Great service every time I go. Very respectful and professional staff. Oil change and tire rotation was done very fast because first thing in the morning is when there are less appointment.

I went there today to replace a tire sensor and somehow the who installed the sensor manage to cut my tire,do no go to this place ,the are not professional, I will never go againg to this business, they lost me as a customer.

They DONT respect women... i felt very violated the way the mechanics would look at me...and then my husband took the rim that they said was bent to wheelfixit...the rim was fine.. MANNY ..the previous owner (r.i.p) was a great person..NOT the hoodlims that are there now..i found out the tires i bought (4) over priced me by $35/40 dont waist your time...

These guys are the best I ve been to, hands down. I bring my 2017 mustang gt for alignments and everything in between and this place is flawless and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Thankfully I found this place. Alignment specialist A1 honest, affordable, quick, and I was able to get my money back from the ppl that couldn't align a 2k14 accord after 2 times. 3rd time was definitely the one for me. Manny thank you so much. U won't be seeing me there anytime soon. The car is driving like new. Until 5he next set of tires and alignment

This place is ridiculous expensive and ridiculous to do anything with anyone who wants a good job at a reasonable price go to Paul tires in medley they did work on my car to align it n then did the alignment plus I bought 4 new tires and it was cheaper then the price these ppl gave me to just do the work I needed before alignment bad business

If I could give six stars I would. Great customer service. Efficient. Cheap. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Definitely won't be going anywhere else for my car's needs. Plus they have a super cute shop cat.

I have now had two experiences with Manny at Tire Factory Outlet. He and his people are awesome. Better price, speed, and service than anywhere I go back in my hometown of Jacksonville. I now drive all the way to Hialeah for all my vehicle s major service and maintenance. I recommend them to anyone needing any of the services they provide. I ve now had them do new tires, alignment, and repair an oil leak. Always top quality and a great price. Thanks!

I went to this fine establishment to replace my back tires. I checked two other places before coming here and The Factory Outlet gave me the fairest price. I was able to wait as they changed my tires, as it only took 40 minutes I highly recommend this place Many the owner is an excellent person you can deal with

Great service. Attentive and honest with the inspection. First time in the waiting area you see via a screen the actual alignment. Amazing. Prices are in range.
