I had my Silverado lifted a couple of years ago at Champion 4x4. I was very happy with the lift as well as the follow up that the shop gave their work assuring everything had been done right. About a month ago I was finally ready for new rims & tires and without hesitation i knew Champion 4x4 was where I would make my purchase. After much consultation with Johnny & Johan I went with their expertise recommendations on tire size that would work on my specific model. I was a little hesitant if i was going to be content on the final appearance. I went ahead and put my faith in their recommendation.I could not be happier with not just the looks but the ride quality of my truck today. It rides as smooth as new... I get nothing but thumbs up from all my friends and family. Great job guys !

Great staff, Johnny greeted me and provided fair pricing for my truck. He kept me updated on when items were delivered and the truck was done expeditiously. I highly recommend champion 4x4 miami . My truck came out great

Writing a review would be too small...This is my "Testimony" of the greatness of Champion 4x4. On my drive to Hialeah Fl, from Mobile Al. My hub assembly on my Ram 2500 failed, late on a Saturday night. I messaged Champion on a weekend, after hours. My phone rang on Sunday morning assuring me that all would be well. They didn't have to do that. Their service, and personal attention to my situation proves that they're a business that cares. My daughter and I thank you again for your spectacular kindness and service.

Absolutely Fantastic shop, staff, and service!! I did a lot of shipping around and wanted to find a place I was comfortable having work done and from the time I walked in for information to bringing my truck back work, they were so knowledgeable and got me in quickly. I got my GMC lifted and got new wheels and tires. They communicated throughout the entire process, made sure I was happy with the work. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go to Champion 4x4. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get professional work done. Thank you and love the way the truck came out.

Absolutely happy with the work they did on my truck. Before I brought it here it was a pain having to drive it, Jhonny told me exactly what I needed to do and boy was he right, my truck drives like a Cadillac now and still looks amazing and aggressive. Worth every single penny spent.

Work was done. They had me come back a week later to make sure everything was good. They noticed something was on inverted and fixed it. They didn't have to tell me, but they kept it honest. I appreciate the honesty, and the service was great! It's definitely recommended if you want the job done right!

Amazing service. Great communication! Johnny and everyone else explained the work I needed and were very transparent during the process. They quoted me fairly and delivered in a timely manner. I had a 2024 maverick hybrid lifted. I will only use these guys moving forward

I went to champion 4x4 originally to align my truck, they charged me $300 and i left. As the day went on i noticed a strange noise in my car.I then noticed that they left something loose while working on the alignment. When I went back they didn't want to help me. I tried to explain it and they they repeatedly told me they could not help me. This place is extremely unprofessional, i do not recommend going here as they will not help you, or fulfill their job completely. Terrible customer service

First time ever having work done at Champion 4x4. Have heard many positive things. Made an appointment about a week ago to install a leveling kit. Extremely happy with the install and professional services. Shot out to Jose for keeping in touch and answering all of my questions, looking forward to the next mod.

I have been bringing my truck to Champion for the last 2 years. I ve been treated with nothing but respect. The men here work hard and have a clear passion when it comes to trucks and just making sure you re enjoying your ride. Shout out to Jonathan for always answering my questions and going above and beyond. He is an expert in the field and literally knows everything when it comes to trucks. I d like to also shout out Luis the store manager for being truthful and willing to give out a helping hand. These two men are always communicating and making sure that I am aware of any change or process on the truck.

If you re considering customizing your truck in any way, do yourself a favor and stop by to talk to these guys. Not only are they knowledgeable, they are extremely passionate about what they do. I had ideas in mind of what I wanted to do. They listened and offered their opinions. They cared as much as I did. I m glad I listened since I couldn t be any happier with the results. BTW the quality of the work done by their techs is spot on.

I recently purchased a truck that had Been lowered.I was getting driveline vibrations truck was shaking at highway speeds . Techs here figured out pinion angle and installed 2 degree shims under leaf spring packs along with new shackles drop shocks and shock adapters changing articulation of travel . Truck drives amazing handles like new . Staff was really nice they addressed all my concerns and were able have quick turn around time . Prices are good as well . These guys are the real deal! MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR JOSE IF YOU CALL THEM! I followed them on Instagram a few months ago but didn't contact them until recently. After getting quotes from multiple shops, I ran into one of their online posts and decided to get a quote from them for what I wanted to do to my Jeep. I was greeted by Jose and he took great care of me. He worked with me from the beginning and took the time to answer every single one of my questions. He got me a quote immediately and to my surprise it was a lot lower than the other shops I had called. The parts he quoted me for were also better quality than what the other shops were offering. The shop offers financing through multiple lenders and the application process is super easy. Once I agreed on the order, Jose ordered the parts and within a few days they arrived at the shop. The assembly team worked incredibly fast as well! In just 3 days they added the following to my Jeep:-New rims-2.5" lift kit-New 35" tires-Rim lights (color controlled through Bluetooth)-Side steps-LED Headlights (color controlled through Bluetooth)-Rock/Fender lights (color controlled through Bluetooth)-New metal front bumper-New DV8 Predator Hood-Hardwired my dash cam to the car's battery-New hood latches (the stock ones were fading)-New wheel locks for extra security on the rims and tiresVery professional and would recommend with my eyes closed. I never do negative reviews but was not too happy with the service. First of all they confused my appointments twice but that s not a problem that can happen . I brought them hardware to mount a rooftop tent with quick release system . On the phone they seemed like they have done this before . When I get there they seemed lost. Then they tell me it will probably take 4 hrs to install when manufacturer said it s a 2-3 hr job .When I get there they did not even install the parts and just mounted my tent with original system not the new system .Worse of all they charged the full 4 hrs and never installed the new hardware. A job I could have done myself . Lastly they lost 4 peace s of hardware that were important for future installation. I would not recommend this place for roof top tent installationI

if you are looking quality work and service, clean dealing , no pressure buying and great customer service this is the spot. Precision timing , work and service . They delivered exactly how and when they initially proposed . I'm now ordering more parts , very happy and looking forward to continue working with this shop.

My husband recommended this shop to get rims/tires, exhaust and suspension for a truck that was a gift for my son. Luis was amazing the entire process. Great communication and always answered my questions timely. He was just as invested as I was, in making the truck look nice! We are super happy with how it turned out and for the service provided. These guys are awesome! They were jam packed with orders but Leon still found the time to research and find me some awesome wheels and tires that we re better and cheaper than the ones I found on amazon. I showed up there for the first time to just see the facility and they all came out to see my truck and give me their expertise as to what would and what wouldn t fit. They are definitely committed to making the trucks look their best even if it means sacrificing their time and profit. Clean shop, clean store, friendly helpful staff. 10/10 would go with them for future projects.P.S. the red on the wheels is just my red shirt reflecting off the chrome.

From start to finish the process was awesome, Luis was in contact with me the whole time and completed the work on schedule. Very happy to have a local shop do such great work. I wanted to share my recent experience at your shop, as you requested honest feedback. To be candid, my experience was far from pleasant, and I feel it's essential for you to know about it. I visited your shop upon the recommendation of, a friend. I arrived at your shop at 9:30 AM with my truck, hoping to have it inspected to determine the necessary repairs. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse from there. Throughout the entire day, I did not receive a single call or update from your shop regarding the status of my vehicle. I grew increasingly concerned as the hours passed. By 4:00 PM, I decided to return to your shop, expecting that the inspection had been completed. However, to my surprise, my truck was in the same spot where I had left it earlier in the day. Upon entering the shop and inquiring about the inspection's outcome, the person at the front desk merely looked at me and informed me that nothing had been done because they didn't have the time. What perplexed me even more was that my truck's keys were right where they had been left in the morning. This left me wondering why I had bothered to make an appointment for a service that your shop evidently did not have the time to perform or perhaps had forgotten about entirely. From the other reviews I notice that miscommunication at your end is not rare. To compound my frustration, the individual at the front desk did not offer any apology for the inconvenience I had experienced. Instead, the response was rather indifferent, with a suggestion to "come back another day" This response left me feeling dismissed and dissatisfied. I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, but this experience I believe it's crucial for businesses to be aware of areas where improvement is needed, and I hope this feedback can help you identify ways to enhance the customer experience at Champion4�4.

Went to get an inspection of vehicle was charged the inspection, stated it was hubs fixed it and yet they still said it was the same problem even after I fixed it. Turns out it was brake calipers and clips. They did no inspection on my truck took my truck and money to reds diesel were I was provided with way better service. I would not recommend this shop anymore.

They not only know what they re doing but they are caring helpful and will walk you through the process when upgrading your car. THE BEST PEOPLE IN FLORIDA! I don't even know where to start, I've been a customer for about three years now, and nothing but very positive feedback on anything and everything they have installed. They have the best prices on installations and products. They also have the credit companies that can work with your purchases. They have people who give the perfect attention to customers and they advice you with the best products to the best fit your vehicle needs. They have a very great team in the front desk and in the back of the warehouse. I suggest anyone to come and give them a try. You wont regret it.

Best place in Miami hands down. The whole process was smooth and they kept us updated as parts were arriving. Big shoutout to Ralph who was super friendly and helped us make this process very easy. 100% satisfied with the work they did on my Jeep. Wouldn t go anywhere else, Champion 4x4 is the best.

Many good things about this business, first of all the staff here is top notch, very friendly and knowledgeable, they have great and competitive prices, all top of the line equipment, came here to get Icon suspension, fuel wheels & Nitto tires, everything was finished in a very short time and I m very happy how everything came out, they have a customer here for life, this is my 5th vehicle I bring to them for upgrades, I recommend this shop for anyone looking for an upgrade on their vehicle
