Even though the gentleman at the counter rendered excellent service and good tips in regards of service they don't provide, the service people in the back were a bit not what I expected. My car is white and even though the outside was a bit dirty it came back with grease streaks in different areas of the car. They did tell me the service the car may need soon, like tie rods, but the low tire pressure light was on when it went in and it came out with the same light but yet again nothing was said about it. Now this is Firestone(specialized in tires!!) and if they couldn't say anything about the light why should I believe anything else they say about the car? Just saying.

This store has not disappointed me. On the contrary I am always satisfied with the service. The guys are friendly, they explain everything throughout and the vehicle feels like new after I get it back. Not to mention that the tires are LOVELY.

The price the charge for work is insane! This is the most expensive place to replace anything on your car. They charge double to triple of what a a car dealer charges!! This is no exaggeration. Avoid Firestone at all cost unless you want to get ripped off badly.0 STARS!!!

If I could give them NO stars, I would. I went to Firestone for new tires and they stated I needed a new axle. After Mazda inspected the vehicle during an oil change a few months later, I learned this Firestone installed the incorrect axle in my vehicle. I then brought it back for them *since it was under warranty* to order and install the correct one. They installed it incorrectly again but this time worst. The axle was the incorrect fit, they messed up the seal, left my panel hanging and placed the wrong transmission fluid in my vehicle and upon leaving I realized they messed up my tires sensor also. After leaving Mazda paying for full inspection again and returning to them to let them know their mistakes along with photos, they only wanted to refund the axle not pay for the extra mistakes they made to my vehicle. I reached out to corporate and opened a case and they gave me the run around for months not responding to email, calls and certified mail and also making up excuses saying that since I got my car fixed I couldn t get it inspected. Which I didn t, I was waiting for them to come look at it and pay for their mistakes but they decided to make that up so they could deny my case. I recently had to pay over 2k out of pocket to correct their mistakes. Do NOT go to firestone they WILL mess up your vehicle and not own up or pay for their mistakes.

Outstanding Service all around, But my #1 guy in the front deck is Chris took care of me like a VIP Customer & i was a real late walk in i told him its late when you finish my car ether leave it inside the shop or park it outside he stop me right there and said i ll have you out of here in 30 minutes & he did just that & i know i even saw him putting on lug nuts & helping the guys in the garage. Overall great guy & later on i come to find out he treat all his customers like VIP sThanks again Chris

I would never trust any other mechanical guys with my car but 1 auto Center Corp, they are truly professionals. Mr. Ceasar is a great guy, he is the owner of that place, he always making sure that you're satisfied with your car. Mrs Lady is the manager, she is very good and very knowledgeable about cars, always gives the best advice, not things that you want to hear but things that would make your car run smoothly.I've been coming here at 1Auto Center Corp for almost a year. They always do their jobs with care and I'm always happy, that's why I keep coming back.You can trust them with your car because they care.

Very bad experience. Went in for a wheel alignment because my car was pulling to the left. They serviced my vehicle, but all for my car to pull to the right now since I left. I highly recommend anyone reading this to not get serviced at Firestone, or at least the location on 49th St!

Recently I bought 4 Firestone tires from the Hialeah store, Fl. store, including a one time front wheel alignment service & all wheel balancing.After a week of service I took my vehicle to expressway and experienced a moderate vibration at high speed on my steering wheel.On my return I visited the store for a wheel balance check. I stayed outside the shop close to the balancing machine to observe the inspection of my tires.For my surprise ALL 4 tires needed to be re balanced.The service manager returned my keys and told me you are good to go. I the asked him what was wrong with my new tires, replying: we just added some lead, go head and tried .Well,Questions; What happened in the first place. Did the really balance my wheels?Did they followed the machine instructions?Did they torque my wheel nuts? I was watching through the window when they installed the tires and saw no torque wrench.The installer technician at my request told me his impact wrench was set to the appropriate torque.As per the tire pressure, he advised me the tires were filled with tire pressure between 35 - 40 psi respectively, and responded he had being this job in excess of 30, years.This person was the same person who aligned my front end.Needless to say; I will have to refill my tires adequately in accordance with the manufacturer specifications.Get under the vehicle to make sure there is nothing loose on the front end.By the way, I never heard any apologies for all my unnecessary inconvenienced.As result this store did not meet my expectations even though they charge top dollars for their service.The only commendation goes to the host. He tried to enforce the Company Maintenance Recommendations to the clients.Please remember; these ARE Recommendations Eg, I recommend you wash your car.

After having to leave work early for the appointment I had at Firestone, they told me they didn't have the machine to remove tires from aftermarket wheels, something that is totally normal nowadays to have aftermarket wheels. Firestone been such a big company for them not to have the proper equipment was unacceptable. Not only did they send me away asking me to come the following day to speak to the manager not sure what for but on top of that they lost a good sale since i was buying all 4 tires at around $250 each. They called me after and asked to give them a second chance not sure what that meant since they didn't have the proper equipment to make things right and i was not going to miss work again. I went to another tireshop and their service was phenomenal.

Complete garbage. The person on the front desk has no customer service skills and bad attitude. If you have a problem dealing with customers face to face get another job. Don t waste your time visit g this location.

They do good work but it takes along time and very very expensive! I just paid $3700 dollars for an over heating problem! Go figure!

I used to go here bc the manager was an acquaintance. Found out a year or two later after he left the store that even though they told me they were rotating my tires they really weren t. My tires started to Cup and it wasn t until I went to a mechanic of a family friend is when he told me my tires were cupping because I never had my tires rotated. I explained to him that I would get them rotated every 5,000 miles and he said well then Firestone wasn t doing it. Not only did they not do it but when you buy the lifetime alignment and go in for just an oil change they don t bother aligning the car bc they are not really making money off of you. Avoid Firestone completely. Stay far away.

If you thought you were paying more for an oil change in the dealer than in this place, that's not the case, you will be charged 30% more.. On top of that you have to deal with the nasty attitude of the most senior employee in the counter. The manager was very gentle and accommodating, however there is an employee that appears to be the most senior and you would expect him to be the most experiencery rude and unprofessional.

Worst experience in a mechanic shop in my life and I've been in shady shops. The front desk person was rude as can be. Went in for an alignment and the alignment of my car was worse than when I left it. I drove it a few blocks and had to fight the car the whole time. I took it back a second time to fix the alignment, after they were done I asked them for the results of the alignment and the front desk person said that their printer was broken for two weeks and couldn't give me anything. He calls the mechanic to show me a "screenshot" of my alignment and the mechanic showed me a blurry screenshot of an alignment that was done before I even dropped off my car. They will take advantage of you and just write you off. Take your car to a more honest shop. The "$99" is not worth the headache of dealing with them. I'd rather walk or take a bike than have them touch my car again.

All my life visiting and repairing my cars in this place but today was the last day, terrible experience, I made an appointment for 8:00 am but at 1:00 pm I m still here waiting for. After 2 hours they told that my car needs brake repair but that was the reason for my visit, I already knew it. I don t know if they have a new administration but everything is totally different, I don t recommend this place to nobody even when the manager offered an apology for the delay and he looks nice and willing to help.None star from me.Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair

I had a 1:00 pm appointment to get my vehicle serviced. I needed an oil change and a light bulb replaced. It is now 4:00 pm and I m still waiting. I ve been just told that they had to order the light bulb. Now I have to wait some more until someone is free to install it.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Set up an appointment yesterday for today at 6:00pm to changes my tires and when I got here the guy at the front tells me that they have a little inconvenience, their compressor is not working so they have no air. WHY DIDNT THEY CALL ME or notified me in any way so I wouldn t have wasted my time and come here for no reason!!!!

The worst place you can take your car.Took mines for estimate and change battery. Put wrong battery, estimate 2,788.00 dollars. Took my car to the dealer not warranty and I paid 633.00 , big difference.Never trust anymore. It's a shame with a prestigious name was a big unsatisfied service .Don't recommend this place to nobody.

This review may be a bit neutral due to the holiday season however, prior to coming into the shop I called ahead of time around 12:15pm or so to prepare with an appointment ahead of time. I was told there aren t any appointments made and the wait would be about 2 hours. When I made it to the shop, I was advised they re completely booked with cars and the wait would be 5+ hours. Again, it s probably due to holiday season but a warning with accurate details regarding wait time and appointment status would have saved me a lot of time especially since it s only for an oil change. This will most likely be the last time I consider Firestone unless it s my last option as my previous experience mix with this one is unsatisfactory.

I made an appointment online to take my wife s car for an oil change. In the confirmation page did not said that i had to wait for the appointment to be confirmed by the store. When we got to the store an employee called Richard told us that not because we made an appointment we were going to received a service and that a person clicking a Button at home should not receive the service before other clients that were there. He was rude, he told us that our appointment was not confirmed and did not treat us with respect. We explained to him that it was not our intention to get preferred treatment but that if the company has the appointment system it should be used or at least called the customers to let them know that they could not received service that day. He was clearly upset about something and took it out on us. We requested to speak with the general manager because there is clearly an issue with instore customer and online appointment. He went to the office for a few minutes and then told us that his manager told him to give us the service. The general manager did not bother to come out and speak to us when clearly there is a customer service problem and online miscommunication. I strongly suggest that you fix your problems and your people because we were not the only customer mistreated in that moment. We made the online appointment because with COVID most of the places request appointments for service. Fist and last time going to that store and it is a shame because we have gotten service done in other places with this company and the experience was totally different.

If I could give them "ZERO" stars I must definitely would. I just left Firestone after the store manager Richard who was already frustrated from fighting with another customer in front of me came at me aggressively. I understand that businesses are low on personnel but a manager shouldn't be taking his frustration out on customers. Firestone really needs to evaluate their managers especially after bad reviews from the same person. I will not be going back to Firestone for business even though its the nearest location for me.
