Disappointing Experience at the west kendall toyota Car Dealer Service Center My recent visit to the car dealer service center left me quite dissatisfied. While the staff seemed polite, the overall service fell short of my expectations. I brought new toyota for it first service, routine maintenance to my surprise on Sundays they only offer partial services!!, Cant fix a flat tire!Moreover, the communication throughout the service was lacking. I wasn't provided with this information when I called and requested the appointment.Additionally, there was no coffee at the coffee station! And you all know a decaffeinated customer is a very upset customer.Also the little restaurant inside the waiting area was closed and the tv not working.The overall experience left me feeling quite underwhelmed. I hope the management takes these points constructively to improve their service center and offer a better customer experience in the future.I'm giving the car dealer service center two stars as I appreciate their polite staff , but the lack of efficiency, communication and value added service for your customers is something that needs to be addressed for your customers to feel truly satisfied with their service.

I went to have my Camry serviced. Osman Lopez took care of me. He is a true professional. He always lets me know what my car needs and he s always friendly and kind. He is very thorough and explains everything to me. My service is always done in a timely manner. He is very professional, but at the same time makes me feel like family.

Osman L�pez was great to work with, positive and friendly he had my service completed and the vehicle washed with no extra charge. He also noticed that my 2nd remote was overdue and had a new one ordered. I can't stress enough how pleasant and professional Osman was to work with!I chose Headquarters because of good reviews even though it was a greater distance and I'm glad I did.

Arrived to find my service advisor, Vanessa, was prepared for my appointment on time. She offered to have the courtesy vehicle take me home and pick me up when my service was completed. I decided to wait. She answered all my questions and had my vehicle service promptly. Thank you for your attention to detail. Great, first impression!!!

Excellent customer service and I really satisfied with the job , I change the transmission on my Toyota Tundra 2012 and work perfect . The dealer doing the job I Two days . My service writer, Vanessa Romero, is the only reason I drive to this dealer. I live only blocks away from another Toyota dealer but choose to drive out of my way to Headquarter Toyota because I feel that Vanessa is honest and looks out for me with any specials. She doesn't try to upset and I appreciate that.

Horrible experience !!!!I brought my car in today to install 4 tires and transmission fluid flush and fill. I received 4 damaged/scratched wheels, the technician removed the balance weights with a screw driver and scratched the paint off the wheels, exposing the bare metal and there is transmission fluid all over the pan. I had to retorque the transmission drain and fill bolts. The manager would not provide me with a discount off the total cost. Now I have to buy 4 new wheels since my car looks awful with the scratches. God knows if the even filled the transmission correctly with the proper amount of fluid. I will continue to work on cars myself, save myself from these headaches. You would think a toyota tech would do things the right way, obviously not. Its a disgrace what dealers get away with.Services: Transmission, Tires, Wheel alignment

Today I brought my truck in to this place for my complementary service Apoimennt ..but today was a huge diference in the process of getting done thanks to (Karen Ruiz ) she right away get all done and also listen to one concern I have about my truck,,,she give me all the information I need in order to give me one word (trust ) the only one describe (Toyota brand ) and the reason behind why some many millions on people choose their cars ..Oscar the technician test drove my truck and was well prepared whit all my questions and concerns and also Karen suggest I do it whit him so both can address my concerns today I feel something that is almost missing sometimes is (Empathy) both employees went above and beyond representing their brand and commitment to customers ho decided choosing Toyota..thanks Karen Ruiz..keep the good work..you are a truly ambassador of your employer .Services: Tires, Oil change

I had a pleasant experience in the service department when I needed to do an oil change in my car. The website was easy to use, and I got waited in one of the nicest service lobbies I've ever seen; it has a game room, massage chairs, and an open ambiance. The service advisor Abner was straightforward yet polite in attending to what I needed, helped me point out concerns I had with the car, and assured me he could take care of any other issues should they persist. I'll be sure to come again to take advantage of those nice chairs and the great customer service I had.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
