Thanks to Jesus and Jared, I was able to buy the car that I always wanted! My family has been buying from them since 2004, and we have had no issues at all! Everyone treats you like family here, and they are very straight up. If you are going to buy a car here, definitely go see Jared and Jesus.

We cannot say enough on how professional, courteous and knowledgeable our salesman, Alfredo Concepcion, was from his excellent communication before our arrival, to the exact moment we arrived and throughout the process buying a used Ford Explorer. Alfredo treated us with great respect and consideration. His kindness helped make our decision easy to purchase from this Ford Dealer. After shopping around online and in person, this Dealer also offered us the best deal and worked within our budget. We are very pleased with our like new Ford Explorer. I am sharing this review because of the absolutely wonderful experience I had at Gus Machado Ford in Hialeah, FL.The lease process was simply spectacular. Alfredo Concepcion's (Sales Representative) customer service skills made me feel great! Alfredo made the Lease agreement easy to understand and also presented me with many lease options to select the best one that suited my needs.Thank you Victor Benitez (Owner) for stopping by and making me feel special.This is my 3rd lease with Gus Machado Ford and the experience just keeps getting better.Again, Thank you to the entire Gus Machado Ford team and Alfredo for making it a great day!Customer for Life

Have had really bad experiences in the past with dealerships, but this one is different. Ordered my Maverick hybrid through Frank Ortiz, he was really professional and followed up during the waiting process. Really happy with my purchase. Will definitely revisit this dealership on my next purchase.

If you're here for the dark horse. Stay away. They're here to hustle people because they want sell the dark horse off the showroom floor. It's really 80k, not the 67k they advertise. They're hoping some sucker goes for it but if you know mustangs that's a total crooked dealership write up. That's not how business is done. Advertise the actual price, not the number to get people in the door. It'll stay wasting on the floor til they fool someone with too much money and little knowledge. I bought mine at FORD OF KENDALL. They'll give you the right deal and are so professional there. Amazing customer service. What they advertise is what they sell it for.

I had been looking for a car for a while. I wanted a reliable car for a good price. I had the amazing opportunity of going to Gus Machado and finding Claudio Adbun, such an amazing person. Also our finance manager Susana Chang was also great. Overall I would highly recommend these employees if you are looking for a car!

Today I went with my family to Gus machado ford we had the pleasure of buying a car and our salesman CLAUDIO ASBUN very nice, very patient, very educated, he explained everything very well and went beyond and over to help us out so we can find the car we actually wanted!! Totally recommend him he deserves more then 5 stars in rating he takes beyond 100

When needing a particular item for my son's truck they were the only ones to have that part. Everyone else was 4 days out. I spoke with Vicente the Parts Manager and he shipped out the item same day. Vincente reassured me that I would get my order the next day.I would recommend them to everyone!Thank you so very much for all your help!

Monday, April 1 was April Fool s Day, so I was a bit apprehensive as my son and I were headed to the Gus Machado Ford dealership in Hialeah to look for a new car to replace our 2013 Ford Fusion that had just died (RIP)Much to my surprise, we were met not by a greeter, but by Victor Benitez the President of Gus Machado Ford, Victor who has been General Manager for many years, took over the dealership when Gus Machado the founder, passed away two years ago. (see my note below)Victor immediately called on one of his top Sales Assistants, Israel Diaz. Israel proved to be one of the most knowledgeable car salespeople I have met in my car-buying years. He spent the rest of the afternoon dealing with us, showing us the inventory of cars available, and test-driving the cars with us. Once we had selected the vehicle we wanted, he took us to Jose Mendez, the Credit Manager at the dealership, who very concisely and clearly showed us all available options for leasing and financing the car. The best part is that he did this without pushing us one way or another.We then sat with Susana Chang the Finance Manager, who promptly filled out all the necessary paperwork, took our deposit, and got us on our way in record time.At the end, Israel spent well over 45 minutes explaining all the technology that came with the car (it has a lot of great features)Victor Benitez had to leave to attend to some personal matters, but he called us from the road to thank us for the purchase and to offer his personal help should anything happen with the car.Summary: One of the best, if not the best car buying experiences I have ever encountered The price was more than fair no one tried to upsell us things that we did not need, The knowledge of Israel Diaz was extraordinary, the efficiency of both Jose Mendez and Susana Chang was above and beyond, what I had ever experienced before. I found out that Victor meeting us when we arrived was no accident. I had called ahead to arrange our visit and was helped by the "Godmother of the dealership" Barbara Asensio, who had notified Victor that we were coming.Conclusion: I highly recommend the Gus Machado Ford dealership.

We met Jared today for a new car purchase. He was so kind and considerate. He never stopped helping us even when it seemed we were not buying. But at the end of the day we have our car and he did an amazing job.

Alfredo was very helpful and professional! I traded my old Honda Accord for brand new Ford Maverick. The whole process took less than two hours including test drive! I definitely recommend this Ford Dealership

Just an FYI; if you re going to see the dark horse on the show room floor, it s 80k OTD price instead of the bogus 67k they have on the site. Apparently they are charging extra for things that are included with the dark horse but trying to say it s an add-on. Thank god we are educated in the car scene because if you aren t well-versed they will treat you like a dummy and sell you a car 20k over MSRP. Places like this will screw you. Let that car sit and rot on the show room floor and go spend your money on a dark horse at a different Ford :)

My sales consultant was Luis Vilato gotta say he was very helpful. One thing I really liked was that he listen to what I need and budget I was in. He didn t try to up sale me. He got straight to the point and no run around. He was able to put me in a great vehicle at a good price.

Eduardo Lara is the best sales representative. He is honest and was a really great help when choosing my next car. I even had a problem when I bought it and he told me to come back and had it fixed in no time. I had a really great overall experience with them.

Back on September I bought a Ford Explorer ST Line at this car dealer and service was terrible no cooperation between sellers and the management make you feel like they are doing you a favor...After a long night at the dealership and after the car was taking for detailing process for more than 2 hours. The car was delivery to me incomplete with no license plate installed (I did it myself) and interior carpet missing. I ask for the carpets and the sales manager and she told me that this particular unit came without the driver carpet. After I spoke to the division manager he told me that this is the way this unit came in and I have to take it or leave it and I was agreed to leave it. The sales person and a person at the finance department told me that don't pay attention to him that he just wants the unit for a friend and convinced me to keep the car. In that conversation she told me that don't worry she will do everything possible to fix the problem. She also promised me that the carpets will be in my possession no later than two weeks, that the order of the new original carpets was approved by the GM. I am still waiting for the replacement of the carpet.It is incredibly that a $52,000+ dollars car does not bring original carpets. Terrible experience. I was about to return the unit. Do not recommend this car dealer at least the sales department.

I bought my ford Maverick from Frank and it was such an amazing experience. I seriously cannot express how amazing of a person Frank is. He is not your typical salesman and I know that feels crazy to say because that s how the salesmen make you want to feel but Frank is different. Frank is a family guy with so much care and sincerity in him, im very grateful that our paths aligned and I got to buy my car from him. After my awful experience at ford of Kendall Frank changed the experience and made it so much better. Along with that Mari the finance manager was so so sweet and took the time to explain EVERYTHING. These people DO NOT hide fees and they make sure you KNOW what you re paying for. Love it here!
