Armando helped me out SO much when others had failed me. I really appreciated his attention to what I needed, finding me help, and making sure everything was resolved for his part. What started out as a difficult process became much easier thanks to him and his staff! Highly recommend people like this.

Tried buying a transit ($33k, 2017, 120k miles), my budget $35k, tested it, had insurance setup. Gave me option to get warranty.Next day; paying cash, don t want warranty , got right down making the deal and manager LAST MINUTE $3k warranty is mandatory, +$6k in fees , and wouldn t negotiate the vehicle price to round it to $30k (from $33k). $33k for vehicle + $10k fees and warranty.Showed them the same vehicle 4 years newer, 60k miles @ $30k. Manager said it s not real .(DRUM ROLL)I m at Motors Trust, and happy I took the time to check them out, and didn t go through jumbo . I got a 2021 transit high top @ 60k miles, for $32k! (Including fees and warranty)Not only that, the boss accidentally counted $36k, had me agree to it, and corrected his own mistake and adjusted price to $32k. Motors Trust, in Miami, definitely live up to their name. Thankyou(don t go here)

Murphy was very straight forward and easy to deal with. My husband and I both felt like buying our second work van was simple and surprisingly painless. We are so pleased, I know I am coming back to upgrade our family vehicle with the same dealership. Thanks for making our experience so easy. Also, thanks for offering all the food and drinks. Buying a car can be rough, this experience was amazing.

They have an excellent selection of vehicles for all price points. The team of associates are very knowledgeable and displayed a high level of quality service. I was assisted by Murphy! He was very gracious and very understanding of my circumstances and quite accommodating. Great guy. I was recommended to this dealership and now in turn I will do likewise. One of my best decisions.

Dana Murphy was Outstanding I talk to him a few times on the phone from the Pensacola area told him the vehicle I was looking for the price I was willing to pay out the door. I needed a deal before I was going to get on the plane to go down. Took us a couple of days. To get it done I sent a deposit told him when I was coming he have someone pick me up at the airport.Got to the dealership look at the truck everything was good. Paperwork was ready went inside got it all signed up I was in and out in about a half hour so the fastest buying experience I ve ever had in my life and I m 61 years old so I ve bought a few cars in my time.If you re looking for a truck or a car don t hesitate to contact Dana Murphy. Even if you re out of town like I was he s easy to work with can get a deal worked out before you even come down.Thank you it was great working with you.

Do not buy any vehicles from this dealer, a bought a car that had many problems, not to mentioned staff is really rude. I recommend get your vehicle somewhere else and save your money.

A nice selection, of all types of vehicles on the lot and online. Danny Perez, went above and beyond to help me through the process of buying my first commercial business van. He's very friendly and was able to awenser all of my questions. Danny fixed any problems that I addressed the same day and I was able to leave worry free. I will definitely be recommending Danny, at Jumbo Auto to people! Great experience!

Les was a pleasure to work with, we went in and knew exactly what we wanted. We spoke with him and gave him our offer, left for a short while and he called us with an offer we couldn't refuse within about 30 minutes. Went back a little while later test drove the truck and was out of there within an hour, all the paperwork and other issues were handled very well and in a timely manner. We are looking to purchase 2 more vehicles in the next couple of months and will definitely be back to work with Les or someone from his team! Thank you for such an incredible experience in purchasing our vehicle!

Not only was the dealership fair in my opinion with a price but the person who was showing us the vehicles went out of his way to help us find just what we wanted within the price range we requested. We felt no pressure at all and did not feel manipulated, something very unusual among use car salesman in my experience. My son who we were shopping for is autistic and our salesman, Danny, made an extra effort to make sure he liked the vehicle. He loves it!Thank you, Danny!!!

Best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Murphy and Igal (sorry if I'm misspelling the name), the manager where absolutely great. No BS whatsoever, showed us exactly what we were looking for, price was reasonable and fair, NO stupid dealer fees or other hidden costs. Paperwork was super fast and painless, again, no BS. We were down the road in less than an hour total, (I think that might be some kind of record). We will need another vehicle in a few weeks and definitely going back to Murphy... or maybe I'll just call him and have it delivered. I'm a very happy customer.

From the moment I arrived, Murphy made me feel at ease. No pressure and true compassion for what I was dealing with. He and the rest of the staff, were very professional and efficient! Was in and out with the vehicle, I wanted, unlike other dealers who wanted to just "sell me a truck". Thanks again and I made it home (250 miles) without a glitch! Dogs are Happy! Me, too!

I want to give a special thanks to my sales associate Danny Perez. He really took the time to listen to my needs/wants for the work vehicle that I have spent a lot of time searching for. I went to this location with my opinion of what I wanted, but Danny showed me another option that was a better fit for my need of business. I drove two and a half hours to buy 3 vans from Jumbo for our new business. Budget and quantity was our concern . My sales rep Murphy was awesome, he listened to our concerns and guided us through all the different features to make sure we were not paying for things we would never use. When we arrived the vans were exactly like he said they would be.He didn't try to add fees on the quoted price once I got there like most dealerships do. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes .I called him back today and bought 2 more vans .I also referred him to other guys on this coast that have used Murphy and were extremely happy. It was worth the travel over there.

Large selection of vans to choose from. Ford Transits, Dodge, Mercedes, Nissans, they have them all. I appreciated that there was no pressure from the sales person, Danny. He was great. He let us look at their selection at our leisure. When we had selected a couple of vans that we liked he gave us the keys and we took them for a ride. We ended up buying a really clean Transit 250 at a very reasonable price. Great service from everyone that helped us through the transaction.

Awesome service. Dana Murphy was very professional and gave excellent service. He got me the best price in town and selected the best conditioned passenger van on the lot. All I had to do is just show up and drive the van off the lot. No hassles and back and forth negotiations. Great experience. I recently purchased a vehicle from here and the sales person Murphy was beyond great. I was in the market for a 15 passenger van for business use, I found what I was looking for online at Jumbo auto and truck. And I contacted them right away. I was connected with Murphy and I explained all of my details and wants and inform him of when I would be available to come in. He was friendly and very helpful and went over and beyond to make sure I was well taken of, even after we finalized the sale the experience continued. I would highly recommend this place and highly recommend Murphy as your go to salesman go see him.

I recently went in Jumbo Auto looking for some work trucks and after looking around for a while I was approached by Danny Perez and he showed me several trucks he was friendly and knowledgeable, he didn't pressure me or anything and I ended up purchasing 2 trucks and going back to meet Danny this weekend to get my third truck, he also followed up with me several times since my initial purchase and I that. He treated just right I won't purchase another truck without Danny he customer service was the best

Danny Perez was a great sales consultant. We were looking online and live a couple hours. He said the vehicle was still on the lot and it was when we got there. (other dealers had told us this and when we got there they were sold over a week ago) He made the process simple and we were in and out in less than a hour. Thank you!

I had a very pleasant experience at Jumbo Auto & Truck. There was no high pressure tactics or hidden fees. The salesman Denis was great, he made sure that everything was working fine and even had my truck delivered to my house. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a reliable work truck with great customer service.

I would like to take a moment to write a well deserved review for Dan Perez, my salesman at Jumbo Auto, as well as, Jumbo Auto it self. I went to purchase a company van which I found online. My experience going through this process was made enjoyable by Dan and no B.S. involved. My experiences with dealerships in the past have been a nightmare once you drive the vehicle off the lot. We did have a slight problem with the vehicle a few days later but Danny jumped into action and Jumbo Auto rectified the problem immediately. They took every call I made and satisfied me 100%. I would highly recommend Jumbo Auto, and as my company grows they and Dan will be my go to. Thank you Danny, your integrity speaks volumes of the integrity in which the company you represent.

Hassle free bottom line pricing with no hidden fees or add ons after the fact! The price we discussed at the very first moment was the price we paid! Denis was a great salesman who kept looking for the right vehicle that perfectly suited what we needed. He was very polite and gracious!
