Super smooth transaction. I came to this location because I had to replace my tires that were still under warranty. Jason the store manager assisted me with all the paperwork and explained how the replacement process worked. It was a smooth and non-intimidating experience. This Goodyear will be my new home for not only my tire and oil change needs but for any other maintenance I may need in the future. Would highly recommend you come here for you vehicle care needs. Thank you to the guys that helped service my vehicle today. Awesome experience!!!

I just wanted to give a special thanks to Frank and Jason. My son is a full-time student and I am on the opposite side of the state. He called me to tell me His car was overheating Which is never convenient, but especially being that he was going to be making a long drive back home for the weekend to attend a family function. Frank and Jason not only understood the situation, but they were so caring. What they don t know is I originally had my son take the car to the dealership and they said it would be at least three days before they could diagnose it. I am so thankful that I had my son bring it to this Goodyear instead. Frank and Jason understood the problem and worked with me through a difficult situation. They were able to diagnose the problem & order the parts the same day and get the repair done in the time promised so my son can get back out on the road safely to still attend, our family function this weekend. Thank you so much for your special care and attention. I know my problem isn t anyone else s, but they really were so kind and made me feel as though I was a priority. Thank you to our repair technician (I m sorry I didn t get his name). I truly hope management sees this review I d like to tell you You ve got a fine group of service professionals that represent exemplary customer service, and workmanship. 2nd time I purchased tires at this location. I went in for oil change but knew I needed tires according to dealership. Jason searched to find the best tires for me and we used available promos, too. After completion, we swapped vehicles and serviced my wife s spot trac. We got a lot done in one day and are safer and up to date with services. Thank you, Jason. Dr. J

Worst experience ever! Jason the store manager, after many poor rude back and forth, told me he would leave the keys inside my car outside just now because he did not like that I refused to pay 800 for 4 tires after being quoted 130 per tire yesterday by someone lovely. He is the rudest and most disgusting person I ever had to deal with. If someone steals my car I will find a way to contact your owner with the help of the police. Stay away from this place.

Had my brake pads and rotors replaced here. I arrived around 9am and my car was ready for pickup around 11:45 so very quick service. Store was clean and staff was friendly and didnt try to upsell me which is big. Will definitely come back to get my alignment done here.

Extremely pleased with my recent visit to this Goodyear location. The Store Manager, Jason, welcomed & thanked me for coming in. The Service Manager, Flora, gave me excellent service. She's a true pro @ her job. The Service Tech, Damian, had my tire balanced & installed in less than twenty minutes. Kudos to all of U!! 5 Stars!!

I received great service from Flora (Service Manager). She was very welcoming, great smile, patient and attentive to my concerns. They went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I highly recommend this location (497 S SR7, Hollywood, FL 33023) take care of your automotive needs.

Yesterday was 1st time I used this shop,happy to say my service manager Flora was excellent in helping me with couple car issues was having, she really worked with me. My mechanic Damion really did a great job on my car, very careful & meticulous, & even took time to explain everything he did, please keep up the great work!

Flora was great! Literally the most welcoming experience at a mechanic shop I've ever had. She's straight up, isnt trying to hustle, and the team handled business! Came for an oil change and left with happy.

This location is the best !!!I ended up having to drive over to this location after the location on Andrews & Broward Blvd didn t open on time and also only had one worker available who didn t work on cars.First let me say that the guy in the front with the dreads working with customers was awesome He got me in as soon as I pulled up. He was very courteous and helpful when I started asking questions about my services. It didn t seem like I was bothering him or like he didn t want to be at work. I really appreciated that. Then I was in and out of there in about an hour, so they work fast and get the job done. AWESOME SERVICE !!!Once all the paperwork was complete he even discounted my service because I had to drive all the way over there. Great job guys !!

This place is very very unprofessional, i went there to do alignment and balanced but this person JASON DEAN supposedly the store manager was very very totally rude, this guys i dont know how he works here because he makes faces, he doesnt treat the customers right, he doesnt have patience to treat the customers just in that time that i was there he treated like 4 customers very bad, talking to them very unprofessional and rude. I paid 3 years alignment and he wasn't able to find my profile to verify that i paid for that, then he said the systems from each good year store is different i work as an IT and i know it is the same database to find the customers. completely very bad service you guys needs to have nice people not unprofessional people, if not you will loose all your customers. he didnt even try to help me. completely disappointed. i dont recommend this location if you want to be treated as a customer do not go to this location.

They re extremely courteous very nice and assisted me. Prior to my oil change they assisted me with my car when I was stranded in the middle of the road by there shop. My battery had died and they saw a woman in need of assistance and came to my rescue when I ran in and asked.

Been taking my Chevy Tahoe here for about 2 yrs. These guys always deliver. Jason was the young man that helped me out, he was professional and very courteous. Also they gave me a military discount which is awesome. Keep up the great service

Alex was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about the company's services. He was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. He always answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend him if you are in the market for new tires and brakes! You won't be disappointed!

Super grateful for the quick ad professional service I received a few weeks ago.I came in on my way to work (for which I was late to) due to a nail in my tire.This location was my 3rd tire shop en route and Alex Tillet, the store manager was awesome!He got me in and out in less than 30 mins and I couldn't have been more grateful. Thank you for the quick and reliable service. A location I will definitely be back to in the future.

I went in to have my a/c checked before a road trip I was taking. They said there was nothing wrong and that it just takes longer to cool off because it s been so hot. I was ready to pay for the inspection but the man helping me (it s possible he was the manager) said not to worry about it. He would pay the mechanic but I didn t have to pay for him to look at it. I was surprised and very grateful. Looking forward to making this the place for all our cars!

My experience with Goodyear Auto was one to brag about. I received outstanding customer service from Ashtine. She spoke with confidence and professionalism and handled my vehicle with the utmost attention to detail. I will most definitely be recommending this location to others due to the amazing job she did, as well as returning myself.

Customer service was excellent this morning. The manager was on point, quick and helpful with all my questions. She got me and in out so I could head to work. She even helped me with information about my other car. I wish I wrote down her name but anyways I will be back with all my families vehicles. All car shops should have someone like her in charge. Thank you!

To me, having to go to a mechanic is just as nerve-wracking as going to the dentist. However from the first phone call I made to this Goodyear, I have always felt welcome and have been invited to be an active participant in the decision making process. It's difficult to find a place where you actually feel good about getting an oil change! And it also helps that the manager Alex T. bends over backwards for his clients. He walks us through the process, gives options and allows us to decide what is best for our cars. Thank you so much!!!
