Quick service, clean and comfortable facilities, knowledgeable and helpful staff (thank you so much, Karen, for being so AMAZING); happy and cozy Christmas decor that makes you feel warm inside, well-stock snack bar and freebies, kids play area with the latest games... this place is SPECTACULAR! (Did I mention the twins have been ANXIOUSLY AND NO -STOP asking to come ever since I got the appointment to service the car?)10 stars.

The service for the oil change is very slow. I had an appointment for 2:00 pm and 3 hours later they weren't done. I don t recommend it.

It's a Toyota dealer naturally it's going to be expensive... but you get great mechanical work done to your vehicle.

Pues ...me van a disculpar por lo ..que voy a ..comentar ..fuimos con mi Esposo a buscar un carro..por que me chocaron ...mi NISSAN Rogue ..entonces una persona de HEADQUARTER.. toyota nos mostr� algunos carros .C H R. Todos ten�an .millas..el que nos dijo la persona que nos mostr�.. tenia 5.300 ...y cuando preguntamos el precio dijo la persona.que vale como 32.000.mas taxes mas el cap el seguro extra ..para accidentes. Y le pusieron seguro para todo.de lo rines para las gomas. .y cuando el financiador . Puso.haber que banco hacia la mejor oferta de financiamiento .dijo que hab�a.un banco..4.99 ..pero.en los papeles dice algo diferente..es mas..mas $2 000.que nos dijeron que era para.. registraci�n y chapa..en los papeles dice otra cosa..que es un deposito.dawn payment .al Banco le mandaron un total de 46.6xx.mas los 2.000..entonces .la porquer�a de carro viene costando ..casi $$50.000 ..y aparte de eso el carro se le escuchas algo malo en la transmisi�n. No tira los cambios r�pidos.. solo hace un rudo fuerte ..el bendito banco .. a mi Esposo le dijo que no se puede hacer nada...por que nosotros quer�amos cambiarlo por otro carro..pero.ya hable con el servicio al consumidor.que podemos hacer ya me dieron la direcci�n.donde se pone la denuncia..una persona..del mismo lugar nos dijo .que esos carros hab�an..salido malos..y que por eso.los ivan a des continuar..por que no se ivan a encontrar algunas piezas ..si no pasa nada cuando vallamos.a poner la denuncia .el banco tendr� que recoger el carro ese es WELL FARGO..otra cosa ..que paso fue .que el financiador ..tiene una falta de respeto con los clientes..se quedo con la licencia de maneja de mi Esposo.por un mes.y fueron.personas honestas de llamar a mi Esposo..que se hab�an quedado con la licencia.hasta hoy dia martes que el pregunto. Y el paso un mes manejando sin licencia

The spare parts sales department is terrible, calls are never answered, you have to go in person to obtain information and buy the parts, customer service is terribleEl departamento de venta de repuestos es malisimo ,las llamadas nuncan las atienden se debe de ir en persona para obtener informacion y comprar las partes ,es malisima la atencion al cliente

Everything is fine, there are always its inconveniences, as is normal in automotive mechanics, but I myself have an appointment for 1 pm to do a simple oil change and I have to wait 2 hours.Todo est� bien siempre sus inconvenientes como es normal en lo que es la mec�nica automotriz pero yo mismo bine con turno para la 1 d la tarde para hacer un sencillo cambio d aceite y tengo que esperar 2 oras

The service is good and they are friendly, but they need to trust and listen to customers about the problems they have with their cars because they are the ones who drive them and feel the problems in their cars. Sometimes sophisticated and modern equipment does not detect all design deficiencies.La atenci�n es buena y son amables,pero necesitan confiar y escuchar a los clientes en los problemas q tienen en sus autos pq son los q los manejan y sienten los problemas en sus autos.
