This business leaves a lot to be desired, upon dropping off my 2017 Infiniti Q60. I spoke to the owner. He ensured me that the car would be repaired in a timely manner and gave me an estimated time of 1-2 weeks. The repair took over 1 month. Due to lack of urgency on ordering parts and planning. After picking up my Q60, I popped the hood to see tons of over spray from the repair, the hood alignment was off, color not properly matched, and parts that were still broken and not fixed I.e. horn and right head lamp. After expressing my concern for the amount of time it was taking. He took over another month just to get back to me to finish the repair for the head light, horn, and cleaning up the engine bay of over spray. I would not recommend this shop at all. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service and workmanship!Service: Body & Trim

Excellent communication and customer satisfaction. After talking with Ronald and getting a fair quote he more than delivered and made my vision come to life! I fell in love with my Z all over again! Painted some parts before and after a year came back for a full paint job. Always clean and neat work. Definitely coming back for any future projects! Thanks again to the RJQ Team!! Man this place is amazing. I got my mustang done by getting my bumper painted, grille changed, a front fascia added, new headlights, and to top it all off a buff/wax all throughout my car. The price was reasonable for the amount of work they had to do and they definitely delivered. I will be coming back for more work if needed.

If I could I would put 0 stars I would ve. It s very unfortunate that how a company that does amazing work but doesn t communicate, unable to commit, gives you false hope that it will be ready in 2 weeks but it s been almost 3 months and still no results. It s extremely frustrating and highly unprofessional to keep the only reliable transportation I have out of service for that long. I done my fair share of communicating about the status of my vehicle every step of the way, to having the shop keep pushing me back the whole time. I ll just be happy to get my car fixed as promised and never return.Service: Body & Trim

Customer service 5 stars went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. Had an issue with this idiot from another shop so I took my car to rj to complete the job and he did in a timely manner. He managed to correct the mistakes the previous idiot from the other shop made. Would recommend if you want a headache free experience.Service: Body & Trim

If anyone needs their car painted or a widebody kit installed and painted. Any body work for that matter or installation. They do an amazing job and go above and beyond expectations! They fixed and did a complete bumper swap on my Subaru BRZ and color matched everything perfectly. Fix or modify your car correctly the first time and go to them!

I strongly recommend this place. I went to have my front bumper reattached. The mechanic was very polite and attentive. Good service with reasonable prices. If I could give ten stars I would.

Ronald and crew are the absolute greatest! I took them what was an almost impossible job and they delivered with quality. They paid attention to detail and flawlessly executed installing a carbon fiber diffuser on an AMG GTS and repainted the bumper. Definitely going back for more work later.
