Auto body to paint and repair my ride I felt at ease. they told me what it would cost upfront and were extremely professional.When II saw the car after it was fixed I was so thankful because it was perfect. I picked this body shop because of the reviews and good experiences other people had and it did not disappoint. It s understandable that with the pandemic there can be some delays with parts arriving and some in back order. But I m extremely satisfied with the end result of my car, will definitely refer my relatives and highly recommend to anyone trying to fix major or minor damage on their vehicle. My car was returned in a timely manner. Thank you RM Auto Body Shop.

This body shop does not good work after 3 years have t the paint started to peel and he would not repaint the vehicle he kept giving me excuses about bad dd paint, I would never refer this body shop to anybody , they are not also registered as official Body Shop I will be taking my car to Donnie's Body Shop to be repainted I have been trying to get Rodolfo to paint my car from October kept putting me off and it's now March that's why I was forced to write this review now I have to spend my own money to repaint the car and whatever he tells you he will not paint my car he gave me a cheap paint job and pocket the difference in the insurance money

This is my second time coming here, and yet again, i had an awesome experience. Rodolpho made my vehicle look like new again he has a great team here, and they are very knowledgeable and friendly. Best body shop hands down and i been in the flipping cars for over 10 yrs ive been to many body shops and NONE!!! of them compared to RM Auto Body Shop. My experience at this body shop was a 10/10! Rudolpho and his team know exactly what they are doing. He always communicates and answers the call while dealing with a busy schedule. Being new to florida and being my first body repair I needed on my Kia Forte, I was extremely nervous trying to find a Auto Body Shop in the area. I made many stops around the Hollywood area for estimates that weren t going to break the bank not too cheap to be suspicious. After hours of searching I ended up here at RM due to its outstanding reviews of satisfaction from others. After handing my car in, I was still nervous, and Rodolfo helped me by breaking down the process of how they will repair the car for full transparency, and gave me a very fair price for the repairs. He estimated it would be completed in 7 days, they did it in 4 days. During pick-up I was throughly impressed by not only how good the car looked but because Rodolfo and the crew went above and beyond what was asked of them. Not only did they buff out the large dent and re-paint the side panel, but he also touched up all the small scratches on my rear bumper, replaced some clips in the wheel well on the opposite side of the car, and even vacuumed the seats and carpet of vehicle. Thank you again to Rodolfo, his family and his team for the amazing job on my car!

They did such an amazing job with the body repair that it looks brand new. They were very patient with me every step of the way with my constant check in calls for an update about my car. They reassured me that I was in great hands. If it was possible to give them more then five stars I would.
