First off, I just want to say that this store is very organized. The only con I would mention is the shelves were a bit out of stock. Luckily I was assisted by David immediately and he really helped with giving alternatives for the oil we needed on our Hyundai. Please restock so we can continue coming here for our oil changes!

Yesterday David D was very helpful in getting my moms gas cap to fix her check engine. He was very helpful with showing pricing as well. So happy my moms car is back to normal.

Reggie Pasteur was a great help I had an engine light in my car and wanted to make sure everything was well he saw I wasn t being attended and attended me right away he saw what the problem was and fixed it for me now I have one less thing to worry about thanks to him!

Ordered on line. Everything was great till the items delivered were missing the most important part. Called to find out and was from the outset accused of leaving the store without paying for the item. I explained to a guy called Jason that it was missing an item and that it was an online order. He was aggressive and hostile. Instead of checking the order, he said l Had to go back and check it. Aggressively defensive!! Listen to the customer, help them out instead of talking over the phone loudly. Try to listen and resolve instead of defending and shouting like a bully. Learn some customer service rules instead of attacking customers looking for a solution not a fight. Unreal...

Eduardo was really helpful when I advised him that I had an issue with my battery. The cable was loose, so he was able to put some caps on that will help tighten the connectors. He also checked to make sure the battery was still good with the tester. Thank you!

Honestly? The humbleness and kindness i felt as soon as i walked into to the store is incomparable! Hector was such a funny and kind greeter at the door/cashier. He helped me as soon as I told him about my battery problems; quick to solutions! Julio came to help install my battery and felt like he did so in SECONDS! These guys are the real deal. Great customer service and service in general.

Staff was decent but manager has a completely rude attitude, started smacking the table when I asked her a simple question, I asked again she started to smack her lips and walked away... not sure how anyone who treats their customers like this has the position given to her, I encourage the franchise owner to look into her attitude because it s rude and very unprofessional, Advanced Auto Parts tends to hire more professional managers, take your business there.

The worst customer service. Specifically a lady named Mary. I ordered a delivery and it never got to me. Supposedly the Uber driver left it back at the store and they called me to tell me to call Uber and the only ones with the Uber driver info was the store . Idk how some people who can t accomplish a simple task get hired tbh smh.

Jonathan Francisco did a awesome job. He was nice and professional. Here's my story. I went in because my mustang battery exploded and needed to replace it. I usually do it myself but I didn't have time due to the fact I had to go to work. Jonathan put the battery in for me. I know it's a free service but kindness is rare and that I appreciate. Keep up the good work your attitude will get you far in life. Thanks for your service

I went to the store just to get tire fixed because I have a nails in my tire and when I get there it was one minute left for the store to be closed so the manager still let me in and help find what I need. And not only that he take his time fixed my car tire for me that night so I can get to work for free this manager are the best if it's not for him I had to cancel the night of work and he put air in my tire because it was already flat completely. This man have big heart .

The worst experience ever. I went to purchase anti freeze and Greg a suppose manager gave me the wrong anti freeze and I questioned him about it cause I was almost sure that it was the wrong one but not only did he give me slick remarks about it like I was stupid but he reassured me it was the correct one. And crazy enough it was the wrong one it messed up my radiator hose and cost me so much more for listening to someone like Greg a manager

Great service! I was there to purchase a gift for my father yesterday 04/30/2021, and went in hopes of finding what I wanted. Marianne was there to assist me to find the exact mechanic tool set I was looking for but couldn t find on my own. She went above and beyond and offered me a better option with no hesitation. She took her time to explain things I didn t know about the product and was very professional about it. These are reasons why I would return to this store cause of associates like her. Keep up the great work!
