I'm new to South Florida, from California, which meant I had to find people I can count on. Your mechanic is one of them. I drive a Jaguar, older and mint.Wout details, I had my car serviced in Plantation, which is where I now live.They destroyed my Jag. Never had she performed so poorly.After spending 3k and she is still in bad shape, I had asked a few of my clients.Ivan's name came up often.Thank God for him.Never has she performed like this! Like new!Ivan gave me a price...far too generous. It should've been double. He has ethics, a true expert.Honest....that is what impressed me the most.Ivan? The best. I have used this shop for several of my vehicles domestic and also imports. These guys do excellent work and the pricing is so fair that I drive 45 miles one way to get to this shop. It is extremely hard to find a good mechanic that is fair with their pricing and when you do you mind is at ease. I highly recommend this shop and the staff. I read the other reviews and I don't know what motivated the other people to write what they have but while I am at the shop I see customers that are regulars for over 15 years, so they must be doing something right. I am a customer for life.

Zero stars these people are exactly the kind of mechanics people are always warned about. Three visits and over $2000 later and my A/C is still not working. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE. They will take advantage of you and try to squeeze every penny they can out of you... Meanwhile the repairs they do offer are done incorrectly and you will have to come back time and time again. They find whatever reason possible to not honor their warranties. I could honestly go on and on. They should not be in business. Stay away. You've been warned.

Total rip off place. Took my car there for repairs, they kept it for 3 weeks and it was worse of when I finally told them just to give it back to me. Excuses, delays, lies and I still had to give them $200 to ransom my car so I could tow it away. Thieves. Avoid like the plague.In response to Mike's Quality Auto Sales' comment of 26 Sept. 2018. I never got an invoice. You kept my car for 3 weeks and did nothing to it. After three weeks and repeated calls from me and promises from the lady that answers your phone that she would get back to me with an answer to what was wrong with my car, which she never did, I told her that I would go pick up the car the next day. She told me that it would be ready by that morning. When I showed up, nothing was done to the car, it was in worse condition than when I left it with you, and she said that I would have to pay $200 for the "work you had done." I asked what that was and she could not tell me or provide me with an invoice. So, I don't know what you mean by the circumstances are strange to you and I can tell you how to remedy issues like mine, do the work, actually look at the car when you say you would and don't rip off people.

Hey it was a great experience no matter what I ve read in comments .Ivan and T helped with process of purchasing my dream car , x5))It s confusing though because they took good care of me , it was a little busy but it s totally understandable, hey we all are human beings , but beside that I was satisfied. Don t get confused with all these comments , just pass by places look for a car , basically that s how I found this place .Pretty happy , gave me a discount on replacing my brakes , thank you btw)So I would recommend you this place

Excellent customer service and great price, My wife's Cadillac would not start and had some problems they picked it up from my building fixed the problem and I also had them change all 4 tires service the brakes rotate and align the wheels for excellent price and then they returned it to my building clean and shine. Thank you very much I highly recommend Mike's Quality to all my friends and family.

We bought a car and they lied to us! They also didn't tell us that we can give the car back in 30 days if we don't like it. We came many times to repair this car and every time we were waiting several hours just to give them the car or when they will start to fix it. And nobody didn't tell us from this service that we can go home..We wasted lots of our hours there, some of those visits for fixing were for nothing, they didn't do anything and we drove home exausted and angry that we wasted a lot of time and the problem was not solve. They also lied to us about the history of the car, I checked the carfax and there were at least 2 owners and they told me that it was just one. They made cry, I could not be more angry than I was, so when I came to them next time, I could not stop crying...((( They also didn't make my license plates at the time ( by the law it is 45 days). If I didn't hurry them and didn't remind them about law, they may be started my documents in 6 months. PLEASE don't go there, you will lose your money and lots of you time.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOLE. THEY ARE SKETCH, FRAUD AND CROOKS. These people are rip off. I paid over $2500 to fix my AC on my 1999 Acura Integra and 2 days later it broke again and they told me to pay more money to fix it. They said they will have to fully replace everything from AC lines to compressor. I don't know why they would charge me more and they didn't even bother looking at my car again to see what's wrong with it. Please don't fix your car here they will take your money. Later I found out the AC lines were used parts and I paid for new ones. Plus I didn't have my car for 2 WEEKS. I kept coming back and they kept saying tomorrow for two weeks.

Well can't really give a detailed review but I went there to see what they had to offer car wise and after waiting 40 mins I decided I better listen to the reviews I actually didn't even see the reviews I ended up reading them while I was waiting 40 min and then I ran.

So I was at the Mikes quality today and I really enjoyed the service. Different options of cars , from vintage to lux , guys know what they sell that s a plus .The reason I went there was this thunderbird for my grandfather he always wanted one of them , so I was looking in different places and finally found it here , thank you Ivan and TTotally recommend this place

Terrible place. Bunch of crooks and terrible service. Suppose to got an oil change instead Ivan lied and argued me down about it instead for doing it. Never go to this place and I've spent a lot of money with these people!!! Total frauds!!!

Horrible place to go to the guy Warren (who is the fat guy sitting in front of two desktops when you walk inside is a liar that lies about everything but pretends as if he is sincere about showing you customer service he lies about everything from cars, parts, sales, service prices anything he tells you will always be the opposite whenever you call and request to speak with the manager about his conduct he will always refuse and say that Ivan (the manager) is not here or available if you think about coming here to buy a car or get service on your vehicle make sure that every car dealership and every car repair shop has been burned down and there is no chance of the business being rebuilt then you will have no other option but to go to Mike's Quality.

Calling is a bit of a struggle, you may have to wait and parking is confusing, but they are definitely the best. I recommend all my friends and family.
