I started a new job a couple of years ago and had an aging car which has been replaced since. Donald Auto Repair was recommended by coworkers as it is near the office. Very knowledgeable mechanics and no shenanigans or recommending repairs that are not needed. They do a good job, charge a fair price and are decent, honest people. I highly recommend.I take both our family cars there for tires, oil change, batteries or if anything needs a look. I've left there several times without owing a dime. How that is, I do not know. Good honest people.

Complete waste of time, had an overheating issue and told pete everything I did to the car and when I went back after they looked at it, I got called dishonest because I told him the water pump was installed a year ago (to be fair I dont remember when I put it in, but no reason to call someone dishonest, very unprofessional!)Pete decided he would not work on my car because I was dishonest about the water pump date of installation....(again I didnt know the exact date, how awful of me)This screams "I dont know whats wrong with your car and I do not have the knowledge to fix it!" Talk about dishonesty on my part, hypothetical is to say the least. There is a reson why small business is dying...this cost me a day of work and a waste of time next time just be honest.Also thanks for all the coolant all over my engine, probably opened it while it was still hot Smh

The owner is Donald, he is a very straight forward man I'm Loving that. Took my vehicle in and less then 2 hour's later it was done and fixed. His workers were Great, I would recommend his Shop if you needed work done on your vehicle and the price was Wonderful!!! Thank You for your help.

My car kept stalling out on me so I looked up a few shops in the area. I m so glad I chose Donald Auto Repair. Karen was very nice and helpful when I first brought my car in. After having a chance to look at it, Pete explained the issues my car had, what everything would cost and answered all my questions. Price was very reasonable, and I left extremely happy with the excellent service I received. I ll definitely bring my car here from now and will also recommend them to friends and family.

This auto shop is the best. Petey is amazing and very honest which is hard to find within the industry. He will tell you like it is and not try and upsell you on anything you vehicle does not need. I trust them 100% and will not take my truck anywhere else. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest friendly mecahnic that will fix your vehicle right the first time and will charge you the lowest price possible.

After getting my catalytic changed on my Honda Element for a far better price than Jap Tech or the Honda dealership offered. I decided to used Donald after seeing the great reviews, honesty and fair price. The service done was excellent so I decided to have my starter changed about a month later. Everything was completed in a timely manner at a fair price. I have to get my front breaks done soon but I know where I'll take my car for a peace of mind.

Have been coming here for years. Always honest and helpful. Check engine light came on. He checked it, let me know it wasn't a vital part (rear O2 sensor) and that I honestly didn't need to replace it. Great prices, quality work and very honest.

Called and spoke to a lady that answered the phone. I gave her Year, Make and Model of the vehicle. Along with a synopsis of the issue. The car was overheating after 45 minutes of use. I suggested a radiator flush and thermostat exchange. The lady agreed that's most likely the issue. I just don't understand why Donald Auto Repair cannot give me a simple Guestimated cost to know what I'm looking at for repairs. And compare pricing with other shops. However after calling two nearby shops they managed to give me an estimated ball park price. To the Public... When calling a business and customer service is lacking. That's most likey whats to be expected once you're there in person. 4 months ago I had called and inquired repair estimate for my sons car. The same lady stated they'd call back with the estimate. Well 5 days later they finally returned my call. Luckily we resolved that issue. I figured at the time it was that they were busy. But the obvious is Just Plain Bad Customer Service.

Customer service was amazing. Took my vehicle to a few other shops before finding this one on google maps. Really happy I did. Had my AC fixed and other items taken care of within 24 hours all while receiving timely updates of the process.

Come here if you want to get ripped off.Paid over $450 for a repair that I later found out was a simple fix, would've cost less than $80.In addition, paid for a full oil change and fluid top-off. Before leaving I lifted the hood, the coolant AND power steering fluid was nearly empty, yet I was still charged for the "fluid check and top-off." I only received the service that I'd paid for after pointing out their mistake.This place sucks.

I've been dealing with Donald's for many years now, they were recommended to me by my mother. I had numerous issues with a 1995 gmc jimmy seeing as over the years i put over 300k miles on it. Donald's auto is one of the main reasons why it is still driveable today. Pete and Karen are great and as long as they do not have to hook up your vehicle to their computer to read an engine code, the diagnosis is free. Great service, Great People!

I arrived on a Tuesday at 12 noon so there were a lot of cars and I had to wait about an hour which was fine. You can come in as walk-in. My engine light was on and I suspected it had to do with the evap system / emissions. Donald was great and thoroughly explained my options. He is an honest business person. I would come back again! He didn't charge to have my car checked, because it was only an emissions. He told me it was not a safety hazard; if the engine light was blinking, then that meant it was serious issue. Thank you, Donald!

not a good shop and you can not trust what they say they will do. I took my car there and had a bad experience. I never write bad reviews but I thought others should be aware of the lack of service that I received. I took my car right over to another shop close by and got my car fixed quickly and had great service sorry this shop could not do the same. BE AWARE.....

Well these guys are the best mechanic by far I've been satisfied but their work for over 8 years and still return over and over again for any of my Automotive needs. And I also recommend him to my friends

Maria and I have been good customers for years. Recently a belt tensioner which Pete replaced on my Vette earlier was chirping. Brought it in twice for repair. Pete said not to worry about it. Last week the tensioner broke and the belt came off and broke my radiator fans and engine overheated and we were stuck out of town, towing to Dealer and final Bill$ 1400.00. Thanks Pete.

I have been going to Donald Auto for over 20 years. I'm always happy with their work. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are experts and it feels good to have a mechanic you can trust .

Thought I finally found a good mechanic who was honest. However, after finding out there were multiple minor repairs they failed to fixed on my car when I paid for the services I was pissed. I will never take my car back here.

I have been spending thousands on Pete and Karen's shop for over 20 years.Finally got an honest second opinion. Pete give's me a big number on a rebuild of a/c etc., without checking everything. Got cocky, crancky and expensive.Good Bye Pete, you should be able to retire on all the times I had to come back, and pay more.You never fixed it the first time either.

I spoke to Karen and she was super rude. You would think they would be nicer to new customers. SMH. Will never call or consider going there again and I will be telling my friends about how rude she was.
