I took my Ford F150 2020 to the dealership ( Gus Machado Ford-service department) last week to fix it after Mike Rodriguez ( service advisor) gave me an appointment for Thursday 15 at 7:30 am. The only conversation I had with Mike Rodriguez was on Monday when a brought the car and he told me I needed an appointment. I told him that the truck had a rear end noise and Mike agreed with me that the truck should be inspected by a mechanic there. On Thursday I was there 7:30 am sharp and the guy who was there receiving the costumer told me that the noise was normal in all the F 150 from 2015 to 2021, so I left because I am a nurse and I have a very busy schedule. First, I do not remember the name of that person but you do not say something like that to a costumer if you are not a mechanic. Second, if someone else doing the same thing you do gave me an appointment, that means that he believes the truck has something and a mechanic should fix it. Third, this truck is totally brand new with less than 20000 miles and should not be making noises. The guy told me that the factory does not tight the differential well and the mechanics there had a case like me before and they could not fix it. I am extremely disappointed because this guys wasted my time and they did not call a mechanic ( the professional who knows) to check the truck. Never but never again I will step into that dealer. The truck is under factory warranty and I going to take it to real professionals now. I do not know what is the point of having a service department there if you do not want to evaluate and fix the cars.

I Have no complaints whatsoever !!!!!I work for a Dealer in Gainesville FL and let me start with service and getting what the customers ASKS for is just #1 no matter what !!!!(Harold Hernandez) was thankfully assigned to me by the lady that answered my call in just ONE RING !!!! No exaggeration. He is by far exactly what I was hoping for to buy my2016 Manual Scion IM . All I needed was a Buyers Order or Bill of sale with the ASKING price Fees+taxes ETC with a TOTAL OUT THE DOOR. Never knew in my life how hard it was to get that S**** because it personally takes me 2 seconds to make one. I was already approved through my bank and knew what I wanted. And Finally (Harold H) made that happen just like I was hoping for and came off the Total per what the bank approved me for ! That s awesome Anyhow long story short great service Quick assistance EXTREMELY HELPFUL TEAM THEY HAVE! Everyone asked if (there is anything they can do for me) . After flying in from Gainesville to come pick up the car he was super attentive to my needs and deal to happen! And their FINANCE MANAGER (Arsenio Fernandez) is by all means up front direct and has no time to play and knows just what a customer needs with just three things (receipt, License, and ) he s the guy to get you signed up and Out smiling .Best team ever.P.S.I m Really happy INSTACAR used Dealership tried to Rip me off on the same car because I would have never got to do business with the best dealer DOWN SOUTH!!!!!Go see (Harold Hernandez) that s the man to relieve all the pressure off Car Buying and make a truly Memorable Experience!!!

Bunch of clowns working there. You get looked at like you have no idea what your saying. Promises..and tons of Lies. Sad thing is it's like that all the way up to management. Called up Ford themselves and they say what the mechanics says goes. Really sucks that the company doesn't really car about their customers.

I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tires rotation for 9am. When I pulled in to the garage a guy came up to me and asked me what I needed and I told him that according to the owners manual and in the ford pass there is a service package for 10,000 miles and the truck was due and I needed an oil change. The guy laughed and said there is no such thing of 10k mile service and then he stated but there is a 30k mile service where we flush every thing and anything that has fluids including the transmission fluid. So then I reply okay can we just do an oil change and tire rotation then, he reply sure go speak with a service consultant. So I did and the so call consult was to busy watch YouTube videos he had me wait for about a minute and then with a attitude as if I was bothering him. So I told him I need oil change and tires rotation and he said are you dropping off or waiting so I said waiting then he reply it will be 3-4 hours so I stated that I had an appointment he said so it doesn t matter. So I ask what s the point of making an appointment if I still have to wait as if I was walking in without an appointment so his reply was I don t and I don t care and the he proceeded to on watching his video. So I guess I am not going to be able to use this dealer to service the truck that I purchased from them.

Called to make an appointment because my headlamp was out and they said to just go by their quick lane . I showed up in the morning the following day and was told it would take 4-5 hours. To change a headlamp. No thanks.

PARTS RELATED REVIEW . this parts department is the worse place to go buy anything. I tend to not go here because it s always something with them and the staff always busy yet they are never doing anything. They tell you to wait to sit there in front of you and speak to their wife s saying things like dime mami while you wait for them to help you.I went in today was asked to wait because there was a client that had been waiting a while, I understood and waited but then he took another client that was coming to pick up something. And then he took a call from Mami and as I was right in front of him at this point looking at him in a not very nice manner, he pretended to walk to the back to look for parts. I believe his name was Cesar. When he left me standing there I tried to get help from another parts guy and he didn t even let me speak I m busy I m busy he said and blew me off. It s sad that I own 3 fords and can never go in to my nearest ford dealer and get any help.All I needed was oil. These people are bipolar one day they want to help the next day you walk in and your invisible.They don t want to work with the public go home.

Wednesday: Airbag recall notice. FORD told me to take my Lincoln to Gus Machado FORD and that they had spoken with them. I show up and they say I have to take my car to Lincoln. I explained that FORD send me there and had spoken to him. After the person finished playing a video game on their phone, they told me that I needed to make an appointment. Made an appointment for 8am the next day. At 7pm the same day I get a call asking for what day and time my appointment was made for because they didn't write it down. I said 8am and they tell me to come in at 7am. THURSDAY: I go in at 7am and they ask why I am there at 7 if appointment was at 8. I said BECAUSE YOU TOLD ME TO! At this point I leave the car and ask for the loaner which the document says I am entitled to. Their response: "We give out loaners, but only if there are any available. There aren't any available". Ok, so I ask when it will be ready. Their response, its a complicated job, so call back at 4. I call at 4 and they say 10am tomorrow. FRIDAY: I called at least 20 times because each time I was either hung up on or transferred to a voicemail and/or disconnected. The service at this place was shockingly bad, even for South Florida. As for the work, they changed the airbag, but left grease stains on inside pillars of the windshield. For service, avoid at all cost.

I got an appointment for today, got there at 6;30 am to be the first, which I was. My appointment was with George.After 8 minutes a service person came to me who directed me to go inside and ask for George.He was busy with his phone. I told him what I was there for. He told me to get the insurance information.When I came back he was talking to another guy who had a problem. I told him I was back and he told me to wait because this guy was first. I told him that that was not true, I was there since 6:30 am and he had just gotten there. He did not like it.He went to help me again and told me he could not do anything without the insurance card.Major attitude from this guy!! I left and told him not to worry that I will go somewhere else.Very poor customer service and major attitude.And the phone is any better

These people over charge, take forever. I have a $400 per month lease with them and a tire kept loosing air every week. All they kept doing was put air in the tire. After like 6 months of constantly taking the care to them they wouldn't replace the tire. I ended up finally taking the car to a tire shop and they found a staple had pierced the tire. All they had to do was take out the tire and look inside but they were too lazy to even do that. Can't wait for this lease to be over. I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!

This place has incompetent people and liars. I took my car there because my insurance said they have an agreement with them so I trusted them plus I know that place since I see it when I drive around that area. Now I took my car there to fix a damage done to the side front end and the door. Not a major job. When I took the car back I just paid attention to the work but didn t check the inside, I mean who would since nothing on the inside has to do with the damage outside. Anyway three things that happened, one the door panel was semi loose so when I took it back the manager in charge of that department said to me that they didn t take that panel off in order to fix the damage which to me that was odd. Then when he went inside and one of the mechanics came to check the issue. He told they did removed the panel, now right there and then I knew the manager was a liar. Then some of the pins that hold the door I noticed that they were not place correctly, so when the mechanic open the panel and began to move the pieces that hold the door and I saw that they place them backwards. How incompetent do you have to be in a job that you do every day to do something that is so basic so wrong. Then the tint on my side the driver side was in perfect condition since I keep my car in tip top shape, I don t like dents or scratches specially the tints on my doors which I had for years and never had an issue plus that s the side they worked on. So they lie to me, they damage the tint on my window and try to tell me that it was like that. How much of a scammer do you have to be when you know something that you own is not damage and they tried to lie in your face saying that it was like that and not them. And the 3rd and final lie was that they damage the area where I grab the door to close it, it has a screw which I noticed it was force to put back in, they said it was like that but it wasn t. Now how can they be telling that when the manager said they never open the door panel. Again and again they get caught lying. This people are a joker, don t take your car there and if you have to then take multiple pictures all over the car in front of them so when something happens they can t denied the damage done by them.

TERRIBLE! On 2/13/21 I began going truck shopping. I was in the market for a 2021 F250 6.7 Lariat. However the exact truck I wanted was not available in the entire state of Florida with the color and additional options I wanted. If was going to spend over 70k on a truck then I wanted it to be exact to my specs. So I decided it would be easier for me to have a truck custom ordered. I was in contact prior with Ford Marketing and I had a complete build list with the total MSRP of the truck as well as I knew what was the invoice price of my build. Needless to say I was more prepared than the staff. When I pulled into park at Gus Machado there were about 5 salesmen and woman sitting on the corner of the building playing loud music and eating pastries. I figured that they were not ready to do business so I grabbed my paperwork and began walking toward the entrance to try to speak with someone professional. As I'm walking I can hear one of the saleswomen yelling at me over the music if I needed help. I proceed to ignore her as she was very annoying. She continues until I make it to the door. She sprints over to me and ask if I need help for a 5th time. I tell her no thanks that I'm going inside to speak to someone to order a truck. She asks what truck i want and I tell her a F250 Lariat. So her response was to tell me she has 2 on the lot to chose from to which I say I'm here to order a custom truck and I have a build list ready to go. I would like to speak to someone to negotiate a price as well as any fees that they may try to sneak in. As I am explaining myself to her another salesman walks over to me and cuts me off to tell me that I would be paying full MSRP shown on my build list and whatever dealer fee is posted no matter what dealership I went to. To which I laughed and called him a liar. I guess he took me as a young kid (25 years old) and thought he could screw me over. But I had already visited 6 dealers prior and had 4 offers in writing with all the fees. After I laughed in his face I told him to continue eating his pastries that he was a waste of my time and I walked back to my car. I didn't get any names and the website does not show their staff but if the dealership wants to verify this encounter check your cameras February 13 2021 around 1 pm. I get out of a silver sedan and you can see our encounter at the front door. I was ready to make a deal with cash on hand if it wasn't for your terrible salesman. What a joke. Stay away from this dealership!!

I only wanted 1 part and after spending 5 minutes from jumping from the receptionist to the parts dept to be put on hold for additional 15 minutes with parts I finally gave up unsatisfied. If you're needing a part do not call this store because they won't answer the phone.

It is a horrible and noisy place. I live nearby if you want to rest during weekends it is impossible because the horrible music is to loud. I went for an oil changed and they treat me so nasty that I just left . They feel they own Hialeah. I don t understand why nobody do something about the noise. I just to work close to them and the owner was thinking about moving his business somewhere else because he couldn t talk with his customer because Gus Machado loud music.

Great when they want to sell you a car. However they have yet to produce all items that were supposed to be with the trim package of my special edition Steve McQueen Bullet. Also tried to get service department to help us, we got transferred a total of 21 times and hung up on 4 times. Very disappointing when you feel you can t get anything done. Everyone is also quite lazy and rude (if your buying a car they treat you great). Been dealing with them for many years and things have not gotten better. It s the closest dealership to us within 60 miles. Disappointing.

I arrived at 315 on a Saturday. Service is suppose to be open till 5pm. And the guy tells me that they cannot help me with replacing my flat tire because all of his mechanics left at 3pm. And I think that's very unprofessional when your service hours for today are till 5pm. It seems everytime I come here for service, there is always an issue.

Terrible service department. Brought my car in for 3000 mile check up and 15 point inspection as stated in the owners manual but i was turned away. They told me i needed to bring the car in at 7 am Monday morning and they dont make appointments. I doubt very many people who buy these cars are able to drop their car off at 7am on a Monday. I believe this is an attempt to deny warranty service and I will be writing a certified letter to Ford Motor Company.

These people don t take care of their customers... I bought a brand new Ford Focus back in 2014 and it is a known fact that these cars came with a factory defect. Once I felt the car had problems, I took it to then and they didn t even provide a rental car while they were fix the issue that was THEIR fault. I am done with Ford, getting rid of this car and getting something more reliable and also with a company that actually cares about their customers

These people suck. Told me an airbag recall would take 3 hours because it s really complicated . Not busy ! Complicated , was there at 7am and everything . Went to autonation ford and it was done in 20. Don t go here.

I took my car at 7:00 am, I was the first over there, they took my car in like at 7:40 and I waited there until 1:00 pm just to tell me they need to keep the car until they can find the problem for the check engine light, they told me after 3 days that the car needed new parts and its going to take 2-3 weeks for the parts to get there... its been 2 weeks since i left my car there and no answer yet.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Terrible customer service. They don t care if you re a Ford owner who needs assistance. They ll send you to hold multiple times before letting you sit for an hour with no answer. So many other Ford shops that will actually take care of you
