The worst Customer Service of all Freightliner Dealers I have to buy from in 25 years in the trucking business. Obtained a quote, called Parts to make sure it was in stock as I was coming 70 miles to get it. waited on hold 35 minutes. Eventually I arrived to dealer to see why then didn't pickup phone. 10 employees behind the counter all ignored the phone and let it ring. When I told the parts employee, he just shrugged. ZERO customer service

What is the lou bachrodt costumer they better take that down becouse I get there and I have to wait 20 min just to get attended with 20 rep inside that don't have time to attend you and you go to one they send you to another .

Had to have an air bag replaced. It took about 3 hours to do it but it was fixed. They have no room to park a trailer so you'll always need to bobtail in there.

Saturday close by 2 pm, google time is 6 pm close on Saturday, so negative review for staying in traffic, mistake with hours time

Good trucks, good treatment but the financing rates could be more flexible, especially for new companies.Buenos camiones, buen trato pero las tarifas de financiacion pudieran ser mas flexibles sobre todo para las nuevas empresas.
