I have gone to this place several times over the last 12 years but this visit was by far the best. I barely had to wait, I was provided a shuttle home because my car needed some time to repair. The car was ready and out for me to pick up. The oil change on another car took about an hour. I was very happy with the service provided by Terrence West.

I just went this pass weekend to do maintenance on my civic hatchback and ended up turning in my lease and left with a CR-V. I am so pleased so far with my new car! It is so spacious for me and my family of 3 and drives so smoothly. All its safety features are perfect for me as a new mom that worries about everything. My sales guy, Roo, was amazing to work with. He made the process as quick and smooth as possible. He was able to negotiate a good monthly price for me that was within my range, and he made sure I was happy with my new purchase. He even gave me a call when I left to ensure that I was happy with my vehicle. Customer service 100! I don t think I ll ever leave Honda.

My Car means the most to me so when I really need something, I love that this location is less than 10minutes from me. This is my only location that I depend on and I love that as long as I been coming here for the most part the same staff is still there. That speaks volumes because they know my car, they know me and I can trust them. One Advisor that stands out to me is Mr. Bevil. When I book and if he s there, he often ends up assisting me really fast which is great because he is absolutely amazing. Very hospitable, very polite, and very informative, he s definitely on his game and I m often satisfied with the return of my vehicle. Also the wait time on any service is usually very reasonable and accommodating. Seriously thanks guys I been coming here for a few years and I genuinely enjoy this place. Stay blessed! Michael and Luis were our sales associates. We spent more time with Michael than Luis but both men were very good at confirming their service to what we needed in a vehicle and in our budget. They did not waste time on things we did not need outside our budget or push us to something that did not work for our transportation needs. If they did not have what we needed in our budget they let us know. If something new came in to their stock they communicated with us electronically to keep us updated.Our shopping for the right car at the tight price took some time. We make several trips to the dealership over several months. I think Michael was okay with that and confident that if they got what we needed at the correct price we would be back. We did come back partly because they got the right car in stock and partly because Michael treated us so well.

The manager for the parts department is Frank. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I needed a few parts for my Honda Accord and Frank knew exactly what I needed even though I didn't know the correct name of a few of the parts I needed. Thank you Frank! Excellent customer service!

Yolanda was amazing!!! We live in Tennessee and found the Odyssey cert pre-owned we wanted and the dealership was no gimmicks or added fees other than the stated dealer fee. I appreciated that they didn t do the bait and switch with the price. And Yolanda worked with us everyday to make sure the car was ready and all the paperwork was ready when we flew down. It was a Saturday and the dealership was crazy busy, but Yolanda made sure we were comfortable and got us through everything as quick as possible. Our finance person was very detailed and thorough and had most of the paperwork ready when we got to him. Everybody at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We can t brag on Yolanda enough!!!

Terrible experience with the service department. I received a letter notifying me that there was a recall on a part on my 2019 Accord. I called the dealership to schedule an appointment to bring my car in. I asked if the part was in stock, as the letter advised me to do, and everything seemed to be in order. I dropped my car off on a Friday morning and headed home to wait for the call that the repair was complete. A few hours later I received a call from the service representative that I dropped the car off with. He informed me that the part they needed to replace the recalled part would not be available until the following Tuesday. I asked why I wasn't informed about the part not being in stock when I called to make the appointment and the service representative said that wasn't his fault and he had nothing to do with the team that sets the appointments.The service representative then took the opportunity to tell me they had run some tests and diagnostics on the car and proceeded to list maintenance items that totaled almost $1,300 to fix. At that point I asked the service rep not to touch my car and advised I would come pick it up.I ubered back to the dealership expecting to grab my car and be on my way. When I arrived to the service area I saw the representative that had helped me that morning and approached him. He recognized me and immediately reinforced that the mistake in making the appointment without the part being in stock was not his fault. He then informed me that all I had to do was pay for the diagnostic test that they ran and I could have my car back. I was pretty shocked that I owed anything since nothing was done to my vehicle. My experience was already so poor that I just wanted to be done rather than spending time and energy arguing. I went inside and paid $239.67 to get my car back. Nothing was done to my car.I saw a service center employee pull up in my car and approached the driver side door. The door was open but he was still sitting in the drivers seat. He obviously didn't see me standing there because I watched him dig his index finger into his right ear and pull out a substance that was in his ear. He then rolled it into a ball between his finger and thumb and proceeded to flick it onto my floor mat. The absolute only way an experience like this could have ended.I not only will never visit this dealership again, but I may never drive another Honda because of this experience.

Please be careful! I took my civic in with a very simple issue, my infotainment system was not working. They called me shortly after I dropped the car off to tell me that my cars electrical system was fried and that it would be best to get a NEW car. They said repairs would cost thousands and that there was no guarantee it would ever work correctly again. When I returner to pick up my car, they gave me the runaround and kept me waiting for an absurd amount of time. They gave me a quote for a new wiring harness for $6000 and kept giving me an incorrect explanation of the issue. My advisor, Jose, also kept telling me over and over not to touch anything with the battery or my car would suddenly stop working and never work again. The fear tactics he was using were INSANE.I ended up taking my car north to a dealership in west Palm where they did a hard reset of my car and reinstalled my battery which completely fixed all of my issues. It cost $200 total, instead of the $6000 this dealership told me. So glad I used common sense and didn t let these fools scam me.

I really had a great experience here. Was worried I d get screwed (for lack of a better word) like I got at the dealership for my previous car, but Jonathan and his sales manager were awesome. They were straightforward and transparent and I felt like they really listened to me. I ended up getting a great deal on the car I wanted and left very happy. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

This is a really great AutoNation location, they really make it their duty to be as accommodating as possible, I would HIGHLY recommend Antonio Rios for anyone that wants the best and most reliable customer service. Everyone there are huge sweethearts! They helped me get my dream car and I am so grateful for that! I have never had better customer service. Thank you so much Honda! But a special Thank you to Antonio and Alexis! You gentlemen are the best!UPDATE:I really like this Miami Lakes Location. It s close by to where I reside. I recently bought my 23 Civic Hatchback from there and I also get it serviced there as well. The person that helped me, Sarah, is really cool. She assisted me pretty quickly and kept clear communication on wait time considering it was packed that day. I still waited the normal time I believe it was required for my service. For it being such a busy day everything went super smooth. I m satisfied with the service of my vehicle and I would highly recommend anyone to Sarah. She gets the job done. Thank you!

Be ware of this place I took my car for service recently. My car had a brand new starter was a little hesitant before start, and a like slow on gas while driving. I took the car to them for general check up they kept it for 2 days because of Easter Holiday, after they previously called and explained the findings and we agreed on the price of $1124. When I received the text car is ready for pick up, got there, now the sales rep told there were more issues with car leaking oil which was never noted before, and she also mentioned because of my mileage my car needs brand new spark plug and timing belt., plus they kept my brand new starter which they claimed it was a standard that why the car was hesitant to start. Now they want to charge me an extra $3700 ti fix the other issues which my car did not have before. This is the same car they previously send me a email offering to the car, because Honda accord is a good car hard to find. Do not trust these people with your car they will add more issues just so they can make more money with you. They are also very rude management is non supportive very racist. Take it from me take your business elsewhere. If you don t want to be a victim like myself.

My cousin and I are very disappointed on this dealer. They tell you they are the best when they offer you a car. They treat you nice then and there. Fast forward 1 year later, i need my car to be repaired and tried several times to talk to a service adviser to get the dealer to help me and send me a towing service and they wouldn't even come to the phone. The manager of the dealer does not answer the phone or call back and I would not even get any kind of help from them. What happened with being nice? Is it because I am not buying a car anymore? I seriously thought they had treated us right judging for our buying experience but now I kind of regret using them.

The process takes too long, I understand that it is mostly GM Financial fault because they have to approve everything, however they need to find a way to make this better for the customer.

Highly, HIGHLY recommend making a service appointment with Terrence (Tee) West. He offers you great deals and won't try to oversell/rip you off. If you don't need a service, he will let you know when you should come back instead of trying to force it. He is very respectable and explains everything very clearly.Women, girls, people who don't know about cars, make an appointment with Terrence West!!!

From everyone's review here, I financed my car at the end of 2022 of october. They overcharged 10,000 dollars for me for a used Civic 2022 sport. They covered all the scratches this car had with wax, and everything. The infotainment system to use apple carplay was not working. I had to wait months when I could've returned the car. I got it from the credit union because they only sold used cars that month, and said they had no new cars. They made us drive over to there, without letting us look at it before and the car is 16,000 miles and costed 31,000. Roberto and his team are a horrible people. Everyone in MIAMI or Hialeah wants your money, does not care about you. Places up north are way friendlier and nicer and real with you. Do not bother coming here. I came here for the reviews just to realize how much of a scummy trash company and Roberto is. I'm stupid for paying $31,000 for a used scratched up and messed up Civic 2022 that was covered with wax to hide all the damage, and had 16,000 miles. DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL!!!! BE WARNED! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Recently bought a 2024 Honda Pilot TrailSport from AutoNation and it was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. The Internet Sales Manager was superb, showing great patience and a willingness to work at my pace. The salesperson was equally impressive, creating a pressure-free environment that made the whole process enjoyable. And the Finance Manager? Fantastic to work with, making the financial aspects smooth and straightforward. Kudos to the AutoNation team for such an outstanding experience!

Purchased a few vehicles here. Have serviced my many Hondas here as well. The service dept was awesome this last time, but I took a 1 yr break after an incident where service was really lacking. I was glad to give them another shot. Wait, time for express as the 2nd car in there for an oil change was almost 2 hours on a very slow Friday morning, but I should have known better. Have the time to wait or drop it off, I guess. Service Manager Alex is always a pleasure to deal with.
