Michael was the customer representative that assisted me today. He is courteous, knowledgeable and ip front explaining to me the necessary filters that needed to be changed today. This location is far from my home, but because I was staying at my daughter's home, I decided to use that particular location. Because of the great experience I had with my visit today, I will return when the next oil change is due.

I went to jiffy lube as I have been for years. They have a new lady called Marta, I never had heard such a knowledgeable woman on cars. Great experience she answered all my questions & my car is running better than it has in years. Is it weird I now only want to ask for her when I go in !! Definitely recommend. They are my go to for years now.

I wasn't happy with the "extra charges". They were almost the same price as the oil change! Not happy at all. But the employees are fantastic and did a superb job. Very efficient.

It s just this specific jiffy. I ve been to so many and this one is the worse.The experience I had was a few months ago but that manager there will try to sell you everything even if I don t need it.I came in for a simple oil change and she told me I needed to apply for their financing for my breaks (I d gotten them changed elsewhere)She asked me for my ID and credit card, I thought I was paying but turns out she applied for financing with my information.She also felt the need to talk about my weight and give health advice when she herself is not in a place to give out health advice.Overall unprofessional unpleasant and definitely in it to make commission and not putting the customers needs first.

Most expensive place you can go to for an oil change. I paid $139.42 and that s also considering they applied a $20 discount for customer appreciation week. I drive a 2018 jeep grand Cherokee and it was full synthetic oil. My jeep dealer and Midas charge me $79.99 for the same service. I gave it 3 stars because I was in and out in about 20 minutes and everyone seemed pretty honest and cool.

Went there for a quick oil change. Was greeted by the manager Eloy. He was very attentive and answered any question I had. Vehicle is running as new. Would recommend. Ask for Eloy.

Biggest scammers I ve ever encountered!! Over $500 for an oil change and that s with a $30 off cause they were trying to help me. Never will I EVER visit a Jiffy Lube again! MobilOne charges you half of everything they do with better service and UPFRONT pricing. Skip these people and drive a few blocks to MobileOne!

At first, I was quoted a price of $119, but to my surprise, they attempted to charge me $150 on two separate occasions. The manager initially stated that my wipers would be $15 each, only to later revise it to $30 per wiper due to a mistake, even though we had already settled on a price. To top it off, he recommended changing my brake fluids, insisting they were very old, even though I had just replaced them a month prior. Exercise caution when considering a visit. This pricing is also including my oil change and engine detox.Service: Oil change

Be careful I had a problem in my car with my windshield, drive in my car at this location and someone here at this location gave me a verbal estimate of $400 dollars horrible service giving an estimate without looking, my husband got the piece for $30 at auto parts took him less than 40 minutes to fix the motor for the windshield.Please if don t know about something google it look at Youtube videos or get different estimates, can believe this people here anymore. Bad experience very bad.O stars have to click on one to post

I came to Jiffy Lube to get a oil change I use a Groupon coupon and the service was good and fast they explained what need be be done on my car and if they can give me a discount on the price if I got everything done so yes great customer I live in Opa Locka and I come all the way to Miami lake to get my oil change done so that s says effort they all need a raise

Beware of this place.. They will literally lie to you about your vehicle just to get a sale. I went in for a simple oil change and received an estimate for 1400 for brakes. (Lmao) they told me my brakes were severely worn out and needed to be changed immediately. So I politely smiled and said I will return tomorrow. I immediately drive to another auto mechanic shop and upon inspection of my vehicle they said my brakes still had at least 80% of the brake pad left.. I am so disappointed that the manager here would blatantly lie to my face just to make a sale.. this place is know for doing this and if it wasn t an emergency I would have never went there.. they are crooks and liars and take advantage of people who they feel are not versed in cars.. but surprise surprise you met the right one today! Do better jiffy smh!

most of the time, it doesn't matter who does my oil change when I am in a hurry and which company does it. But this store, it made my day today and I will definitely recommend the jiffy lube on 186th street zip 33015. Please ask for Maria, extremely helpful, friendly and literally makes you feel like you are at home and a friend fixing your car in your garage. Great friendly and knowledgeable service and a great attitude, including all the mechanics and supervisor in that location. Give a try, you will not regret it. And no...No one paid me and done me favors to speak highly of this place. I am just a person who is honest and fair in his evaluation.

I asked for SAE-5W40 full synthetic and theyy gave me some light viscosity stuff. They tried selling me a coolant service by claiming antifreeze is rust >_>

I got a Groupon for oil change for my dad and he got really good and fast service.The manager of the store was very friendly and explain everything.Price with Groupon was very good and they also have similar promos at the place, so around $40 including, filters and conventional oil

Went in for a simple full synthetic oil change with a Groupon my wife gifted me. The young man attending the station seemed new but was excellent and did his job with courtesy. Only reason I m leaving a review is that I really didn t enjoy the experience of the lady whom took care of the details of what I wanted done, costs and any problems with the car. Basically was lied to my face about how I needed my car done right there or else my car would catch on fire if I drove away as is . Said it would cost me nothing(basically was trying to have me sign up for their card, so you do pay, just later) just the upwelling made me a bit skeptical about ever coming back to a Jiffy Lube ever again. Yes my brakes were in need of a change but when I asked for the cost of interior air filter change, she didn t say the other filters, and was quoted the correct price. Checked out, was charged $50 for the other filter, and didn t realize they didn t apply my Groupon voucher, I don t know if I m supposed to tell the person checking me out I had a Groupon but assumed when I told the lady helping me, hey does this location accept this Groupon and she said yes that they would know. The gentleman who processed my payment whom I assume was the manager because he was professional and helped refund and run the Groupon voucher so props to him dealing with that headache. Overall, a simple oil change with a voucher, still had to pay 120 something out of pocket which makes no sense when it s an oil change with already a voucher of 80 dollars. The pushing of unnecessary services to people who have a general sense of how cars work just makes the customer, me personally anyways, feel like they think I m stupid and don t a single thing about car maintenance, the actual costs of parts and general labor costs for the general area. Only reason I m leaving 4 stars is because the manager and even the lady was nice and professional in the way they communicated with me so I don t want to hurt the businesses overall since they did do the service without issue. Just some advice with a couple of years of management under my belt, you can tell customers what problems their cars have, but only critical critical problems should be addressed and pushed to have serviced. If that s the norm of upwelling every customer no matter what their car needs, other business competitors will be servicing your customers in the long run. Jiffy lube, please get it together. Valvoline is just one example, the mechanic will let you know what s going on with your car but will be honest about what really needs to be fixed and what doesn t really need to, even though their systems will tell them it does. They hire honest, mechanics that know their craft

Brandon was super helpful; I came in for an oil change and discovered a variety of issues with the brake pads and even a nail in my tire. Brandon helped me with everything and everyone was so kind, I highly recommend this location.

I recommend this place for your oil change! I was in an urgent need of getting an oil change minutes before a scheduled meeting. I was greeted by Marie E. I asked her honest opinion if it can be done in time. It was 12:55 pm, 1 car ahead of me on the bay and I needed the service to be done no later than 1:30pm. I was in shock! I waited 3 minutes for it to be my turn. I never had an oil change done in 15 minutes. I left their at 1:15 pm. I was so grateful because she acknowledged my concern and valued my need. She was very friendly and pleasant to speak with. She exercised the best customer service and management I have ever experienced at an auto repair center. The mechanic was very cordial and responsive to her lead. If you get service here please tell her Javier sent you. I told her I will leave an excellent review! That will prove it to her! Unprofessional and improperly trained.They have selective hearing my friend asks for an oil change with an OIL FILTER, instead they take out the air filter when it wasn't asked of them and apparently cannot distinguish between a volkswagen tiguan and Mitsubishi outlander. If i were you I'd go somewhere else with a staff who knows what they're actually doing.

Andrew Fernandez was excellent in helping me with the prompt fixing of my car. His quality inspection of the car and awesome customer services helped me in my time of need. Whatever I didn't need done on my car he didn't offer it to me only what I needed. He saw that broken hoses on the radiator was changed. I needed a new battery, he saw that all the fluids was checked, oil change etc. He also was a excellent mediator for myself and the representative for the snap program. The mechanic was excellent with fixing the car promptly and efficiently. I will recommend Jiffy Lube to all my family and friends. This location had great reviews! Originally I had a positive and hopeful expectation for the service. But I came in waited a few minutes for the front desk person to initiate and provide information. Nobody came so I waited for the attention of a mechanic. I m sure he noticed but didnt care too much about greet a customer. I asked if there was a front clerk and he responded nobody s there with attitude and like I inconvenienced him. I brushed that off and asked how long would the wait be for an oil service. One of the mechanics not giving a care and with attitude, 35 minutes . First time customer and don t like the service I walked over to Firestone. They were completely opposite! Welcome me and sounded eager and professional. I recommend going to Firestone! They did a great job on my car as well and fast!
