So lucky to have found National Collision Center Inc! Great staff members and quick response time. Was fortunate enough to receive same day service. I had a cracked windshield and was skeptical to use other businesses based on reviews. Allan and Fabian were awesome! Excellent customer service and mobile services was a plus! Would recommend to anyone who s looking for hardworking individuals with a reputable business! Thanks again for the efficient work.

I always try to be fair and honest. Please be the judge. If you care about quality, don't go there. The paint job should be sanding, priming, and painting. You bring your car in the morning and they call you in the next day. You say, "Oh, they are faster. No, no, they rushed the job to give you that shot as a result. See for yourself. They just sprayed the new pain over the old one.

My second time using them and I must say that I had an amazing experience at National Collision! Their customer service was top-notch, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations per usual. I highly recommend them for any auto body repairs. 5 stars!

I have a 2013 Mercedes C250 with pretty bad rear bumper damage due to an accident. Mercedes are known for not having sturdy bumpers. They are expensive to repair and even parts are hard to find.Allen is a respectful professional and knowledgeable owner who actually worked with me and gave me several options to fix my car. I paid out of pocket because It was cheaper than paying the insurance deductible to replace a rear bumper.His auto body center had it fixed in 1 day and did his staff did a fantastic job. It has been 6 months now and the bumper is looking smooth and clean.I would defiantly recommend his auto collision center for body damage repairs.

The worst body shop place I have seen in my life! This place is a scam. Stay away and save your time and money. The owner is all about taking the job, take your money and you are left up with worst result ever ! STAY AWAY BTW: All other 5 stars reviews are fake not real

My mom's car was stolen and recovered in less that 10 hours, thanks to BSO. When we retrieved it, we noticed exterior and interior damage. Rather than going through our insurance, Alan fixed it in two days at an affordable rate saving us money, time, and headspace. He inspected its safety to ensure my mom is 100% safe on the road. He is the kind of person you can talk to and just gets the proverbial "it." Cheerful and helpful throughout the entire process. He even orchestrated an Uber to bring my mom to pick up her rental. Outstanding customer service. A jolly good fellow. Literally, a magic stress eraser worthy of your business and a pillar in the community. Alan is the only person I trust and would recommend. Went to the place after an accident horrible body work done to my vehicle, brought my car back several times Alan just talks his way through customers and work is not up to park. Noticed from my accident damage my rear was getting rained in they covered up instead of correctly fixing. After 3 trips back just gave up. If you want proper repairs this is not the place to go. They do good paint work and probably minor fixes. They will tell you one thing and you ll receive nothing near what s presented at time of drop off.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The owner Allan is a great guy. He gets your car ready quickly and does a very decent job. The cost is very low for a very decent job. I recommend this place for your auto body repairs.

The manager was unbelievable, when the guy that hit my car insurance company gave me the run around. This guy step in, and took charge. He handled everything. I Picked up my car I couldn't identify it, it looked like a new car. I can only tell about my experience. Excellent work. I pray I never get into another accident, but if the unthinkable happened, I know where to take it. Professional services, much respect!!!

I was very unhappy and still not happy, but after complaining and auguring with the owner, he apologized many many times for his mistake, I believe he deserve a second chance.He is a very busy man, he couldn't control everything at once, I understand that.
