I had an amazing experience with Autozone! I went in without knowing anything about my car issues and he was able to help me figure out what was wrong with my car, and the best product to fix it. Luisel is very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you so much, i highly recommend!

Carlos Milanes was the best! I needed windshield wipers replaced in my vehicle. He was very helpful in helping me find the right ones and installed them for me. He was very profesional. Highly recommend him!

I went to the Autozone in search of a specific battery and Mr. Amador was extremely helpful. The service was excellent and he was extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning when in need of parts or his auto advice!

Simply the Savior of all AutoZones in Miami. I remember when all stores closed, this one remained open until midnight. Now it remains open until 10pm which is still adequate. All the team, led by Osmel Ferran was helpful and courteous. I went for a battery warranty exchange replacement and the process was a breeze. They even helped me change the battery and my car starts and runs like a champ. You must be inside AutoZone's client database for faster search. Keep up the great work guys. Thank you for the support.

Carlos Milanes is our lord and savior! He provided excellent customer service and didn t think twice to help me with battery issues at such a late time. If it wasn t for him, I wouldn t have made it to work on time. I am grateful that Autozone has employees like him. The man needs a RAISE/Promotion!!! Thank you again!

Yuliet Manager of 1268 w 68 st. Hialeah Florida 33014. She is the only one that help me with my parts with warranty. No one else could not help me out. I Thank you guy and thank her for her support, passion, and time to make this work right. She is a very well trained. I highly recommend her to work in a bigger high level position . The guy wasn t even paying attention to me, and gave me the wrong AC compressor and misinformed me on it. All of the men working here, weren t paying attention to the customers, cursing out loud and complaining about their jobs.

Went to change the battery and after a couple of issues with the installation the manager came to help and took care of the rest. Great customer service from David Alvarez. Definitely recommend the store

I walked in and was greeted with a smile by the staff. I didn t have to wait, I was helped almost as I was walking in. Took my vehicles info showed me my options I bought a battery and windshield wipers, I walked back into the store to go buy an air filter and before I came back out they had my battery and wipers changed out. It wasn t to say thank you to Josue Huembe for great service. I will definitely come back to this shop and will definitely recommend shopping here as a great experience.

I just drove 25 min to this location because it was open until 11:00pm according to google and I got here at 10:30pm and it was closed. Do your job and update the hours you actually are open. Not recommended at all.

I am a man that has been dealing with AutoZone basically my whole life I run a five-star business on Google. AutoZone is the company that I choose to partner with support with everything that I had and yet they continue to be unprofessional closing the store before times disrespectful staff and in professional management. I have proof to everything I'm saying via video and email if anyone would like to verify just message me. This is my last straw soon I will be going to an attorney to make a formal monetary complaint due to all of the business that I had been losing because of the AutoZone brand. I truly hope that you guys can get your things together and become more professional and deliver the services that you promised to. By the way the better Business bureau will be hearing about this store

He save my life! Me Salvo la vida! Today, I went in Autozone falling apart, but Mr Jacinto Santiago Ramos rescue me! He not only was kind, knowledgeable, but very helpful. Thanks to him I am able to drive my car and my AC is working in the middle of this terrible heat. Thank you and God bless him.

Wow experience. Autozone -68st street in Hialeah.The line was normally long for a Sunday and the wait was a bit more than average but worth the wait. I experienced GREAT customer service.The customer before me was a talker and the representative handled his situation with empathy and professionalism.When it was my turn to be serviced, the representative was very patient and knowledgeable and didn t rush me although it was extremely hot and the sun was in his face.Thank you for making me welcomed and cared for even though the battery test is free.Wow experience.
