This is my second time using Westland Auto Center for auto repairs, and they've impressed me both times. Their customer service is excellent - friendly and professional. I took my car there for estimate that told my everything that my car except the most important the transmission was bad, I fix what they told me that the car need to be able to run and I wasted my money

Not a bad place to get a standard oil change. My only gripe with this place is that they took damn near 2 hours for a standard oil change. Price was about the same as everywhere else 100$ for a 2013 Toyota Corolla I d go again .

This place is not only a ripoff, is the biggest scam there is. My poor 73 yr old mother went and they wanted to charge her $1700+ for a master cylinder and the parking brake booster pump. Guess what!? Took it somewhere else and paid $110. There was no need to change anything it was just air stuck in the lines of the brake system, and the parking brake just needed to be adjusted. Not only did you want to rip her off, but I bet, you also damaged something else to charge her the $500 she paid when she only went for an oil change.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I love this place. Why? Because they take 2 things I value very important. The price and more importantly my time. They are really quick here for the service they do. I put 4 new tires there and the price was reasonable but they were quick. The main guy you'll see there in the front is Roger. Really friendly and funny guy. They have some vending machines if you need a quick drink/snack.Went back for a oil change and tire rotation and it was 40 minutes. 40 minutes!! I've taken 2 hours at the dealer just for an oil change. If you are tight in time and want great service with a couple laughs come here.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

I have been using this shop for a while now, never ever had a problem, professional staff, honest, and they don't over charge. I had a weird a problem with the starting mechanism of my Chevy Silverado 1500 which the same Chevrolet dealer after many diagnostic and paying for it never found the problem. Decided to take it to Westland Auto early in the morning and before noon had already found the problem and replace the parts need it.It s an Excellent company, managers and workers are really friendly and serious people.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

After calling several places in the area for brand new tires, I called this place and spoke to Marcos over the phone. He was very friendly and attentive and gave me the cheapest quote out of every other place. I'm usually a little skeptical about going the cheapest route, but I decided to take a chance and I am glad I did. Marcos made me an appointment and although my service job took about 2 hours, I left out of here with 4 brand new tires and a free alignment, also with free rotation every 8,000 miles at a ridicously low price. I recommend all my friends here and I'd recommend it to any stranger reading this. Ask for Marcos if you want quick and effective service.

I went there for an oil and filter change. even thought the website was experiencing delays on sending the coupon, they honored it. Also I was offered to replace the air filter (mine was looking very gross). It was done quick. Also I asked for a suggestion of a place where I could replace the catalyst converter with me bringing the replacement parts and they did give me a great suggestion. Very satisfied with my visit and service provided.

I went to get a simple oil change valued at $97.00. They broke a plastic cap causing a huge oil to leak that cause one of the coils to break. To make a long story short, now between parts and labor I am going to have to spend around $1,000 to fix something that they broke during a simple oil change. Just took my Ford Mustang for an oil and air filter change. Very fast polite service. Prices are reasonable and the car was ready rather quickly; no waiting in line. I liked it a lot that they text you when your car is ready for pickup. Thank you
