Not recommended, the warranty does not work. They sold me a capacitor from a different year and they did not accept the claim for not having the box after 7 months of having problems with leakage. (1 year warranty supposedly). The manager's response "I have spent thousands of dollars on Nike and they don't accept refunds"

This is a super dupper store among a cluster of stores where you can get every radiator of every old and new brand of vehicles. They are versatile in their approach to customer service such that you hardly see the face of the beautiful lady behind the counter , all in the name of Covid19 protocol. Every mechanic should know this place at Hialeah. And their prices are the most reasonable.

Ordered a radiator from here, through eBay, on Tuesday March 27th because the company was located just an hr and a half south of me, so I figured I d get my shipment pretty quickly. Received a tracking number through PayPal Wednesday morning. Immediately checked the status of my shipment and it said Ready for UPS , so I figured they had just gotten it ready.Checked it again Wednesday late afternoon and it still hadn t updated, so I called them. Some lady answered and said I d need to call back Thursday. Called back Thursday morning and was told I was given the wrong tracking number, so the guy sent me a new one. Checked the new one right then, then again Thursday afternoon and it stated the same thing as the first one, Ready for UPS both times. Checked my email again to see if maybe I had copied the wrong tracking number and seen that the guy sent me yet another tracking number that afternoon, except that tracking number wasn t long enough.Called them again and the guy stated that maybe UPS s system hadn t updated because he knew it shipped Wednesday. Called UPS and they stated they hadn t received anything from this company in relation to my order other than they had printed a shipping label and that they would immediately scan the label when they receive it, so it WOULD update immediately; so I called the company back again and talked with the same guy. I stressed to him that I NEEDED the radiator by Saturday because my Father In Law was in town JUST to put it in for me (he came from 2 states away) and that he was leaving Sunday morning. He said he s not sure why it s not updating on UPS, but that I should have my shipment by Saturday.Friday morning rolls around, I checked UPS again and IT STILL WAS THE SAME! Called them again and spoke with the Manager (or that s who I had asked to speak to). He said the issue was that they had to get my radiator from another one of their locations because they didn t have it where I had originally ordered it from, but that he could see it was shipped out Thursday.... When I questioned him about it being shipped Thursday when the other guy said it shipped Wednesday, he said he s not sure why I was told that, but that it definitely shipped Thursday. He asked me to call back after 2pm because he wanted to check with the person who shipped it to me about what s going on. Called that afternoon (after seeing that nothing had changed STILL with UPS) and was told that if nothing changed by the end of day Friday, I d have my money refunded.As of today, Monday, April 2nd, nothing has changed via UPS. I ve called and they stated they have issued a refund and have no idea what s going on with my shipment or where it s at even!I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

Not happy. I bought a radiator from the company and installed it. the inner seal where the oil cooler lines connect had torn or been torn before I connected the line. I called the company and they want me to ship the radiator back instead of shipping me a seal to replace the torn one. it cost money to ship something of that size. Not happy

These radiators are horrible. I ordered one on eBay, and it busted in less than a month. I called to have them send me another one, and the second radiator was damaged badly in shipping. I called again, got a third radiator, and the fittings on it were damaged from shipping. I waited on the new fittings, which took a week to come in. I then put the third radiator on my truck, and it didn't last more than a month before it started leaking. I called again to get a refund, and they said it only has a 30-day refund policy. I wasn't able to drive my truck for five months. I ended up going to O'Reilly to get a radiator. You will waste your time and money on the radiators from Lazaro Radiators.

The most unprofessional place ever Wait it for hours for them to deliver a radiator to my Shop and after they got all my information when I call back they said they didn't have any deliveries for my area The worst part is that they deliver before

Don't buy their guaranteed to leak in 1 year radiators. Mine leaked in 1 year and 2 months. They said the warranty is only for 1 year and they will not replace. There are other companies selling radiators with lifetime warranty for same price. Shop around, stay away from this place.

Be careful with this outfit, I bought a radiator and it turned out to be defective when I tried to exchange it I was told that I had damaged the radiator.Advanced Body & Frame will not be doing any more business with these outfit.
