I went there because my boss recommended it, he is using them long time ago. They been there forever but the administration changed I guess, because now the oil change it s not lasting what it should. I change a battery too and it lasted less than the regular time, the battery failed in less than 12 months, I didn t go to request another one because I really don t want my car in their hands again. It s like they really don t care about customers at least for those little things like change oil or batteries.

I've always taken my vehicles for routine maintenance at this shop ever since I started driving. Even before then, when my mother needed service for her vehicles. They are great mechanics with fair and just prices. Special thanks to Ricky of all people for being concise and thorough in whatever other problems your vehicle might have besides what you came in for. This business is absolutely 5/5 stars. I will be coming here for as long as they still stand. I rarely write reviews, but I really feel like it's my due diligence to at least give them a little boost in ratings. They absolutely deserve it.

I was wandering around trying to find a good place where I could do my oil change and find a good mechanic. I thought this place was going to be just like the few stops I made before. (Not friendly, not professional, and would try to charge the life out of me) NOT THE CASE! These people are so professional, friendly, attentive service, really surprised. The prices are GOOD! For hard working people like us. Oil change was way cheaper than most places and I also have an issue with my AC. I was going to do the computer check since my ac is not cooling instead desired to leave but, I was so satisfied with the service I had to make a U-turn! They are running the diagnostics and charged me half of what the other shops were trying to charge me. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO THE PUBLIC really happy to see business like this are still around. I rate them a 5 stars hands down 100%!! They are a family owned business for many many years. I ve always leased my vehicles, so I ve never dealt with mechanics & the horror stories that come with it! We own a 2014 Town & Country, Chrysler & my check engine light starting popping up after 100k! We ve been taken the van here for 3 years now & I can vouch that all my visits have been a great experience which is priceless!! Ricky, his wife, his mother Inlaw, Carlos & the whole team at Red Road Tire are A1A. I ve never written a review before & felt the urge to here, because you can t find good costumer service these days. I can t get over how professional & truthfully they have been. I know it sounds to good to be true so that s why you need to experience it for yourselves. Keep up your honesty Red Road!!

My mom has been coming here for years! I have been here a couple of times already and I will most certainly keep coming back. They are not only knowledgeable about mechanics & cars but the staff here is excellent in customer service. They are very thorough and take the time to listen to each customers needs and do an excellent job explaining how and what they will do before charging you. You know what to expect and can trust they will get the job done right. So thankful we have gotten the chance to do business here!

This business work so quick and is so professional. They value they customer. I came in to service my car because my radio wasn't working an instantly they was able to find and resolve my issue with no hazzle. I also got a oil change. The prices is fair. An I highly recommend to go here. I am beyond satisfied here an it is my first time.

I came 4 days ago to this auto shop because my mom recommended it to me. We serviced our cars and they did a really good job. Today I took my grandmother's car for service and a tire rotation and everything went fine as well. When I got out I noticed there was a problem with the front left tire. I took it back and without hesitation the crew helped me get the problem fixed. No only good service but exceptional costumer service as well. Thank you. Definitely recommend this place for your car services.

I've been doing my oil changes here for about 3 years. They are always very fast, polite, respectful, and kind. The last time I was in there I told them it was possible that they might have to change my air filter, which would have meant they would have charged me an extra $35, but when I went to pay for it they said my air filter was fine and they didn't have to change it. I was extremely impressed by this because any other place would have changed it JUST for the sake of charging me. I won't ever go any place else!

They are a local car repair family owned honest Business unlike other car repair businesses. If they tell you something is wrong with your vehicle, you can rest assured that what they tell you is the truth. Been going to them since the sixties when their parents opened. Now their daughter is running, the shop. Still same integrity, and honesty. Went down there Christmas week and had them fix what was wrong with my car. I made a 5 hour drive from Citrus county for them. That should tell you how much I trust them to work on my car.

Maria the owner and her family are honest people and have been giving me and my cars great service throughout the years. It's very rare to find this kind of attention and customer service this day in age and I recommend this place to anyone. Even if you live farther away, it's still worth the trip.

When my family and I moved to Hialeah in 1996, they were the only mechanics my mom ever went to and still only goes to!Even now that I'm married my husband and I continue to go to them. They have great competitive prices, friendly customer service and highly professional mechanics. For us they are part of our family and I may be flustered sometimes when I see them (because of car problems), but at least I know I'm supporting a small family business and I will find the help we need!

Fast and efficient service! I was in and out with a new belt for my car in less than an hour. I have a Ford Explorer and they were able to get my part in within 20 minutes.

I don't know what these bad reviews are for but I've been bringing my cars here ever since I started driving and my mom brought her cars here as well. I just left there after doing an oil change. Very nice people. To me it looks like a disgruntled customer is having all their friends write these nasty reviews.

If there was a 0 star option I would use it. They are scamming rats. They will give you a price and then end up with a different price. Takes them DAYS to figure out what's wrong with the car and they pretty much take your car hostage by making you leave it overnight day after day for as long as they're taking to figure out the problem. Oh and by the way, if you want to take your car out because you're desperate of waiting days for them to figure things out they will charge you for taking your car out of the shop before they have even found a solution to the problem.

Red road tires has the worst customer service i went there for a rountine oil change and ended up replacing my oil sensor the part they say they put on was a lie they never change it i went back to red road tires to try to get the issue resolved the customer service there was horrible i would never go back there i feel that BECAUSE iam a lady they took advantage of the situation .i wouldn't recommend this shop to no one. Not even my worst enemy.

Came all the way from Houston TX to find great prices and costumer service. I got an alignment with no problems, back home I was told I couldn't do it unless I got a $300 job. Glad I waited

If you re changing your oil, on a BMW it s $120. $11 per quart. jiffy lube offers it for $60, Walmart on Okechobee will do it for $50. Jimmy lube is expensive, you d think a family owned business would be reasonable. Even if you have a BMW ** bringing the oil and the oil filter ** they ll charge you whatever they want to make sure they get at least $50. For that I would have done everything with Walmart and saved $40 on oil and filter, definitely not coming here again. Go somewhere else, se aprovechan. Ask and make things clear because they ll squeeze you.*Se aprovechan.*

Worst place to go fix your car if you want to get ripped off then this is a perfect place to go the mechanic they look like they don't know nothing they will give you different diagnose they don't know nothing about AC work if you have any AC problem please do not take your car there . They'll give you a price in the beginning when finish with your car will tell you a different price .if you are a woman do not take your car there because it will rip you off faster than what you think they'll take advantage of you like they did with me don't let them fool you so if you want to get ripped off that's the perfect place to go they should have an inspector there to go and make sure those are real Certified mechanic because those mechanic that work there they don't know nothing about AC work. They don't deserve even one STAR!

I would give them 0 star worse service ever. They tell you a price and then they tell you another price higher of course. Zero customer service don't take your car here you will leave disappointed.

Worst place ever in the planet. Their service is horrible and they are a rip off!I went there with my car and i knew what was wrong with it but they said it was other things that i had to fix and since they are the professionals i decided to listen and that was the biggest mistake ever!Not only did they scam me telling me it also had something to do with the water and now my car is having the same problem all over again!
