The worst customer service ever in any auto parts store.7 employees wandering in the back, meanwhile people are on the front counter, only one register is open while the other employees are just chit-chatting in the back.30 minutes in line I left all my things, they lost purchase I will never shop there again

HORRIBLE SERVICE! They hung up my call multiple times. Had me on hold for multiple times. When they finally answered I asked for a part and they said they were going to check and in less than a minute the lady got back on the line with an attitude and said it wasn t on the shelf, why would it say online it s available if it s not on the shelf . She continued to give me an attitude. Horrible service will never give this place business

A good store. Staff is helpful. They generally have whatever you need. We were halfway through a brake job and realized a small tool had not made the trip. Advanced was just down the street and had the tool in stock.

Great staff. Good parking. What makes this location are most definitely the STAFF members in their own way. I've been to many different AAP locations around the area and hands down... I've made this location my only one I go to.

I went in to the store today everything was so clean and organized. The sale person she was Amazing and knowledgeable of parts I didn't get her name But she really took the time out and helped me.

My home auto parts store, been going here for years, always had what I need tools or parts. A nice manager enrolled me to the points system saved me a nice dollar

They forgot a part, when I went back they gave me the part however once I got home I realized it was the wrong part. So I had to go back and get the correct part. So basically one trip turned into three trips

Last couple years the customer service has gone downhill but they are usually pretty well stocked considering the store location and size.

Took quite a while to get battery installed though I bought when I was only customer in store.Yet since it was sprinkling and one kid that could do job was at lunch I get it.Super nice young man, truck started like a charm, I left.Got Speed Perks so will be returning soon so as not to lose them!

Great service and wonderful staff! This is how a service counter should be ran! They even go and pick out your oil or air filter for you and make sure the part is correct. The store is clean and organized and the parking is ample, day or night. People spouting "Howdy Neighbor", its definitely a great store.

Had great help at this store. Compared to my bad experience at the pembroke pines Autozone. The Girl behind the counter went out of her way to help me, with finding a hose to fit my power steering hose that was leaking. She was patient and determined to help me find the hose I needed. I really appreciated all the effort. And the store was quite busy. So many Thanks for all the effort!! Great store good and customer service!!

Needed a replacement battery, the manager (Erika) was very helpful and informative. Great customer service. Clean shop. I will be going here for all my auto needs going forward, I suggest you do too! Would give 7 stars if I could.

Very helpful staff located right of of Dixie hwy in between Johnson st and Taft St. Plenty of options for your vehicles needs with the personnel to accommodate majority of your necessities. I purchased a pair of wind shield wipers they were a bit pricey but they were also good quality. The staff assistance in making sure they were attached appropriately was very helpful and professional. I will be going back to purchase more items when I need anything vehicle related.

I went to Advanced auto with a problem I was having with a windshield fluid hose. Lissette helped me resolve the problem. Lissette is amazing! She has superior customer service skills and extremely friendly, very pleasant. Thank You Lissette and Advanced AutoI will be coming back for more parts to my car. I am a very Happy customer. I think Lissette deserves great recognition!
