A Mechanic Shop that works on modified cars!!!!I've been around and noticed the shop for a couple years now and I just recently learned that AutoGlitz can align my RSX, which is lowered.The lobby is simple; they have posters, signs, a wheel rack on display, a television, magazines (I enjoy reading) and other amenities needed for a cool, comfortable space.So...... my car used to violently pull to the right and I had no idea why.... The mechanics at AutoGlitz took care of that issue, making it significantly better (safer) to drive, and Carlos explained everything to me on the alignment sheet.With that being, said I've already recommended someone and will continue to do so. I also have to take my car back to the shop again to have some other things completed.In conclusion, I appreciate the services, I believe the prices to be fair and they have options to pay for the work overtime!Thanks again!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

3 stars because I arrived at 7:50 am and when they opened the office at 8:00am I was the first one to get in and when I was taking to the office clerk about my car, one guy just popped in and yelled that he was first and he was very loud making sure they take him in first. The people in the office saw me been there first and they didn t do anything to let know that guy that I was the first one. I did not say anything because I don t like confrontation so I let it slide. This was my first time using their services, and I just needed an alignment for my car. Another reason why this review is 3 stars is because when I came back to pick up my car, there was no one there to walk me through and explain what they did to my car and why or when I need to bring the car back for the next service, nothing! They need to work on their customer service before, during and after services are done. The lady at the counter just gave me the invoice and the paper with the final results of the alignment and I didn t understand any of it and no one there to ask so I left. I hope this alignment is done good, only time will tell.

Fantastic garage! Its no wonder that this place is famous in the exotic and custom car world. Carlos diagnosed my mothers es350 bad tire issue and got the car tracking perfectly for a great price. The mechanics know their stuff and the place is clean. Highly recommended.

These guys have the tire balancing machine and wheel alignment equipment I've seen in any shop in the area. Customer service and satisfaction is something they take very seriously.

Been going to Autoglitz for over 10 years. Orlando, Carlos and Andrew have taken car of many of my cars. From tire replacements to brakes, allignments and more my cars have always come out perfect. They don't scratch wheels like others when installing. And there is no other shop in S Florida that can balance tires like they can. I don't how they do it but any little vibration from bad prior balance jobs they fix. Carlos was awesome and treated me 1st class with an excellent cup of coffee while I waited and my vehicle was ready to roll when I finished. I highly recommend AutoGlitz as the place to bring your car for all your maintenance needs!

Been to this place twice for an alignment and each time have come out satisfied! Depending on your ride it maybe be pricier than other places, but the work is good!

Mechanics at Autoglitz are top notch. Had AC repaired for $150 when another shop tried to charge me $1100 for a part I did not need. Also completed alignment on my lowered truck which is now perfect. Been going there for years but just noticed that they have zero knowledge. They don t think outside the box. Went there to change rear drums and shoes. Ended up spending more money on new front rotors and new pads. The truck was worse then when it arrived. Come to find out that the original problem was that the rear shoes weren t changed or benefit of the doubt they were defective. They told me it could be a differential issue or transmission issue. I told them to stop and give me the truck back only to find out that the issue was I needed new rear drums and new rear shoes. From someone else. Problem solved. Never going there again.Service: Brake service & repair

I had an emergency with my brakes Friday night and called Carlos the next day on Saturday. He was able to get me in to drop off my car same day. He requested information about my car/parts needed before I arrived so he could order it and complete the job. I was back on the road in no time. He was upfront about his fees and was knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done and shared that with me so I could make a decision on my options. If you have custom wheels/fitment and want to ensure your car is handled in hands with years of experience, this is the place. I ve taken all kinds of high end cars here and never had an issue. You can be confident everything s been done right. Worth the drive for the peace of mind. I ve modified every car I ve owned since 16 now almost 50 -this is who I d trust with my cars.

AutoGlitz is a Mechanic that you can trust. That is very hard to find. They are always busy. You might have to wait a little bit. But you can always drop it off and pick up when they are done. They always get the job done. They also do Tires. Their Staffs are always friendly and helpful. We have been recommending other people of the place.We will give them 9.8 out of 10

Great place! Just moved to Hollywood and I brought my truck for alignment and balancing and they were not just only honest to tell me that there was no need for alignment adjustments so it was just an inspection charge, they found the problem of my tires not being balanced properly after I lifted the truck 2 inches almost 4 years ago, now my truck rides like new again. I went to many other places before and none of them care or had the real knowledge to find the problem. Highly recommended

Great service; took my car in for tire mounting, balance and wheel alignment. Note, car has aftermarket wheels and modified suspension for which most shops dont have the knowledge to process, but Carlos and the team at autoglitz knew exactly what needed to get done. Car is perfectly straight and riding niceand smooth. These guys are true car enthusiast and will be going back again.Service: Wheel alignment

I went in to have my tires replaced, and I m very happy with the service and price. I also needed an alignment, so I m happy they asked. The two people I spoke to (front desk staff and a mechanic) were friendly and informative regarding the work done. It s frustrating and overwhelming trying to find an honest auto shop, however, this one seems to be an exception. Thanks again!

Overall Amazing work and customer service. I brought in my toyota soarer for an alignment as i was having major vibrations and loose steering. After the work was completed the vibration is gone and steering is tight. They also were able to recommend and supply hub centric rings for me . After the work was done they went over the work with me an explained the alignment adjustments to me in detail. I higly recommend this shop and will be returning for future work .Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

This place is your one stop shop when it comes to high speed balance, professional alignments, and tire changes. Everyone is nice and the technicians are super honest. This shop tops all the others when it comes to your wheels and alignments and the prices are great for the type of service that you get. I don t go anywhere else. I ve been going there for the last 12 years and will not take my ride anywhere else for the work that I get done there. Andrew is the man and him and his team know their stuff when it comes to lowering kits, alignments, high speed balancing and taking care of your car. I wasn t going to write anything about Autoglitz until I found out they did some damage to my rim. I visited this shop for the tire change and balancing of all four wheels. The management is good, they treat their clients well. After getting my car back and test driving it on the highway I felt some shaking of the steering wheel at 60-90mph. The wheel balance was off. So I had to dedicate extra time and bring my car back for rebalancing on the next morning. The manager told me that the balancing was significantly off on all wheels. So now I m questioning whether they were balanced at all the first time Then back home after taking a closer look at rims and tires I found out that one rim was hit against the breaks and rotor. I can see the red paint from brakes on the rim, and that the rim paint is scrapped off on the inner side. I can definitely tell that this is new because I was taking off and inspecting all of the wheels myself during break pads replacement and rear speed sensors change a few weeks ago. And wheels wasn t cleaned/washed since then. But at least I don t have steering wheel vibrations now.The moral of the story here: you should not have high expectations for quality of the service because of the stars/rating of the shop. And you may get just mediocre result like at any other not too bad shop next door. In my case relatively simple job was be spoiled by inexperienced/irresponsible technician. Maybe I m being too demanding and got unlucky with this situation. But that s my experience with this place

I have been searching for some time for an honest and decent mechanic/tire place. Finally found it here at AutoGlitz. They are straightforward and honest. Emphasis on the HONEST part. I can t say enough positive things about my experience here at AutoGlitz.Honest people and great service. All I can say is make an appointment ahead of time and be patient with the results.
