I got a flat tire late at night so I left my car parked in front of the shop. Next morning that I called them, they had fixed it already. How amazing is that? Outstanding service! Not to mention that everyone is super nice and helpful. Thank you to Julian and the guy who fixed my tire!

They replaced my master cylinder and was not completed properly simply said the couldn t make it better

I highly recommend this shop to everyone. My husband and I stopped here during travels needing a fuel pump replaced. Nervous going to a random mechanic for such a big job. These guys took us and took care of us. They did the job at a fair price, promptly and made us feel appreciated as customers. We had been to 3 mechanics trying to figure out what was going on with our car and nobody could figure it out but these guys did!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have taken my car twice to this shop and so far I am very satisfied. The owner gives you honest assessments of the car issues and the prices are fair. While the car is being fixed, they call you and give you updates of the progress. No issues so far with the repairs.

Really great place for honest and fairly priced service.Definitely worth going to for any mechanical check up or issue.They fixed my entire rack and pinion, which has a lot of damage in an accident, replaced a control arm, and aligned my car.My car drives better than when I bought it used.I'm grateful for all their help and highly recommend Nick's Auto Center for any German manufactured car

Worst shop you could ever go to!! They don t care about what your problem is and over charge for everything. I purchased a supposedly New alternator back on 10/17/2017 only to have my check charging system light come back on 6 months later. I took it to a different mechanic just to get a second opinion to have them tell me the alternator isn t charging the battery. Of course I go back today on 06/02/2018 to have the owner tell me that warranty is only for six months. What kind of bull is that, you make someone pay $354.17 for an alternator for it not to be working a few months later. WORST SHOP IN ALL OF MIAMI!! Trust me save your money and search the top mechanics in your area. Stay away from this place YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! Oh and not to mention that no one speaks English there, basically a bunch of illegal Cuban immigrants that just got here a couple days ago it seems.

The gentlemen here are very kind, honest, and fair. I get skeptical of going to mechanics, being a woman, there are many places that will try to take advantage and get the most money out of you. These guys worked quickly on my car and gave me the fairest price I had heard out of 5 different shops. Highly recommend :)

I took my Mini Cooper here to have it repaired. A few months later, my car broke down again over the same problem. According to the dealer, my car was incorrectly diagnosed in the first repair, causing my car to break down again. I took it back to have them fix THEIR mistake. These people couldn't even figure out how to repair my car, which is very ironic because they are educated in repairing European cars (their sign even has the BMW and Porsche logo on it), yet the mechanic looked like an idiot starring at my car not knowing how to repair it.In the end, my car was not fixed. I asked for it back to take it to the dealer ship to have it repaired by people WHO KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING. These people need to stick to oil and tire changes. Nothing too complicated that will hurt their brain in the process.These people even had the nerve to switch out my battery with a dead battery. Who knows what other parts they removed off my car without my authorization.I will definitely be placing a complaint with the BBB.**DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED*

I've been taking my car here for years and I have always received great service. My father recommended this place to me and I would do the same for anyone. Definitely take your car here if you want honest, straight-forward, and respectful service.

I have known Nick for over 30 years, he has been my mechanic for the same period of time. He has had several places of business and I have always gone to those businesses. He is very honest and trustworthy, if I had a problem with my vehicle after a repair from him he would correct the problem at no additional charge. I highly recommend Nick's Auto Center for all your mechanical needs. Claude Noriega, Retired.

Nick's Auto is the best! I've been going there since my first car, at least 7 years now, and every experience has been amazing! I really appreciate the one-on-one customer service and I love the idea that I've supported a local business that took the time to make sure that my car is safe to drive.

I love Nick's Auto. Great service right in the heart of Hialeah. Family-owned business that you can trust. Honest service, with quality execution on every job. I've brought the old civic and later on the current corolla to this place countless times and they've kept my ride tip-top.

No diagnostic work done. Horrible service. Gave a guideline to what was needed to be fixed and looked at, called the next day to see when my car would be ready and the person I spoke to said it had been ready since the day before but no one notified me. Went to get my car and I was told they were going to start working on the car now. So I demanded my car back and left. Definitely if you are a female don't go alone. They don't take you serious and feel like you don't know anything. Always bring a male whether it's your father, brother or significant other. Also when I got my car back it was on e. They are scam artist and I will definitely be reporting them to the BBB. If I would not have "known" the way my car feels when driving it they would have taken my money without fixing anything fortunately I took my dad with me after telling him what was going on.

I wrote a review years ago about this shop, it is still my go to when it comes to spending the big bucks. You don't want just anyone messing with the insides of your vehicle which you use to transport your self and loved ones, you want to go somewhere where you ANDY your car will be taken care of. It's sad to say that most people are in the business for the money, and the point of a business is money but there are many aspects to running a good business...Nicks auto shop has never failed me, professional service at a price much more reasonable that your other mechanics. They are very prompt and timely about the services they provide, any time I've had a little situation or a big situation happen with my car ive brought it to nick, from flat tires, brakes, new engines, headlights, you name it.I could go on about this place, but lastly I have to add that if you have an hour to kill while your car is being serviced there is an amazing selection of food and drinks, right behind nicks is Los perros, los Magueyes, the bend (if you want delicious alcoholic drinks in a pretty nice bar, you'd be surprised), across the street you have shimas japanese and green Papaya, if you're in the mood for japanese or Vietnamese food...sooooo next time you need to take care of your car, take care of yourself too and come to nicks !:)

If I could give they 0 star I would do it, the worst Garage Service ever, they charged almost $900 for repair my car Air condition and after 3 day it broken again, it doesn't cold any more, when I take the car back, they wanted to charge me $800 more. I was no able to pay that and I lost my first $900. Get away from this place they are bad people doesn't care about anything and are very unprofessional

Today 11/ 6/ 18 took in my vehicle for a break pad change and oil change was out in 1 hour. Dont know why alot of negative, ive been going to nicks auto for the past 20 years. The best. Prices are great, Nick is a great man. Thank you.

I went for a tire change... ok everything was fine at first. But my car started shaking. Took it back. The old man said we need to balance it... ok let s do it. Oh not today my machine is broken, come back tomorrow . That turned into a week. Going back everyday and given the same answer. Broke. Machine! And when i said I ve been coming back everyday he says to me well what do you want me to do!! Um, i don t know, get your machine fixed when you said it would. Yeah never going back. Now i have to pay a professional to get it fixed.

I have been a customer of Nicks Auto Center for many years, the mechanics are excellent and so is the service. Again today I had to bring my car in and again I leave very satisfied. Great auto center I highly recommend them.

They sold me a tire to later find that they placed the wrong size tire, when I returned, they wouldn't replace or offer a refund of any kind. They hire mechanics that are immigrants with little knowledge. Don't do business with them! You will regret it later.

Brang my car in for an oil change. They ended my trying to sell me tires. Got ripped off and they didnt have two tires the same size so they gave me two different sizes. The tire ended up falling off. Dont go here.

I was there to change a tire , I called before I when and Nick told me a used tire for $35 , I told Nick I will be there at my lunch time . I got there and I told Nick the I need a used tire . They put a new tire and he ask me for $75 dollars I explained him I told you I need a used tire .They told me the do not have any used tire so I explained to Nick to just fix my tire , after he was done he told me the was $35 Really . Don t go to this place he will told you one price and then try to change you for something else .

My boss told me about this shop a few years back when my car broke down. Had it towed there and it was fixed by the next day.Quick, professional, and decently priced. I've been going back ever since.

*** STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! *** They will tell you one thing on the phone and when you arrive they tell you "oh and btw we had to change this that and the other, that was last Saturday. I broke down 3 days later ??? while putting gas and when the Mechanic there prepares to jump start my car I was in shock to find out he TOOK OUT my BATTERY that I bought 6 months ago and switched it for an OLD BATTERY! Also their prices change depending on the mood of the owner and his obnoxious wife.The I asked how much for brake pads he quoted me $240. I went to 3 other places within a 2 mile radius and was quoted $90 from each. It was then I realized he has been price gauging me for a few years! It"s plain to see he doesn't appreciate loyal customers! STAY STAY STAY AWAY FROM THERE!!!

I caught a flat and went here to change it. Within 20 mins that same tire was flat. I went back and they were closed. I wouldnt recommend anybody come here they dont have good service and they speak poorly

I got my tired fixed today but I had other jobs done. They have reasonable prices and the work is done efficient.
