They are honest and stay true to their word. They worked on my 2006 Jeep Commander and got her back up and running. Only going to go to Artemisa from now on. They can work on any car, are quick and have a clean shop. They also work on cool vintage cars and have a nice place to wait in the AC and garage.

Incredibly kind people, professional, capable and treated me with respect. I often feel really dismissed when going to mechanics, especially as a woman. They took the time to explain what the actual issues were, as opposed to just asking me for money or being annoyed that I wanted to understand. Really went above and beyond not just with my car but treated me like a person, thank you.

Just 1 start review and thats for the first visit with the owner . Came back 2nd time as owner instructions AC was partially fixed , This time the AC employee says there is nothing wrong with AC have to wait until the AC gas is completely gone. That owners instructions were no valid , that He is the one with knowledge, has all his certificates on the walls , nothing he said had sense , unprofessional employee. Talking bad about his boss and company . Looks to me he doesn t want to work at all . Boss was not at the business. Will no recommend to no one or family . Friends .One bad impression is good enough .

My wife was having issues with her A/C not cool in her car for the past week or so. So I googled a few places to get the AC repaired. I found a place in Doral that opened early and was heading in that way, traffic was horrible. I decided to turn around and go here, I arrived about 15min earlier then what time it said they would open. I spoke with one of the techs and he asked me to pull in my car and started to diagnose, immediately notices there was something wrong, suggested that he could add a dye to the line fill it up with Freon and if it stared to not cool to bring it back and he would be able to find the issue with the dye leak. Before that the owner suggested to check the condenser line near the radiator, and sure enough the line/weld was leaking. He suggested to repair the line and that he would be able to get it back in the afternoon.Fast forward 4hrs, car was done. He advised me that air is cooling 30degreescolder, he also gave me a 1yr warranty.Clean shop, good service and 100% professional!

I don't usually like to give negative reviews, but I took my work van to Artemisa because the air wasn't working , paid $1180 and air didn't work, took it back they said it has other issues like fan and water reservoir which have nothing to do with air conditioning but did the work, another $350 and still no air. Took it back now they say the compressor and quoted another $1200. There has to be something fishy here .. you'll be the judge of it!Lleve el carro ya 3 veces por el aire, les he pagado $1520 y todavia no aire y ahora me dicen que otra cosa que cuesta otros $1200... Jueguen por uds mismos pero cada vez que lo llevo el carro dicen algo nuevo y nada de aire en el carro!

Professional and very friendly. They replaced my condenser. A bit above $600 repair but they said it guarantees they work plus might find any additional leaks in the future.I recommend this place to fix the AC especially in the heat wave

Fantastic service! Experts in air conditioning and they stand by their work! I m so very happy I found them! I have a 1991 Nissan Figaro and they take care of him for all issues!

After years of trying to have my ac repaired, these guys got my ac working with a 36k mile warranty. I would definitely recommend this business, and I plan on returning.

Came to have them check out my 2002 Jeep Wrangler Sahara on 10/13/23.I had recently purchased it and wasn t sure if the AC was working properly. Within minutes they came back and told me the AC was functioning properly. These people are not only the best, but they are people of integrity. Will be coming back for my other vehicles when I have ac issues.

Very quick oil change, offered me and my girlfriend water during our wait and answered all my questions regarding my cars maintenance. Not pricey at all. They know how to do a little extra, to make the costumer feel satisfied with the service, even vacuumed my seat. honestly, my time here was good.

I went today to have my AC looked at. They were upfront and advised me what they would be doing and the cost. They advise me that if I have to come back that the down payment I paid today would goes towards the repairs, of what the issues could be. The office and outside is well maintained and great customer service. Highly recommend

Was able to call and make an appointment for the same day, great customer service and fast service!! Friendly bilingual staff, will definitely be coming back here in the future for my car problems. Nelson helped us and explained everything very thoroughly and with knowledge.

Great Service!! My car's AC had been giving problems for months... after searching for a reliable AC mechanic, I finally discovered Artemisa Auto Air Inc... The staff was very welcoming and very helpful.. They identified the problem advised me what is was and had my car ready to go the same day... I can't ask for better service.. Thank you very much for your professionalism and the great work.. my son's car feels like an ice box now... just in time for the hot summer days

If I could give this shop zero stars', i would. Not only did they reversed my car into a parked vehicle but then I brought my girls car to get her AC fixed afterwards thinking that they might take care of it better and I was completely wrong. This is the 4th time coming back for her car and there will be a 5th time since they still can't figure out where the leaks are coming from. Don't waste your time coming here

The owner gave my husband a $500 quote. And when I went to take the car in, the assistant manager told me it was gonna cost me $840. Since it was obvious that I was being scammed, I called another shop that is popular and well-known and they were charging me $340 for the exact same thing. I took it to them and they had it done in about an hour and a half. Let me add that what I was quoted for wasn t even the main problem. They misdiagnosed my car. Do better and maybe you ll have longevity in this game.

RIDICULOUSLY OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very communicative and knowledgeable. Not to mention we were given cold water and AMAZING food as well as being checked on often. We even enjoyed a game of corn hole! Definitely recommend!

What can I say about Artemisa A/C... in the car a/c business, there are many, many dishonest repair shops because in south Florida. Face it when you're dealing with 100+ degrees, you'll pay anything to get the a/c cold and working. From the moment I entered Artemisa A/C, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. They immediately understood what I was saying in my latmen terms. They never once spoke to me in a condescending manner or used descriptions I could not understand. On the contrary, I was treated like family. This business is located in Hialeah, and I live in Fort Lauderdale. I'm a good 45 to 50 minute drive, but I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Now I'm not affiliated or related to any here, just a super satisfied customer who received superior service. I will always recommend Artemisa Auto Air. Thank you.

I want to say thank you to Mario for his incredible customer service and attention. They fixed our A/C, which was an incredibly difficult job, and we re very fair with their price. Additionally, the warranty is excellent. Highly recommend!

High leave of knowledge and professionalism, not only from all the staff but also from the owner himself. They made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner even though they were really busy. Great family style atmosphere. I m a car enthusiast, and definitely plan on going back for all future work needed on all my vehicles. Definitely recommend anyone to check them out. Prices are best in town!!!!!

Awesome service! Mario was very attentive to me and all his customers! Nelson, who worked on my car was very thorough even taking the time to go over the job in detail so that i may fully understand. He did an awesome job! The other staff members were also very attentive! I highly recommend! Great service and great price! You cant ask for more!

Call and spoke to Mario the manager he told me one thing and to come in to check prices. The manager was very nice in person but he told me one thing and did another. The mechanic came out said they can check and fix car ac in one day and come tomorrow. I came back next day the manager wasn t in and mechanic was rude and lie about everything that was discussed previously. The mechanic told me I had to leave the car overnight and the price went up for diagnostic. Seem like a totally different business when I went back to get my car fixed. I m not leaving my car overnight for something that s fixable in a couple of hours. That s like saying leave ur car overnight for a oil change. Thanks but no thanks! Felt like because I m a woman they thought they can charge me anything and I ll pay. Beware ladies take a man with you!
