Very Professional and overall great serviceI had several things done in a very short of time Joseph had complete knowledge of what the car needed and what made me come back again because of his honesty, he explained all the options and costs to make me choose with no pressure plus he was so generous and kind he gave me that gift. I would definitely come back to Joseph again with no doubt I would tell everyone about his great service. Thank you for valuing my time and money

Today I came to Joseph to fix the car Toyota cigarette fuse as a regular customer he did not charge me for that ! He did it totally for free I thank him so much he is also trustworthy he tells me exactly what future issues my car needs to be fixed. I trust taking my car to him, his pricing great and low compared to others I have noticed that since the first I dealt with him.

New review as of 01/17/2024:I have been going to Lejeune Sound and Stereo for years and loved dealing with Julio. Today I called to see if he could install a new stereo in my car. The call was answered by someone who said was Julio's son. He was quite rude but said he could fit me in if I came there immediately. He also quoted me a price higher than what Julio normally charges. I hung up and was ready to head out there but decided I would call back and deal with Julio as he has always been great to me and all the people I have referred to him.When I called back and asked "Julio's son" when Julio would be back, he (again rudely) said "I am the new owner and Julio will rarely be here." I also asked why there was a price difference to which he replied "I am the boss and prices have gone up."Well "New Boss", you just lost a loyal client because of your lack of customer service. That's an easy way of going from 5Stars to 1.Old Review:Lejeune Sound and Protection is the best. Julio knows exactly what he is doing. I highly recommend this place.Update of old review: I've been here many times after my last review and Julio does not fail to impress me. He is the best automobile electrician.

Julio installed a subwoofer and amp in my car and the install was clean meticulous! He also helped me with some other issues my car was having and happily corrected it for me free of charge! A lot of shops would of tried to charge me extra for problems the car didn t have... Julio is a straightforward honest businessman and I will definitely be coming back to this shop in the future! 10/10

This is the best shop for alarms, radios, speakers, etc. i got my car alarm and window tinting here. Best prices and very knowledgable. I also got a brand new radio with all the latest gadgets. The owner sat with me and showed me how to use my new radio. I recommend this shop to everyone..they know their business.

I'm had been going toI had been going to this shop for a while. A week ago I went to install new tires on my truck and like always they have me a good price. Unfortunately, when I when I got my truck back one of the pressure sensors was not working. I went to the electrician to synchronize sensors one of them could not be detected by the scanner and it was not working properly. I went back to LTW to tell the owner that one of the sensors was broken during the tire installation and he told me that it was impossible, that it could've been the battery discharged from the sensor and he will not be responsible for it. Just be careful when you go in there to install tires.

Great service! Just got a new car and got my tints done and my bass installed, both came out perfect! I would recommend this place to anyone for tints or electrical.

08-18-16 Installed tints on my work vehicle.I noticed that there were some bubbles on left and right window and imperfections in both windows. I allowed more than a week for tints to dry properly before i took car back after about a week still had imperfections.So i returned they offer a warranty on job.The gentleman who installed tints on my car as soon as i got in to shop i can tell they were not happy to see me come back and i quote'' he said he will change windows tints if it bothered me so much its a work vehicle that i was just being picky''.So spoke with manager they change it out left and right and ass soon as i told them that the front strip also had some imperfections they wanted to charge me 20 bucks to re do strip in front mirror.Finally they had enough seems like customer that want a job done right is too picky for them so without my consent they ripped they newly installed tints and said they will give me a full refund.I would not recommend doing business with this shop they treated me less than dirt and as far as customer service they are not what their website implies customer satisfaction in this shop is horrible i will never recommend them to any of my family or friends they are hotheads and would not listen to my input or reason like normal human beings it felt like they wanted to fight with me instead of resolving my issue which if done properly to begin with i would of not had this experience worst tint place ever they care not for their customers.''0 out of 5 stars. Not even one apology from them.

I needed an alarm installed my car and the owner was very helpful. He said it would take about an hour and a half and he even finished it before the time.Recommend 10/10

Went to this shop a few weeks ago to install something in my car 2 days later had a problem with my car, a issue I have never had be for went to explain to the owner the problem and did not want to own up to who mistake pretty much blamed the problem on something else!!!!..he was super nice but not cool money does not fall on trees now have to go to other place and fix the problem word of advice don't go to this shop.

If you want your car to be destroyed and not fixed well then come to this shop! You will leave with your car worse than when it came in. DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP FOR ANY NEEDS!!!!
